They came over on the time & date requested and showed us the products requested and, made sure we understood the how everything would happen.

After doing business with Cliff & Rachel Lafaye of Avalon Mable for years, I ordered a cultured marble corner tub from Avalon for a luxury remodel job in Turtle Creek in Slidell. Avalon installed the tub on the job. Avalon was paid in full promptly. The the plumbing was connected and the glass tile backsplash was installed. Our customer was thrilled.A few weeks later our customer called me about a crack in the tub. When I notified Avalon, they sent out the installer that was involved in the manufacturing and installation of the tub. He looked at the crack and immediately said it was a manufacturing defect and the tub would need to be replaced. From that point forward, no one at Avalon would return my calls or emails. Had to get Slidell Marble to remove and replace the tub. My takeaway; Avalon Marble is great as long as you dont have a problem with their product or installation.
