I leased a vehicle from Quirk Kia on Sept 28th 2021 and had a good experience overall. I only knew that Quirk had inventory of the vehicle I was interested and walked in with the intention of securing my new car same day. I worked with Mirhad through the entire process and he made the experience easy and as stress free as car buying can be. I really appreciated that I wasnt passed between representatives like I have during past purchases. Mirhad was honest, straightforward and gave me time and space to make a decision as I was torn between a purchase of a 2021 model and a lease of a 2022. In the end I decided on the lease and was able to take receipt of the car that day. Ill be going back for service and know I can reach out to them anytime I need something.
Its going to be difficult to rate Quirk Kia of Manchester briefly because my story of how I ended up there is long but I will try to focus on them and not so much on my story. First of all five stars is not enough to describe my experience with this dealership. They were my fourth dealership that I visited looking for the Forte GT with all the bells and whistles only because they are 2 hours away but I can tell you they were by far the best! Most of the initial legwork was done by email or phone with Doug Kuhl who was nothing but great. We agreed on a price for the car I was looking for with little to no haggling other than maybe a little more for my trade to make the deal happen. Everything else was seamless. I took the 2 hour drive this morningto find my brand new Forte GT waiting for me outside all shined up and ready to go. The paperwork was practically done other than my signature. Another salesperson, Dan, walked me through the car and helped me connect my phone and showed me all the features the car had to offer. Dan was also fantastic to deal with. This was by far the easiest purchase Ive ever made and I only wish they were closer. But if you want to deal with a great dealership and you dont mind the drive go see Doug and Dan at Quirk Kia of Manchester. You wont regret it!
I have searched and looked for cars at many different places over the last couple of years and this was by far the BEST and most comfortable experience I have ever had. Jamie was very easy to work with and always provided fast and reliable information. Never pressuring me to do something I didnt want or was comfortable with. Just always giving me the requested info (and extra if I forgot to ask about something). He helped me through each step of the process and took car of everything that needed to be done from talking to my insurance company, getting me the right info for the finance department, to registering my car in Mass. Hands down well worth the extra drive for me up to Manchester to lease my car.
I had the best car buying experience that I have ever had at Quirk Kia. Matt and Kelvin were wonderful and went against all the stereotypes I have become accustomed to with car dealerships. Kelvin greeted us warmly at the door, it wasnt like other dealerships Ive been to where the sales people are all over waiting to jump. My experience at Quirk Kia in Manchester was awesome. From start to finish my sales guy Matt was efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. We ended up getting most of the stuff done over email which made it extremely easy when it came down to going to pick up my new vehicle. I never felt any pressure through-out the process. The dealership was a little out of the way for me, but if I had to buy another vehicle again I would go back.
I worked with Matt at this Kia Manchester dealership to secure a K5 that I was so desperately after for over a year. He was an incredible salesman that understood what I wanted and understood boundaries and only reached out to me about the vehicles I wanted if they were within my budget.He was always quick to let me know what I needed to do and what was available for me over text/email and was mindful not to reach out too much but make sure I was the first to get a call about something new with all of the financial details already figured out and a final number available to me without any back and forth or need to visit the dealership. That is the most important thing any buyer looks for so I am grateful to have had such great help in getting a car Ive wanted for a long time! He was very upfront with all the financial information so there was no hidden surprises or anything which was excellent because most dealerships are full of surprises and hidden fees. We did find a tiny paint chip in the car and Matt offered to send us a paint pen to fix the issue no questions asked. A++ customer service
Great friendly staff, answered all questions expertly, explained the recall, the process of determining if my vehicle qualified for further inspections and even knew the stats as far on how many models ended up having a possibility of an issue. They really made me feel at ease. The waiting area/lobby was comfortable. Already scheduled my oil change with them. First impression was excellent, theyve earned a customer for life.
My wife and I had an excellent experience at Quirk Kia of Manchester. We picked up a brand new 2022 Telluride and have 0 buyers remorse. The staff was friendly and welcoming, especially Matt Schoech who was a breathe of fresh air to what before was horrible and dreaded process. From test drive to financing everything was seamless. All our questions were answered and Matt really tried to address all our needs and concerns. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to purchase a new car. I leased a Sorento here 3 years ago and my lease was up. I went back with no intentions of trading it in, but curiosity got the better of me. I decided to switch to the hybrid Niro-- Jamie and the crew made the whole experience completely painless and easy. I never felt pressured and was able to discuss most details via email, my preferred way of communicating (phones- ick). Great experience.

