I would give them zero stars if I could. You cannot trust them. They will overcharge you after you leave. Go anywhere else with your money.UPDATE: Penske replied below so I tried to reach them at the 800 number they provided. After wasting more than an hour on hold, they said no one knew how to handle my call and offered me a random email to reach out to. Today made it even more clear, this company cannot be trusted with your money and they do not respect your time.
