I’m a little late writing this review, but I continue to tell my experience with Big Red Automotive to others so I wanted to officially write a review. Early last Spring, my car died while driving. Due to having newer cars, we never really had a personal mechanic so I immediately went to google searching for local mechanics. I called Big Red Automotive and they were actually about to close but Clint (I believe was his name) assured me he would stay at the shop until I arrived and he did!! He took care of everything I needed as well as provided a teacher discount!! He was super honest and super knowledgeable! Big Red Automotive will definitely be our personal mechanic for any needs in the future!!

I called Bobby at Big Red and his customer service was great. So I took my truck to get my door handle repaired. He was very knowledgeable about what was going on and fixed it as quoted. Overall great experience and this will be my new go to spot. Thanks Bobby!

Used to bring alot of business to big, but lately they are offering lazy work. I try few more times one for alignment and Not, they are no offering alignment for cars 2014 and newer they need an update their software, ( thats what the manager told me) then went back for inspection and again inspection machine was down.. until when? No answer!Hope they can improve their services.

I called to get a front-end alignment done and make an appointment if it needed. They were unable to do so because their machine was broke down. Guy gave me directions and name of a business who could do my front in alignment on that day. And I was very appreciative.

Clint has a great team Fair and reasonable prices and First time fix or a Heater core issue that Firestone could not figure out after 3 visits. Good customer service you expect from a Auto shop.

They ripped us off when we got our inspection done there charged me 300.00 for a problem they didnt fix

Writing this for a friendBrought my mothers equinox in thinking it needed a transmission after being told this from a previous shop. Turns out a cv axle was broke. They saved me over $3000. This shop is the most honest shop Ive been to. Clint and the staff here went above and beyond. They have earned my business from here on out. Thank you.

They did a firefighters inspection at no charge, just thanked him for his service. The owners are very straight up and honest. This is why I will return to Big Red Automotive off 917 in Mansfield.

Since Clint left this place has become a joke. Noone wants to do anything. Very lazy group of people, definately will look for other places from now on.
