In a time when Harley-Davidson dealerships seem to be trending to little more than T-shirt shops, this is one of the good ones. They have an amazing selection of apparel, a big Parts department and a full-on Service department. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they have a great inventory, too.

Stopped on our way down to Milwaukee museum. The staff was friendly and welcomed us to have some fresh coffee or a soft drink, we didnt stay long but they some cool stuff to check out. There is motorcycles that rotate around the room on the ceiling.

Stopped while on vacation up in Door county, they had a cool cut away of M-8 engine.

My experience in the store purchasing two motorcycles was good. The “learning to ride” course was awful. The class room was boring and mostly covered the same material as we learned online. For the two-day riding course, we sat in the hot sun and rode through every skills section. For me, the instructor did nothing to encourage and help us to succeed. He did not explain the point system and/or what to expect for the final riding exam. It would have been very helpful to be able to practice the final riding course. The instructor could critique us and help us to improve and successfully pass the riding test. Rather we just mundanely moved from one section to another throughout the two hot days and ran the final test. For me, the course did nothing to encourage motorcycle riding, but just the opposite.

Bought my bike there a few years back. Very helpful, will help with any questions you have. Trevor is great so is Mike. Both very helpful. Will take the time to just talk if youre stopping in.

This was my first time at Harbor Town and I had my Gold Wing serviced there because they are now an authorized Honda dealer too. I was impressed by the size and layout of the showroom, the selection of Harleys and Hondas, the cleanliness of the restrooms, the friendliness of the staff, and the nice waiting area. Mike B. took care of me, answering all my questions and making me feel confident that I was getting quality and thorough service. The free soda and bike wash were unexpected but nice surprises.

I have been looking for the INNOVV K2 dual channel camera system for some time. I recently found it online for an amazing price which turned out too good to be true.As soon as I got that transaction cleared up, I looked for another source and found Harbor Town HD. I called in and talked to Dan. I wanted to confirm that they actually had these on a shelf and could ship one out soon. He confirmed that they had them and said hed get it out same day if I could get the order in right away. He even made it super easy for me to buy. He sent me an email with a buy button. I just clicked the button, it routed me to a secure site, and I completed the purchase...easy.Two days later, my wife just signed for the camera.Well done, Harbor Town. Youve not heard the last of me. Theres always another thing I need for the bike.

The thing that stood out to me about HTHD was that the sales team, parts and service team were doing their jobs for the CUSTOMER, not to make a buck. The level of customer service, when that is the objective, is a way better experience. Nice job crew!

On Vacation from Joplin Mo found a bike I had to have at harbor town. The staff was friendly easy to work with. Sweet Melissa who takes care of all the paperwork was just phenomenal friendly down to earth easy to fallow if I had a question she made sure I got an answer. Most places just want to get it done and push you out the door not so at harbor town. Oh and they have shaded parking for your bike wow. Next time I buy I’m gonna ride from Joplin Missouri to deal with these guys. Thank you.

We bought 2 honda motorcycles this last weekend & we were impressed by the friendly and helpful salesmen cory [ thanks] as well as trevor who we spoke with on the phone & melissa in financing. We looked at several bikes weighing our options with the helpful questions answered. If anybody is interested in a entry level bike may we suggest the honda 300 r or 500 f models, the handling and performance of these bikes are phenomenal & fun as hell to ride. Thanks Harly Davidson harbor towne. I do have a little bit of a gripe lol. There is a basic 600 mile break in service on these bikes, which I plan on bringing them in, but I really wish there was a significant discount on that service considering we went with the extended warranty & the rest of the goodies.. customer appreciation on larger purchases would be nice. Thank you.

Nice dealership, nice dealership shirt selection. But the only bad thing is NO ONE asked us in the whole store if we needed help or even said hello. So we just left. Seems like they only like to do business with frequent customers. Doubt if we will be back. 6/8 UPDATE, I just dont get this place? Went there again for the 3rd time to use my gift card and again there was no hello, or can I help you find something, one guy nodded his head at me. That was it. Is it me or what. This just makes me want to get out of the motorcycle thing and go into the muscle car thing. I JUST DONT GET IT?!?!?!?!?!???!!!??? Lowered my rate to 1 star. Hate to do it, but its a 3 strike thing. In all my ratings I only did this 3 times. UGH. I hope things change for real soon.

Bought a 2013 Polaris and some Harley clothes. I want to give a huge thank you to a Harley dealer, Harbor Town HDMy grandson is a Lego addict. He loves those things. So for Christmas I wanted to buy him one of the Fatboy Lego sets since I have a Fatboy.Well I looked on amazon and Ebay and these things were going for high prices.I did a Google search and Harbor Town Harley Davidson of Mantiwok, Wisconsin not only had it CHEAPER than anyone else but they had FREE SHIPPING too!I ordered it and it came in today. Needless to say I am very happy and my grandson will be stoked.Merry Christmas!

Cant say enough good things about this dealerships service department. I came over from Michigan on the Badger for Harleys 115th on Friday August 31. While waiting for the Badger to depart Michigan, I noticed my 2011 Road Glide Ultra had developed an oil leak. Upon arriving in Manitowoc I rode directly to Harbor Town Toyota where I was greeted by Eric on the Service lane. Eric got my bike in right away, and RJ - an excellent technician - quickly had the issue diagnosed - a smashed O-ring installed just two days earlier. I was in and out in just over two hours - reasonable considering I did not have an appointment - and was treated very well by everyone I encountered at Harbor Town Harley-Davidson. Now if I could just get Eric and RJ to relocate to West Michigan!!! Great job guys...I will be back!
