The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. The owner personally came to our table many times to make sure that everything was alright. The bartender was a lot of fun as well. She took very good care of us and made since excellent recommendations. As for the food, I had a seafood risotto and it was delicious. I will definitely make it a point to go here whenever Im in town.

Im from Canada so Ive never actually been here before but this is one restaurant I was definitely rooting for after watching the episode on Kitchen Nightmares. Glad to see Lidos is still open and thriving! Wishing you all the best and hoping I can check out the restaurant one day.
We had the most incredible dinner experience here. The menu was diverse and the food delicious. But what sets this place apart completely is the service. The servers were phenomenal and assisted us with every need we had before we even asked. They were so kind and truly make our experience superb. Would definitely return here for dinner next time we’re in the area

Great place! Kind service, excellent food. I had the HALIBUT with spinach and another side, so good. Others at the table had their house special pastas. All plates were empty! This is our go to close to home restaurant.

After watching episode after episode and doing research: I have found a restaurant that is actually still running. Lisa, youre doing great. Ive recently watched 10 episodes and not one of those restaurants are open. Theyre all permanently closed. As a young Entrepreneur Major myself I admire your commitment.

Service was excellent. Staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was the problem for me. Got a caeser salad and definitely tasted mayo in the dressing. My entrée was chicken alfredo. The chicken didnt taste like it was fresh, maybe it was frozen/processed. The sauce tasted like chicken broth was used as the base and cream was added to thicken. Gave me tasty one pot dinner vibes.
Came in just for appetizers. Had homemade tomato soup and seared scallops. DELICIOUS !!! We will be back.Great job Lisa !

The food here is amazing. The flavor of every dish we have tried has been seriously delicious. The staff is very friendly and the portions are big enough to save to enjoy again the next day. If I could come back here everyday I would, only as long as I never gained a pound while doing it:)

This is by far my favorite go-to restaurant. I have a favorite dish...risotto pescatore. If I was a convicted felon, on death row, with a last meal request, it would be a triple serving of that! My girlfriend eats a different dish almost every time and every entre is wonderful! We have never had a mediocre meal. The service is impeccable, the food is great, the wine menu enticing, pricing very reasonable...what more could you possibly want from eateries of any kind?

Lido is great. The service is always very good but our waitress today was absolutely amazing. The food is very flavorful and the menue has a great selection of dishes. My family feels always at home at Lido.
Lido catered an intimate wedding reception at our house, for 20 guests, and they did a fantastic job. The food was excellent, and it was served piping hot and right on time. They also sent along a food server, to keep us COVID safe. Everyone at the event gave the dinner rave reviews. We highly recommend Lido for your next event.

Ive been by this restaurant many times but havent thought to go in. My mistake! The food brings me back to Italy. Portions are generous and the service is perfect. Coffee is a unique special brand from Italy. Delicious! Picked a Friday for lunch and the restaurant was only 1/4 full. They deserve more customers! Ignore Houstons next door and come to Lido! You will have a nice experience.

Back outdoor patio was nice. Service was good. My favorite is the Lido Vodka Pasta
Had a work outing last week, when looking for a place to grab a bite we tried three places with all a wait of 45 mins+. Walking into Lido we had a incredible experience. The food was amazing, the staff made the evening memorable. Special shout out to Javier whom made sure our glass was always full. Thank you everyone for a great evening. Wish we lived in the area to come back again soon.
Super friendly service, fantastic food. We got the bruschetta trio for an appetizer, for main courses we got the Lido’s famous spicy vodka pasta (highly recommended), and the steak salad. All of the food came out tasting great and on a timely fashion. We will definitely be visiting again.
Went for happy hour and Also ordered an appetizer off the regular menu. Service was great, drinks were great. Nice atmosphere . This restaurant is in a strip mall next to Johnny Rockets . Would definitely return !
It was decent but kind of average food. Great wine list. We waited for a long time when we entered before we were greated and then seated and they were not busy away all, which kind of bothered us. But after that the service was great.

Last night was the first time in this good restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last time. We passed a splendid evening with the courteous service, with the high quality food and fine drinks and with the comfortable cost. We will surely go back there soon.

Good food, friendly service, and nice wine selection. The chicken sausage pasta and vodka pasta dishes are delicious. Their chopped salad is also worth a try. The restaurant is looking a little worn and the bar area was not the cleanest. The food far outshines the atmosphere.

My husband and I were in Segundo Ca, and we were craving some fettuccine for dinner. Lido Di was only 12 minutes away from where we were staying so we decided to go have dinner there. The service was great and the food was great. The chicken from the fettuccine was the best chicken I have ever had. I would definitely recommend this place if you are craving Italian food.
Lidos is a little gem in Manhattan Beach. Ive eaten there multiple times and also swing by for take out. Everything I have tried is delicious. But, the Sea Food Combo with linguine is to die for. The best Ive ever had. If you like Italian food, I highly recommend you try this place out!

