No idea on the final work, called ahead, was told they didn’t require access to device, first thing the demanded was access. Flustered i moved to the side to get my wifes info off, was irritated and let slip some language, guy barked at me to watch my language, don’t need that on days like today. Be better, more kind to your customers or potential customers, i left immediately rather than escalate further.*edits*In replyWhen it comes to mobile devices, this is about trust. It isn’t what was said but how it was said. I will not return again.

My phone was fixed quickly, for a fair price and they even threw in a screen protector. My daughter used this facility once and all was well. $149.99 to replace iphone screen. About a month later she dropped her phone again and I called to see about having it fixed there. iSupply store charges $109.99 but is in Slidell and we live in Mandeville. I wanted to have it done at myPhoneMD because we had used them before and it was more convenient but I didnt want to pay $40.00 more. They were not willing to meet that price or even meet me half way so I just decided to go elsewhere. Its just disappointing, especially since we are returning customers.