Only negative is diagnostics not great & parts not in stock for most recent 3 visits. dealer very accommodating about providing loaner when parts not in stock or repair to take days.

I had a great experience with Doug the sales manager when purchasing a new Kia Telluride. Very efficient, but never did I feel pressured, rushed, or that I was just a sale. I felt that he personally took the time to explain any questions that I had, did not make me feel like I had to take action, and it worked out great! Went in today to test drive a Telluride expecting to be pressured. Totally the opposite. I have nothing but good things to say. The two gentlemen that were with us (one in training) on the test drive were awesome! They were both so friendly, funny & informative...and great conversations. The salesperson was very helpful and did not try to up sell us. Although I have not made a decision on the vehicle itself I WILL highly recommend this dealership to anyone I know interested in a KIA. I can’t say enough about the great sales service we received from Matthew Schoech. We came in to lease a Sorento for my wife who had a specific prestige model she was looking for. Matt was able to keep us informed about when one would be available which allowed us to secure it. At no point in any of the process did we feel pressured and it was just a pleasure to work with Matt. My wife and I decided to start a search for a new car to replace my Chevy Spark that I was giving to my son who just got his license. After checking online inventory, I ended up at Quirk to check out a Forte, figuring I would test drive one and make a decision. Kelvin Peralta took us out for a test drive in both the Forte, and a Teluride that my wife decided she wanted to check out. Kelvin, although new, was very knowledgeable about the cars, and answered all of our (many) questions, as I had never driven a Kia before. Back at the dealership, sales manager Matt Schoech took over the sale, and worked hard to get us financing on the Forte, which I was very happy with after driving. In the course of helping us with the Forte, my wife brought up that she wanted to trade our Pacifica in as well, but we werent able to get enough in trade due to what we owed. Matt stopped the sale of the Forte to check the value of the Pacifica, and got us WAY more than other dealerships had offered, so we ended up decided to buy an addition car, a Carnival at the same time. I must say that Matt was incredible and patient with all of the changes that we were throwing at him, got us great deals on both cars! We couldnt be more happy. He worked hard to finish one of the sales so that my wife could make it to work on time, and then finished up with me on the paperwork. It was a lot of work, and he got it done timely. It didnt feel like any other car sale that I have ever been involved in. The team at Quirk was wonderful, and we couldnt be more happy. Kia makes a nice product, and the staff at Quirk clearly care about their customers, and we left feeling great about the whole experience. At the end, Kelvin once again helped out showing the features of the car, and getting it ready for me to drive off in. If you are in the market for a Kia, and havent checked out Quirk in Manchester, I highly recommend them. If I could give 10 stars to the whole experience, I would.

