I came by during my lunch break to do some homework in the lobby. I waited in line for 5-10 minutes to order a water and a plain bagel. They were very busy but seemed to be appropriately staffed. I waited 15 minutes for the water, but still no bagel. 35 minutes went by and was going to be late to work and left…. With an iced water… with no refund. staff was nice but had a hard time managing the busy lunch hour. Going back to work hungry and disappointed.

My venti is about halfway filled up. On top of that, it’s the wrong drink inside despite the label being right. Very Disappointed

This morning we stopped and I got a tall decaf latte, tall pumpkin spice and short hot chocolate and matcha tea latte iced. We could not drink our hot drinks. The two coffee drinks tasted like hot water. Not even like coffee or pumpkin spice. And the hot chocolate was terrible too. What a waste of money.

Ive been twice now. My second experience was much better. My first visit my sister and I both got drinks. My hot drink was fine. My sisters iced white chocolate mocha was hot. The ice was completely melted and the drink cup was luke warm to the touch. We didnt make a stink, but pulled back through the drive through. Instead of having them remake the drink, we explained that the drink was hot and we would just take a large cup of ice. The girl at the window refused to give us a large cup of ice and said it was against their policy. She said she could only give me a grande or a tall cup of ice.. I repeated back that I couldnt have a large cup of ice for the hot drink that was supposed to be a cold drink? In my head, Im thinking about how the melted drink wouldnt fit into a grande. She confirmed that no, she could not. I requested two grande sized cups of ice instead. The whole thing was a little ridiculous, to be honest. I dont know if that was really their policy on an error of theirs, or just a general ice policy, or if I should have at that point just asked them to remake the drink. Either way we left, and my sister drank some of her watered down coffee.

Im not a coffee drinker, so I get a plain black tea. They dont always get my name right, but hey, who does? 😉 Like many others, I regularly have meetings there with clients or agents from my office because of the comfortable atmosphere. I enjoy being able to give small denomination gift cards for referrals, etc, & of course, they love receiving them. Always appreciate the service.

Ive never had my order come out with the ingredients that are in the recipe. The barista always says they are out of something that comes in the order. Too bad Ive wasted my money.

I went to this Starbucks and got in a long line. OnceGetting there to the drive to to order they informed the no longer have soy milk. I called to ask why they dont post notifications for the different milk products only due to allergens through manager was rude and stated that all Starbucks were out of soy milk and it wouldnt make since to post because they would be posting notifications daily. I ordered another product and after paying found that it was the wrong product after leaving. I called the manager to voice my complaint again and he cut me off and hung up the phone during our conversation. I called back to get the district managers phone nber and now no one is answering. This Starbucks offer horrible service and there is no accountability to get your money back when the order is wrong.

If I could do no stars I would. I was trying to buy a cup and the guy at the register couldn’t figure out how to ring it up. He asked the manager and she told him but didn’t help him and he still couldn’t figure it out. I stood there for 10 minutes and then he asked me to get a different one but that was the last one and I was told I couldn’t buy it because he couldn’t figure it out. Worse ever!!!!!! Need a new manager. Today is 11/6/2020 at 4:45 pm. I hope the owner or GM sees these and does something about YOUR STAFF that is there today!!!! The manager and the guy that the counter. Only male employee that I saw there. You need to take him off a register and maybe he shouldn’t even get a calculator!!!! He might get confused!!!

The staff is somewhat polite. When I go to a Starbucks, I normally spend over $11.00 due to theres always 2 of us... I want a decent cup of coffee, so I always order.. NO FOAM... NO WHIP. When Im paying over $ 5.00 for a cup of coffee... I want a FULL cup of coffee.. NOT only 3/4 full. This is a RIP OFF location.. WILL NOT RETURN. Giving this location a 1 rating is too good...

Service is great! The only thing I have a problem is this location can’t make a Java chip Frappuccino correctly. I will visit again in a couple of weeks to try out the Frappuccino again and post and updated review.

