I walked into Lovesac on a Saturday morning in Manhattan Beach and was met with impeccable service from the sales reps. Both were very helpful in explaining the product design, warranties, delivery, etc. I spent most of my time speaking with Alexis. Alexis was very patient and attentive in finding just the proper set-up, amenities, and fabric for my living room. There was no hard sell or haggling. Everything was presented clearly and matter-of-fact. The cost of this furniture is not cheap, but it is also not that far above furniture of similar quality. In my view, the flexibility you get with sactionals makes it worth the added cost. I made my decision to buy both an indoor and outdoor setting. It’s only been two days since my purchase, and I was just notified that my order has already shipped. So far I have had a great experience and look forward to receiving my new furniture.
I went into the Manhattan store on October 23 and had the most wonderful customer service experience with Illya and Alexis. They were both very knowledgeable about the product. Illya took his time it was very helpful with the measurements and model furniture display which was very helpful in me choosing of my pieces. It was a smooth transaction. I called the store a few days later to make final payment on my purchase “paid in full” and that’s when I began speaking with Dan. The customer service I received from Dan was nothing like the customer service I received few days prior I almost thought I had called the wrong store. I had asked Dan if I can make an adjustment to my order and he said he would look into it. It wasn’t until the next day I called to inquire about my request and learned that Dan had not bothered to check at all. Not only did he not check on my request he was not able to read the items that I had purchased on the sale order which delayed him even further in helping me. I became very Irritated with the Dan and ended the call. Dan call me hour or two later stating that I was not able to make any adjustments to my order that had already been processed. Due to the back end customer service I received from Dan I have been contemplating on calling and canceling my entire order. All customers deserve to be treated with the same amount of courtesy and respect, especially, when they are spending their money. I’m really feeling some type of way.Respectfully,
Based off of my experience with this company to date - for the price I paid, I wouldve expected better. My original order was sent to the wrong state. then couch didnt align right and because the company expects you to return items prior to replacement, I am now sitting on blankets with no confirmation of receipt OR shipment of the replacement covers. No one can give a detailed explanation but say they are always here for me.I only gave it two stars because they are comfortable. Just cant wait to have a full functioning couch. I WILL NOT recommend them for the price.
Daisy and Pedro are professional, friendly and know their products. They went over and beyond in personalized service to be sure our couch selection included everything we needed to be comfortable and love our purchase. The love sac arrived and fits our space perfectly. Easy to assemble, machine washable, customized cushion firmness, reasonable delivery time and excellent service. What’s not to love!!
Enjoyed my experience purchasing our Lovesac. Decided to purchase this because it’s so versatile in every way. The customer service was great and liked that it wasn’t an overwhelming nor pushy experience. Definitely ask for Daisy when your at the Manhattan Beach location. Can’t wait to receive my purchase.
