Went with my wife to get some ice cream and Ricky took great care of us. He went out of his way to make us happy. We will definitely go back and see Ricky!!!!!

Ice cream is much better than Marble Slab. Plus, much more flavor combos and variety. Delicious, creamy and sooo good!

Have been visiting this BR franchise for 15 years, but todays visit was disappointing. One young clerk scrambling to not only wait on customers in the store, but also answering phone calls. Meanwhile, either the franchisee or the store manager was spotted drifting in and out of the back of the store seemingly detached from the pace of the front end. The clerk had two inch long fingernails and improperly restrained hair that was brushing against the tops of the ice cream buckets in the reach down cases. Yikes! Get it together! This underperforming franchise is sitting in a perfect spot, but failure to run it in Disney-esque fashion is likely causing customers to seek out the newer ice cream retailers popping up nearby. Oh, and yes, my Nutty Coconut ice cream was great.

Visited the store 5/21 to use a local flavor certificate that was purchased. The one high school guy was the only employee in the store could not help with the certificate and called the manager/owner who wasn’t there. She was of no help or provided any assistance to redeem the certificate that she advertised and sold on local flavor to increase her sales. We bought two certificates actually and were finally able to get to the store to use one. Very disappointed with the level of customer service and we left empty handed. Not a way to operate a business.

Ice cream was good, and servers were great to work with. However, the manager stormed in from the back, apparently never looking up to see that they had guests, and barked at the servers over a mop. I am saying barked as an UNDERSTATEMENT. She was extremely rude, ugly, and condescending to her employees. You could see her face change when I looked at her. Then she tried to change her attitude (which barely worked). My 6-year-old daughter was with me. How embarrassing and degrading. I was an employee for Baskin Robbins in my teenage years, and fortunately, was never treated like that. The servers handled it well and respectfully. I will not be returning to support such ugliness. Employees are humans and should be treated as such.

I just love this place and all things that come out of it !! And the cupons they offer make me as a single mother so happy to be able to do stuff with the kids all the time !! :)

Great ice cream...clean restroom.Kinda pricey-small chocolate shake and a two scoop waffle bowl with fudge topping=$12+ tax and tip.Only had one guy and one gal working so there was a wait to get the order but he was nice!

Better Call to make sure they are open before going!I drove over 20 miles only to discover they closed earlier then the posted hours. This has happened on more than one occasion!

Me and my brother John both ordered frog legs from this establishment and they would not serve us. It was a horrible disaster. I recommend going anywhere else for frog legs especially with this darn coroni viral thing going on.

Great ice cream and service. Kids love their cakes too. This place is cheaper than most specialty ice cream shops and closer to home too.

We came in with a huge group, made their lives so difficult, amd they were just so professional. They took care of us quickly and were super friendly. Theres definitely a reason this place is still so busy after 830 pm.

When you are in the mood for the taste of real icecream this is a great choice. Some like yogurt shops and some go for snowballs and thats great. There are many places around if that is what you prefer... Sometimes you just need the real thing.

Overpriced ice cream that you could serve yourself at home...except the German chocolate cake ice cream which is only available each year after Halloween. My wife loves It!

Staff was friendly and helpful, the ice cream was tasty, what else could you want from an ice cream shop? I should note it was late in the day when we visited so it wasnt busy at all so it may be different at peak hours

Ice cream is good as always and the cakes are delicious, but the prices!?! You can buy a gallon of a name brand ice cream for about the same price as 3 scoops of BR.

Drove all the way to this shop from Folsom (online hours said open until 10) and get to the door at 8:02 and the workers locked the door because the manager told them to close early because of low sales. Minutes later, several more people walk up and are all turned away. Two customers are still inside and thus they cannot close until those customers leave. And instead of serving five other customers, increasing sales, they chose to stand behind the counter and not do anything. My 4 year old was obviously extremely disappointed. No wonder sales are low. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

This Baskins Robbins always has fresh ice cream and is always clean.