I have called the corporate office before and let them know just what an exemplary employee Jose Mayor is at this location. It has been years and now I am back in the area. Me and my girlfriend used to talk to this guy years ago and love him. He is always happy and we would drive a little further just in the hopes he was working that day so he could make us a wonderful cup of coffee or cappuccino. I have managed before dealing with difficult employees and customers. The thing you cannot do as a corporation or manager is pay to hire an employee with a good heart that cares. That is priceless. However when you have one, you better pay them well because they are worth it. Give this guy a $1 raise please, not 10 cents. I highly doubt he is over paid to begin with. :) It is not often that you meet people like Jose in this life. Wherever Jose goes is where I will be spending my hard earned money.

Love this place. The staff is always bubbly and in a good mood. The coffee is always very well made and orders are always correct. The one time I did have an issue with the taste of one of my drinks, they fixed it without fuss or complaint.I choose this location in Mansfield every time due to the friendliness.

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Every time I come to this Starbucks I sit in line for nearly 40 minutes. They also somehow were out of all of their sandwiches. How? Very displeased

Everything was fine but the girl putting drinks up for pickup seemed a little annoyed with just about any customer she talked to when checking on orders. I get that its probably a fast-paced and stressful environment but she could probably work on the attitude and body language a bit..

Good coffee- friendly staff

Is always busy and its hard to find a spot to sit, but the baristas are some of the best ones Ive interacted with and are incredibly nice. Also, weird to mention but I like the temperature in there too. Not too cold and not too warm.

Always fast courteous service. Normally orders are made correctly, but if theres ever a mistake the store staff are quick to correct it and leave their customer satisfied. Do wish prices were a bit lower.

I really like this Starbucks, they ALWAYS perfect my Serious Strawberry. At other places theres either too much ice, too much strawberry w/ little taste, but they make it just the way I like it. The customer service is also something that never needs to be corrected, I wish I lived closer to this location. :(

My Favorite store, they ALWAYS get my Misto right! Leslie, the Mgr. runs a fun shop, the employees seem happy and eager to please.Tables and seating areas are always very clean.

Last two visits I get halfway down the highway to find no sweetener and wrong cream in my coffee. Nothing like throwing out a five dollar coffee... Grrrrr.

Thank you to the Manager and Staff for their patience and friendliness. We had just pulled into town and I hadnt had ANY caffeine. Not to mention I had 4 indecisive kiddos in tow. I got a Carmel brûlée late and the barista made it with pride. He was super proud when he gave me the cup, waited for me to try it and see my reaction. Very pleased with the service I received. Will visit again.

What has happened to the customer service at this location. I’ve come here for years, and always joyful, interactive customer service. Over the last month or so it just seems all business. Not the friendly atmosphere of the past. Just my perception, orders are timely and fine.

Unfortunately experienced very poor customer service. Went inside due to the drive thru line at the service road. Had to obtain refund after 20 minutes. They were also out of several normal food items on a Saturday morning.

I come to this location quite often and always have a good experience. Today I was waiting in line behind someone seemed to work there but was off the clock. I waited for about three minutes for them to finish their personal conversation before I placed my drink order.While I was waiting for my drink I noticed what looked like another off the clock employee had joined the chat circle and proceed to have another conversation while the cashier participated and neglected customers that were in line. I received my drink, put sugar in it, was going to put cream in but there was none to be found. By the time I left the conversation was still going. In my opinion is the cashiers responsibility to put the customers first.

My mobile orders are usually ready when I get there. Sometimes I have to ask for them. Overall they do well and have great coffee options.

The wait is always long and the customer service has went down hill. I used to really enjoy this Starbucks but now, I will go out of my way to find another one. Even with the mobile app, the wait time is 15 minutes. I wouldnt mind waiting if the customer service was better.

It was the idea of having my friend lose the bet that I couldnt get the girls HONE # For him . I won . Sorry but they very good desserts and veggie salads . Plus some of the coffee is outstanding .

Like most i have been to many starbucks but this one is by far the worst. Yes the coffee is good but they move so slow...i was in the drive threw for more than 15min for them to just tell you that the espresso machine is down and then when you tell them never mind its well we can make it, ok cool...but now im going on 25min because its taking them so long. Would of been nice to either tell me how long it would of taken for me to get my coffee or just told me sorry we cant make your coffee today. After waiting so long i left and didnt even get a coffee oh and i paid for it. Wouldnt even give it a 1 star today!
