Pretty disappointing.No decafe.Opted for tea, and got the half-cup shown in the picture for $3. They got the hot water out of the espresso machine.Menu says they have muffins, bagels and a few other things available, but when we asked the barista(?) she said, no, just coffee. We actually SAW some bagels and parfaits in a case, but it looks like you have to be an employee or know somebody to actually get one of them.Its too bad - we like the Beach House restaurant and go there every so often. Its just too bad theyre phoning it in on the coffee shop end of the business.

We stopped in to get a few coffees, took way too long to get our coffees, and my coffee tasted old with lots of grinds in my cup. I think the guy waiting on us could have used a little help as he was struggling to keep up. Nice place, just needed some help to move things along.

Definitely your more hole in the wall place. Kinda of a dimly lit inside. Coffee and lattes were decent. Not really a lot of food options once hot food portion of the place shuts down.

Ok I know this seems like a suck up to this place but I LOVE IT. Today is February 10, 2017 and I just went there and got a vanilla iced coffee. It is so good. Plus the service there is great... this coffee is the best I have ever had

They were out of whole milk. Our server suggested almond milk, and it was a great alternative and quick accommodation.

Its the best coffee shop in Mandeville alone and easily contends with the two other best coffee shops in the greater Mandyland alliance (Mandeville, Lacombe, Abita, Madisonville, and Covington). Their shakes are great, coffee is good, and the atmosphere is ideal.

Great stop when biking Lakeshore Drive. We enjoyed coffee and a blueberry muffin.

A lil confusing on how to get to the Kona Coffee part, looks like its connected to another resturant. Wouldve liked to see what all coffees and whatnot they offer, but no list was posted anywhere. Went with what I usually get anywhere, a hot latte. It was really great. The guy made it very quick. Major points for the hassle free wifi and the cozy inside/outside seating. Ill be back here for sure.

My first experience (which was before the holidays and were newer) was great. Since then the service has been sub par. I went in last night with my significant other (who lives in the area) and it was around 8p and there were two adults rolling silverware and chatting about how stupid school aged children were (from the discussion one was an educator in the area possibly) among the complete lack of acknowledgement that we were in the business waiting on service. After about 15 minutes of waiting a younger guy came around from the restaurant and made it clear that they were closed and close at 8. The last several times weve been in its been late, we know they close at 9, and to top it off a couple of weeks ago they were out of absolutely EVERYTHING! For a local place and within walking distance of our residence I am more inclined to drive into town to PJs or Starbucks after the repeated poor service. I will state I work in the Quality Department of a Business and this is truly not how things should be handled. If youre closed lock your front door and turn your sign off... oh and you might want to change your hours.