Lunchtime w Family.Had the Mussels and Clams in red sauce and Calamari. Small portions but perfect for lunch. Crab and Capelinni pasta was superb and the Lobster Won Ton Tacos were good. Tasted like cabbage not so much as Lobster. Sat outside and it was a bit cluttered but cozy and private since we were the only ones there. Waitress was nice and attentive. Will be back for dinner. Soon.
They should fine an executive chef that is passionate about making food. It seems like the BOH is happy making simple yet sloppy and under seasoned food. The owner should definitely find someone to make the food worth coming back to.
Service was ridiculously slow. The place was empty with 3 staff on the floor bumbling around not being able to do anything. Food was pretty terrible, sadly. The wine, however, was quite nice and well priced! There is potential here if they do something about the management and kitchen. Hope they step up théir game.
I can’t wait to visit this place. I will be traveling to that area to visit a friend in February 2019. We have talked about Lido and we have plans to enjoy a nice dinner in a cool place. The atmosphere might be too “hip” and young for us old folks but, we will make the most of it. 👍

This is a gem of a local place in Manhattan Beach. The food is excellent with a wide variety of dishes. They have a good and extensive wine list. The service is outstanding. If you go often, they will remember you.
Extensive menu and all are delicious. Been coming here for years, and although I have moved out of the area, still crime back every couple of months. Great wine selection.
I have never been here personally (live in Kentucky) but just watched Kitchen Nightmares and I couldnt believe this location is still open!! So impressive!! Most restaurants on this show close but this one is still open! Congrats Lisa on turning that place around and keeping your dream alive!!
I saw this place on food network and had to visit. My boyfriend and I ordered 1 cioppino to share and we couldnt finish it. It is SO much food. It has a variety of seafood and the sauce/soup is a delicious tomato based soup. It is definitely worth it.

I have to say the food was very good & I love the spicy garlic that comes with the bread is bomb!! I love garlic & when it comes with that mixture sauce with the bread oh my just mouth watering. I could eat this all day & skip the main dish but was a pleasant experience & very good keep up the good work cause in my yes your doing a great job!!
Great restaurant in Manhattan Beach CA. They have a good menu and the service was outstanding. The owner deserves 5 Stars for sticking with her restaurant and making it what it is today. The Roasted Rack of Lamb would be my favorite. This is the dish from heaven. Flavor is perfection. Everything we have tried is good and we would tell anyone this restaurant is a must try.
I was nearby for Street Food Cinema a while back and saw this restaurant when I parked so I bookmarked it and finally gave them a try!My boyfriend ordered a mushroom papardelle which he loved and said it was full of flavor. I ordered the risotto pescatore which had shrimp, salmon, and scallop. It was a little bland at first but as I ate it I could taste a little more flavor. It was still a good dish!Unfortunately, service was sub par. It wasnt busy when we went but it looked like the waitress needed some help. It took a while to order and we were checked on once, about 5 minutes into our meal. I had to wave down the waitress for the check which she never brought to us.. at this point she wasnt busy because she was talking to her coworkers and walking in n out of the kitchen. After waiting another 10min I decided to go to her and pay. I hope they improve their service!
Three of us were here while in town on business. The food was well prepared, good sized servings, and reasonably priced. Good wine selection and the service was good.
Havent had an experience here yet however my girlfriend and I have just watched your episode on Kitchen Nightmares. We decided to search you up and we are so very proud and happy to see you are still succeeding and going strong! Had dinner here and the same night saw their episode of kitchen nightmare, this place has withheld all of the changes Ramsay made, I recommend the chicken sausage rigatoni. Good job lisa, I had my own restaurant at 22 until I was 25 and I know how hard it can be.

Wonderful restaurant! The atmosphere was great because of the people but no great views out the window, its all shut in. The patio looked amazing but was reserved for a dinner party so we sat inside. The waiter was very attentive and we didnt have to ask for anything. Food was delicious, we had the lobster quesadillas and the mushroom papardelle, fabulous!

Food was good, service was good but the acoustic was really bad! It was so noisy I couldnt hear myself let alone try to talk to my friends. To be fair I was there on Friday night. The dinning room is small and i think the noise came from the bar which is really in the same room. Then there was a musician playing something. It was just all over noisy!
The place was super pretty love the vibes. But definitely a no go for the food. I got the lasanga and it was nasty !!!! Probably because it was frozen lasagna and not freshly made. The server told us it was frozen then you cook it . And so over priced for the food that not even good ! Never going back. Save you time and money !!! Because they take forever to attend you . We almost walked out with our paying because they dont even notice you.
