Anne Dale jewelers resized my engagement ring, and crafted my wedding band. My wedding band was made from some of my late grandmothers diamonds. 10 years ago when my husband as I first married, we had a custom ring made from my mom’s tennis bracelet. For our 10 year anniversary, we had this upgrade made! This is my dream ring. Working with Mr. Mike and Mrs. Anne has been a complete dream! We went in to them after having an absolutely terrible experience with another “jeweler”, and they were immediately very friendly and very helpful. My experience at Anne Dale was amazing. I went in and was able to talk to Mike, and he basically broke down everything for me when it came to picking out or creating an engagement ring. From the start I could tell he wasn’t there to just sell me a ring. He made sure I made a complete and informed decision with what I was moving forward with. They were able to incorporate the main diamond from my girlfriend’s (now fiancé) grandma’s engagement ring, and the final product came out beautiful. Mrs. Anne and Mr. Mike were so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. They also resized the ring after I ordered the wrong size (of course I did), and my fiancé only had to give up her ring for a few hours. I can’t recommend them enough.

The diamonds were lovely but i do not ever remember seeing them sparkle the way they did when we picked them up from Ann Dale. I can strongly recommend this jeweler. We will come here from now on, the customer service is great, unlike most places. Another business told my wife and I her ring had loose diamonds and needed to be sent off to be repaired, which we thought was strange because she is always careful not to hit it on anything. We came here to get a second opinion, the gentleman here showed us the diamonds in her ring were secure and there was nothing wrong with it. He also offered to clean (for free) and replate her ring there if I wanted to wait, which only took 10-15 minutes and looks brand new now, unlike another company where we would have to send it off for almost two weeks. We will definitely come here from now on.

Chose Anne Dale after some deliberation between local jewelers. SO happy with my decision. Sat down with them to mock up a design. They ordered multiple center stones for me to select from after discussing carat and cut details. I spent an hour deciding between multiple stones, and not once did they make me feel rushed or pressured. Allowed me to examine through loupe and talked to me about what to consider, all the while being conscientious of my budget. After a week or 2, I was sent a 3D computer rendering. Discussed some very slight alterations and then one or two weeks later the ring was there. The final piece was EXACTLY what I had hoped for. It was the PERFECT ring for my now fiancee. Cant praise them enough!
