They experience was so amazing and delightful! I went in with already being let down do to my dress being lost and having to find a new one. I explained this to them and they found me a dress that over did my expectations and dreams on my very first one. The employees are the sweetest, making sure the dress showed off my curves as well as I was completely comfortable as well as confident in it. And oh my lord the prices are amazing and Affordable!

Ok so this bridal shop is incredible!! When I got engaged I knew I had to come here to find the dress because my sister had gotten her dress from Olivier many years back. I felt the same warmth and welcome then as I did during my own appointment. The women working there were incredibly sweet and attentive. I had an appointment and never felt rushed. They let me browse the store first and look for dresses that I might like, and they also offered great recommendations. Everyone was so supportive with every dress I tried on and gave me such great opinions. They were very nice to my mom and sisters too, which meant so much to me. It felt like a family, and I ended up finding my wedding dress there! They even knew exactly which veil went perfectly with my dress! So accommodating and great businesswomen. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to say yes to the dress!!

I went to a bunch of bridal shops across the northshore, BR and Metarie, and this was one of my ABSOLUTE favorites - Terry was extremely hospitable and patient. The shop is cozy and quite chic, and offers a beautiful selection of dresses. Highly recommend!

I could not have asked for a better experience at Olivier! It was my first time trying on dresses so I did not know what to expect and certainly did not expect to find THE ONE during my first appointment, but I did!! Mrs. Jolie is incredible! She is so knowledgeable and creative and can help you find or create exactly what you’re wanting. She made me feel so beautiful and is just so fun to be around! Their selection is great and price point is unbeatable.Funny story, I had my appointment in the dark because tropical storm Olga knocked out the power. Mrs. Jolie made it happen and we had the best time! If you’re on the Northshore or Southshore, I highly recommend checking out Olivier Couture!

I used to go to Mrs. Terrys house and browse through wedding magazines while talking about her dreams of opening a bridal shop one day. When she became one of the owners of Olivier Couture (and once I got engaged), her shop was my top choice. My dress experience was a dream come true. I told them exactly what I was looking for, and they exceeded my expectations. Amanda and Jessica were great to work with, and they were a great assistance in helping me select my veil. Ive raved about this shop to all of my friends and cannot speak high enough of how much they make your dress shopping experience a breeze!

The moment I walked in the door, I knew I’d be purchasing a dress here. Jessica greeted me right away and she was so down to earth and easy to talk to. She made me feel super comfortable. As I tried on each dress, Jolie would look up the information to determine what size and color was in stock and all the details on the dress. I had been to 2 places before here and wish I wouldn’t have wasted my time and came straight here! The 2.5 hour drive was soooo worth it and I’d recommend this place to everyone! They have a beautiful selection of dresses and are very fairly priced. They made everything super nonstressful and I cannot recommend them enough! Check this place out, I promise you won’t regret it :)

All it took was one visit to Olivier Couture Bridal Boutique and I found the perfect wedding dress! Such a great experience, no pressure to buy, just encouragement and support from their awesome staff. I found bridesmaid dresses their as well. Great prices and a stress free experience, cant ask for anything better than that, especially when planning a wedding!

I had the best experience ever with Olivier Couture Bridal!!! Wedding planning can really drain all your energy and time and I didnt think it would take months to get a wedding dress. I was 5 months away from my wedding day and I did not have my wedding dress yet. I made 3 appointments to 4 different bridal salons in New Orleans within 2 days. One particular bridal salon in Metairie made all my hopes of getting my dream wedding gown a nightmare. The sales lady told me I wouldnt be able to order my dress in time and I would have to find one off the rack. I was in total panic mode and so sad. After trying on tons and tons of wedding dresses with no luck of finding the right one I was ready to give up and just settle for something I did not like. My fiancé told me not to give up and fly to Atlanta or Houston maybe I can find something there. I took a chance and called Olivier Couture in Mandeville to see if they had what I was looking for. Ms. Jolie picked up the phone, I explained to her exactly what I was looking for and she told me I have a gown that would be perfect for you. I drove an hour to Mandeville, met Jessica, put on the dress and fell in love. This was the one! I didnt have to look anymore, what a relief. Not only did I find my perfect dress but I had the best experience ever, Jessica was very attentive and so sweet. She helped me look at a few other options, put on the dresses, fluffed my dress, tried on some veils, and made me feel like a princess. She even held my phone so I can FaceTime my mom for me. It was such a random trip I went alone and had no one with me. She also talked to me and reassured that everything would be ok and my dress would make it in time for my wedding. I was so relieved I found the perfect dress. Couple months later, I get a phone call and my dress arrived 3 weeks early. How exciting! My dress is absolutely perfect and I couldnt be more happy, its everything I dreamed of and I cant wait to walk down the aisle! Ms. Jolie, Ms. Terry, and Jessica are the sweetest most genuine and helpful people you will ever meet. Their bridal boutique is beautiful and tastefully decorated. They truly make you feel comfortable and beautiful all at the same time. I would highly recommend Olivier Couture to all brides, you will not be disappointed! This shop has made my wedding dress purchasing experience a living hell. They were great in the beginning but once things went wrong, they have been nothing but difficult. They ordered my dress in a size 20 because they measured my hips incorrectly by 5 inches!!!! Two seamstresses told me the dress was ordered way too big and the last one said there was no way she was going to be able to tailor the dress down to how it should look.Since November we have had to fight them to get our money back but their answer to everything is All Sales are Final even if they screwed up. I had to find a shop in Baton Rouge who carried my dress and they were able to have my dress delivered in 6 weeks in the correct size 14, which needs minimal to no alterations.To top it off, they held my rhinestone headband I had ordered hostage for nearly 2 weeks!!! I had to cancel hair up-do practice runs with my hair stylist twice because of their petty antics.Save yourself the headache and DO NOT BUY YOUR DRESS FROM HERE!
