Had to be out my mind to work there,place is like a whole in the wall with the worst management ever. I advise you never to apply there you might just catch a legal case or get seriously hurt.this place gets1star from me🤫only cause I cant post this without a rating 👎👎👎👎👎

Run their workers into the ground and treat them poorly

Although I wouldnt recommend to work here, without the help of this place, I wouldnt be where Im at today. Ive discovered my calling in life and now have a great career (NOT HERE). Im paid, recognized, and appreciated a lot more for my hard work than I ever did in my years of blood, sweat, and personal sacrifices (including my health) Ive wasted at this company. Thank you Florence Corporation for giving me the motivation to become a better person and to not ever work for a company like this who are greedy, waste talent on actual hard working employees, and treat factory workers like lesser human beings. I guess thats why you have such a high turnover rate. Oh and thank you Chris Butler and Steve Penn-Berkeley for the forced early resignation a day or two after I turned in my two weeks notice. To be honest, I was planning just to walk out and not come back without telling anyone, but I decided to be the bigger person and be more professional by giving a two weeks notice so I can help out the deparment and help train someone to be my replacment that way the manager and leads didnt have such headaches. That action spoke a lot about your professionalisms and how personal you wanted to make my departure. Thank you :)!

The parcel locks mechanisms are junk and came not working out of box. Mailman will not use them as he has to jiggle all 3 of them to work. So much for factory quality control. Tried repeatedly to contact Florence, but they use 3rd party for customer service and you cannot directly contact Florence. Try to go to their website for any link to customer support (none). Only sales. Been six months since installed and still no warranty support. I can assume they will not pay for any labor to repair their defective mailboxes. They said they will send me new mechanisms but no parts ever arrived. I would still have pay for my locksmith to install them. I will NEVER NEVER buy Florence mailboxes again. I bought them from Budget Mailboxes online and they wash their hands once sale was done and pointed to Florence to honor their product. Still waiting!

They manufacture Post office boxes for the Post office and mail centers. I pick up and deliver freight there. They are all really nice people!

I work there its been 5yrs

I went here with my father when I was younger and the staff were very polite and friendly. This place also pays well and you can get promoted easily.

I worked on the dock years ago before I went to college. Im surprised the place is still standing considering how many times its been bankrupt and changed names. The company went downhill fast when they started hiring convicts, drug addicts, and all the good ol boys from JC. At one point half my shift was on work release or spending weekends in jail. It was definitely an eye opening to watch people smoking meth in the parking lot on their break, having to deal with abusive supervisors who would literally walk around picking fights, and being screwed out of overtime pay and benefits. Hands down the absolute worst dead end job I ever had, being in the army was a far better experience.

Sent my mailbox back. Spot welds didnt hold on chute, not meant for post construction installation. I have written several times, but still havent received my refund nearly one year later! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Too much of a hassle to deal with this company. Used them one time and never again! Disorganized. First salesman was Uppity. Second one tried to help. Third one had a Bad attitude. They did not seem to care. Wanted to know what we wanted to order but when we needed help - it was not there. We had used Salsbury before and without incidence so we called them again. We had no problems. Fast, curtious service. It took 6 weeks to get our order straight with Florence with alot of stress and aggravation. It took less than 24 hours to get the right order from Salsbury. We need more items and going straight to Salsbury!!!