My wife and I had been searching for a specific Kia Sorento in our price range over the course of 2 months. We checked many online sites and began our in person visits.After being an adventure in lack of disclosure, being lectured on how financing works, and generally being ignored at various other dealers we stumbled on Quirk Kia of Manchester.On a busy Sunday we set out to once again leave empty handed and frustrated. Just purchased a new Kia Sorento with Matt at Quirk Kia of Manchester. I had the best experience EVER!!! I have been looking for a Telluride for a long time and Mathew Schoech emailed me about one. It went to my spam and for some reason I checked my SPAM and wow there it was the Telluride I have been looking for..and to top it off they were not marking them up like all of the other dealers!!!! Mathew was the all 3 Cs...CALM, COOL and Collective.. Someone actually jumped on the car before I could put my name on it and I was disappointed, They backed out of the Deal and Mathew called me at 6:30 PM ..(After Hours)..I picked up the car the next day in less than 2 hours. It was a very easy and smooth transaction....I encourage everyone to go to QUIRK..you will not be disappointed...As for Mathew...He will DELIVER!!!!! I am now riding in my TELLURIDE!!!!
My husband and I went to Quirk Kia to see what our options were after dealing with an awful sale we made at another dealership years ago. We had a lot of negative equity, and fair credit, but certainly not great. Tim and Jamie took amazing care of us! We left with a brand new 2020 Sorento, in our price range, with a terrific interest rate. Best dealership we have ever dealt with. They were not pushy, were extremely friendly, as well as knowledgeable. After our last experience at a horrible dealership, and car shopping during a global pandemic, we can say this was the greatest experience. I forgot to mention- they took serious protective measures during this pandemic. (Masks, social distancing, and appointments) We will be going back for future purchases and sending our family and friends here as well!

When I first went to Quirk I thought the pricing might be high, I did my research (which they respected) and when I went to another dealer I realized Quirk was the best pricing in the area and were not playing games.

Recalls and inspection finished in less than a 1/3 of the quoted time.
Brought my 2013 Kia Soul here as it was experiencing catalytic converter issues and wouldn’t accelerate. I inquired about the recall this model had due to catalytic converters causing overheating. The recall clearly stated the software update and ANY DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE ISSUE would be covered under the recall. The manager informed me the recall was already serviced and it only covered the front catalytic and not the rear and if any damage had been caused they would have repaired it back when they serviced the recall. He wouldn’t disclose what they actually did when it was serviced. Quoted me $1,000+ for the repair and the part quoted as $724 even though on kiaparts.com it was listed at $528 to which the assistant manager replied well you can buy it yourself but we won’t guarantee the work at that point (this part was literally listed on kias own website..). Two hours later a different garage had it completely fixed for $350 runs better than ever and explained it was clogged because small rocks formed from an overheating issue and when I asked him if the front catalytic causing overheating would have caused that clog he assured me yes it likely did. The assistant manager was also less than cordial to put it lightly but I will say the one young man Joe I spoke with was very polite so thank you Joe. All in all I’d say don’t buy a Kia or expect a reasonable level of assistance if anything goes wrong. I will be contacting NHTSA to further inquire about the recall because something seems very amiss. Update the car is not running fine the same issue has reoccurred once again. I have read dozens and dozens of forums and stories of the same issue with Kia vehicles and the car has had several recalls not just one and any damage caused is covered not just the catalytic but never the less I reached out to the nhtsa so just awaiting their response now.
I took my sister in law here to buy her first car. Ive worked with Dave before and hes never disappointed. He is extremely friendly and explains everything in a respectful manner. We ended up finding a beautiful 2017 Soul for her! If your looking for a great used car(or even a new one) then go and ask for David McCarthy!
When I went in to purchase my pre-owned car, it had 2 sets of keys . When I went to pick up car they only had 1 set they lost the other set they tried telling me it only had one set but I know for a fact there was two, I was told 2 . I have been having problems with either tire or board on car, filled tire 3 times already an my pressure is at 31 along with other tires are all the same Not Blinking, I also had problem with my key phob where it says no key when on my hip, changed batteries in both . Even after changing batteries I woke up today to my car saying no key got it started wouldn’t shut off . Missed important appointments because of the issues. Feel unsafe taking it out, it has only been 2 car payments later so only had car 65 days . I bought the car not to deal with issues have had nothing but issues, still have not received a second key which was promised the day I picked up the car Headaches and stress, Love the car But really answer customers an don’t hope they forget what you promised
I went to Quirk Kia in Manchester to Purchase a specific car, for a great deal, as a first time new car buyer a few days ago. I left with that car for an even better deal then I anticipated. In October I purchased a certified 2018 Kia Sorento EX AWD from Matt Schoech. I was looking at new models but wanted specific options. Matt was able to offer a certified 2018, which had exactly what I wanted. The price was great too. The entire process was so smooth and quick. Less than 2 hours from greeting to completing the sale. Could not have asked for an easier car purchase opportunity.Last week, I traded in my 2013 Hyundai Sante Fe and they offered a very fair trade value and again, a smooth and easy purchase. I got another certified 2018 Kia Sorento. I guess this is the start of my family loyalty.I cant say enough great things about Matt Schoech and all the associated at Quirk Kia. David was very helpful, mild-mannered and above all else, kind and respectful. He took the time to tell me all about the cars I was interested in and showing me where things were and how to use certain features. Even after the sale was final he went over a couple more things to make sure I knew how to get the most out of my new car.
Had a great experience with Dan and Jamie buying a brand new Sportage. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and they were very quick to get me a test drive in the exact vehicle I wanted and were able to give me finance options (which were very reasonable) shortly after. There was also no pressure from Jamie to go with a certain option or to add anything extra that I was not interested in and Dan was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took all the time I need to go over its features and answer any questions I had. Im very happy with my experience at Quirk Kia and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Big dealership. Lots of inventory. There’s a really large open an airy sales room. Excellent unrestricted test drive. Was straightforward, answered all my questions without delay or ambiguity. Excellent price without hours of haggling. Was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time with my new car. Doug and Courtney were great, would highly recommend. I left a sentimental item in my trade-in which Doug went I think above and beyond to find it for me, really appreciated that!
Weve had a professional relationship with the Quirk family of businesses since 2007. They have lost our business due to three years of unpleasant conduct and what appears to be a culture lacking in customer service. My husband and I were in the market for new vehicles. I ended up leasing from them, feeling pressured to do so, and not getting what I wanted. My husband on the other hand, had had it with them, and purchased his brand new from the factory pick up truck from another dealership. That dealership treated him as a valued customer.

