Poor, poor service. Do not recommend. I guess I wasnt spending enough money to warrant a callback.

Pine Grove is a wonderful store with plenty to offer for all your lighting needs. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and will gladly guide you in the right direction. The show room upstairs wonderfully displays many options that are functioning so you can see how the fixtures or fans would look in your home or business. They also offer a great selection of gas lamps. This place has everything you need and at a great price.

Went to pine grove this morning to help my parents pick out lightening for their new home . Brandi was very knowledgeable and helpful through out the whole process .

Great experience, but when I was waiting in line, seems like everyone knew this gentleman, he was not wearing a mask. Signs on the front door masks mandatory dont get it. Great place to do business

This place has it all. Best customer service, very professional, and extremely pleasing to work with. I have 6 whole years of 5 star service with these guys. Highly recommend Pine Grove for anything big or small.

A very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Be sure to visit the upstairs. The upstairs has more fixtures than the big box stores ever thought of having. The four stars is only because of pricing.

My husband and I were shocked not one person acknowledged our presence. We browsed the showroom for 30 minutes anticipating a sales person to assist us at any time. No such luck. Not even a simple hello. RUDE PINE GROVE!!!!! We will buy our light fixtures elsewhere where the staff is friendly and at half the mark up!!!

We made a phone call to Jessica it was very convenient to call us back after she said that she would have the items that we need however we drive all the way there and of course they don’t have it they don’t know what we’re talking about Jessica was there and was and able to help us with the item also which was only a cover for a one by four light fixture the inconvenience of the drive there and back was frustrating as it was
