I recently purchased a Baileigh Industrial shear, have used it for a few metal art projects and been pleased with the tools performance. The shear has added significant efficiency to my work included in the attached project photos; reduced required fabrication time while also reducing the need for angle grinder consumables (e.g. cutoff wheels), debris and noise. Our company just purchased a brand new RB350 Rotary Draw Bender from Baighleigh industrial. James Frenz, and Brandon helped us with the process of purchasing this machine and provided top notch customer service. We got a quote on a Friday, arrived on monday to demo the machine, loaded it on our truck same day and returned home to southern Indiana. Once we got back we had a few missing pieces missing and a missing die. One call to Brandon, and James and the issue was resolved and we had the missing pieces in a couple days with no extra shipping charges. These guys are the best and we wont hesitate to contact them for any of future machine purchases! #baighleigharmy

Baileigh has been sending me e-mails, hats etc trying to get me to buy from them. So a few months back they had a sale and free shipping. When I actually checked the email it ended the day before. I called and asked if they could make an exception as it wasnt a big purchase. (Under $2K) They said they could not honor that and offered another discount that was not close to the original. Being that metal working machinery is new to my shop offerings every dollar is important. I thanked them and looked online for another source and found what I wanted at the price I can handle with a 25% discount and free shipping for my first purchase. I have to give a big thank you to the sales staff at Baileigh. Your corporate smugness and lack of ability to bring me in as a new customer has saved me a considerable amount of dollars. You guys are the best!

Weve been working with the Baileigh Industrial brand for over 4 years and have nothing but great things to say about the staff and products. I would recommend hitting a couple higher end fabrication shop to see which equipment manufacture they are using.Im sure youll see Baileigh Industrial in their fleet. We recommend them to everyone.

The only thing that is semi good is there products. The customer service there is HORRIBLE. I have received better customer service from people making minimum wage at Harbor Freight and Taco Bell. We had a scheduled meeting and waited 45 minutes after the scheduled time for somebody to finally show up! Also, the guy the was suppose to be the expert in order to demonstrate and to sell us the product was the most dull, and not knowledgeable person Ive ever met in customer service. Also do NOT trust their sales reps over the phone. They claimed the products come with so many extra attachments included. This is nothing but a lie and the promised attachments do not come with it. If you are super desperate then you can buy from them but expect all of the above.

I have purchased other baileigh machines before and no issues. I ordered a magbrake and was super excited. Then it showed up and we call to get electrical info, turns out the salesman was new and didnt tell me i needed a transformer for it. So then it shows up and call tech again and he walks us through it. It doesnt work so then we get a list of parts i need to buy. Im told i mustve hooked it up to wrong power and i should get a new electrician and my warranty is voided. I have gone round and round with them and this has been the worst experience i have ever had. Seriously on the fence of just throwing it away its that frastraiting

My fiancé and I purchased an expensive piece of machinery from Baileigh Industrial, Inc and when it arrived several parts were not included that the online site indicated would be.I contacted Baileigh support the day the item was delivered, a Friday, only to speak with confused person after confused person. I was assured they would look into this and contact me on Monday. After not receiving a call on Monday, I attempted to contact them Wednesday and finally on Thursday I was able to get ahold of someone.It turns out that the item I ordered online is no longer available, so I was sent a different item that does not have interchangeable parts. The item I purchased is discontinued, so it will no longer be sold. The person on the line even indicated I was not the first to complain about this, yet they have not changed their website.The contact at Baileigh did not offer anything to help make the situation right, which made the disappointing purchase into a bad purchase. I would strongly advise AGAINST shopping with this company.

As the owner and operator at Cry Baby Cycles I strive for the highest quality of metal shaping and fabrication possible! The way Im able to do that is the best equipment possible and thats Baileigh! I have an English Wheel, Plannishing hammer, Bead roller and Shrinker/Stretcher that get used on a daily basis. These tools always live up to my tough expectations! The quality and performance has been awesome and I cant wait to get more tooling in the future. I highly recomend that if you are just starting out or a pro Baileigh is the one and only tools you need in your shop!!

This company has no customer service. Rude people. Trying to order parts is totally hopeless. No one has any idea what you want and if they do figure out it takes 3 months to get parts due to them apparently not stocking parts. We have 2 CNC routers that we use daily in production for next day orders. The machines actually do hold up well considering they are chinese machines. We no longer buy parts from them. We have a local machine shop that makes all our parts so we can actually stay in business. Who waits 3 months for a part? So if you want and can deal with a chinese machine go on ebay and buy the machines. They are lots cheaper but same machine just different color and name. If you do not have mechanical experience and access to a machine shop do not buy chinese. Will I buy a chinese machine again, yes probably. Will I buy from Baleigh, not a chance.

Worst customer service in the industy. i have been treated better ordering a pizza. i spent over $20,000 got treated like a chump by all the incompatant staff.