Absolutely no pressure of any kind - true gentlemen in every sense. Without question we will come back and would reccomend this dealership to anyone.
Wasn’t sure I could upgrade to a new car. Mike was great and gathered all info. Test drive was easy, got to take the roads I needed to shake down the new car. Great Kia loan rates right now. Great deals on 2019 cars. Got the payment and features I wanted. Power train warranty extended to lifetime ($100 deductible) by the dealer. Electronic paperwork was quick and easy. Showroom big, open, and comfortable. Would definitely consider buying from Quirk again.

Honestly the worst experience I have had with vehicle service. They made so many excuses as not to have my engine be considered warranty work for damage done. Then after a long battle with them I still had to pay to get the repairs done. Then I show up on a Sunday, my only available time in town to get my car, and they sent me. Told me they cant release my vehicle because the service department is closed. Three managers and the cashiers office was staffed but no one can accept payment and get me my vehicle. So I have to take another day off work to meet their schedule. Bad customer service. Dont buy a Kia.
So, first, I was not looking for a car at all. I was at the dealership helping/supporting my daughter as she got her first new vehicle. I was very impressed with Dan and his attentiveness to my daughters needs and questions. He was very patient and answered every question thoroughly.Dans support/management team was also excellent. Dan showed us the service department, got us waters, hot cocoa and snacks while waiting for things to progress. During this time, I had the opportunity to look at a few of the vehicles on the showroom floor. I decided that the 2020 Kia Forte GT was the vehicle I just had to have. So once my daughters purchase was complete, Dan began my purchase.Quirk Kia is no pressure selling, the inventory speaks for itself. All employees were very friendly and accommodating. The showroom is huge and has a very inviting atmosphere.I could go on and on. The bottom line is, Quirk Kia is a great place to get a car, to feel valued as a customer, to find helpful, no pressure salespeople. I highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a new car and make sure to ask for Dan Salemme!!!
