I would like to thank Daisy from garden department she was so helpful and answered every question I had and even help me pick such a beautiful plant and give me amazing advice on how to maintain it she was over all very friendly and made me feel like a valued customer she didn’t just answered my garden questions she even helped me with some paint questions as well she went above and beyond!
This besides the Tracy store is my store. Easy returns if you bought with any card purchase. But love it because you can buy most of your cleaning supplies plus more. If you love flowers its a good place to get them.
Home maintenance day. Needed a replacement kitchen disposal and back yard gate hardware. Got a great price and warranty on new disposal. Found exactly what I was looking for in decorative gate latch and hinges.Even though it was a busy day the line at the register went very quick. All in all a good trip to The Depot.

Don’t buy appliances here if you might reject delivery because they WILL not refund your money back. I’ve been trying to get a hold of them and every time they put me in a transfer loop and eventually hang up on me. This store really needs to be reported.
The plumbing expert David from this store is excellent. I was looking for the right shower cartridge . Tried checking online and always got the wrong one. After going to this store the gentlemen over their lead me to David, plumbing expert. He came with me and showed the perfect one for me. I came home a tried the one he showed me. Perfect! Saved me from the dripping noise of a leaky shower head!! I love this store! Also the customer service guys are always friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of pants too. I was thinking to write a review from long time for this store. Keep up the friendly way of dealing. Thanks !!!
I really wish there were a couple people throughout the store that were easy to find to get help with things. Ive had to wander, hunt, go all through the store trying to find someone to help or answer a question. Several times I got tired of hunting, just left the store & went somewhere else. Its hard to find an employee that is knowledgeable or has a basic awareness of products the store sells, what to recommend or able to explain much. They really should hire more knowledgeable employees or train them a little better.
I have to give the people here an excellent 5 stars! We have been looking for shower liners adhesive throughout valley three home depot stores. They all said vary amount cans available but there’s none in any shelves there. Stuff tried different locations and non of them could find one for us. Very frustrating! Because we called the store and was told it was available but we got there there is none. Stuff checked their system and it still says it’s available! Finally we got to this store in Manteca. Same problem, the system says have 17 but staff can find one. I was so mad about it and almost crying out loud. Then a gentle man who not working on that area actually, his name is Rob, and another gentleman named Dennis who was in the lane 16 helped us digging out his one can for us。 I don’t know how much we appreciate this. Thank you so very much Rob and Dennis!!!!!!
My favorite place to buy pretty much anything I need to replace at my home or to get a project done.
I wrote like 2 pages but deleted it.Lets just say the employees we dealt with were less than knowledgeable or helpful.No smiles, or come this way I will show you. Just go back there and find the guy.

Was unable to purchase a plug, that goes under sink and splits, with top plug for disposal, and the bottom plug for dish washer. We, my boyfriend and I had to wait til next day when we went to ACE HARDWARE, ON MAIN Street in Manteca . We had a small problem, finding the one we need, til a friendly customer offered to help until the staff was freed up and able. I do have to say is that Home Depot staff were just to busy. We had other things we were going to purchase, and only because it was late we bought only what we had to, to finish up that nite. Oh well, maybe ill try Lowes next time. Sincerely, GINA CASCIO

Normally great, however online inventory showed 3 of what i wanted in stock only to find out after getting there that the inventory was incorrect. Wouldnt Normally post a negative either, if this werent the 3rd or 4th time this has happened. If only 1 on stock I wouldnt risk it, 3 I figured was a good gamble. I could have ordered online, figured I might need something else. Not this time. An hour I could have spent better. Wont stop me from shopping there, but beware of the online inventory.

Bought a hedger, battery powered. I should have bought a electric one!! (Even though I have back up batteries) just not enough like the electric one.
Decent store but not the best in the area but gets the job done for most DIY projects.

About the same as all home depots. Parking is tough. Some of the employees know how to help. Pro areas is always impacted by the non-pros people making it hard to get a larger work truck in the designated parking.

Very good selection of merchandise, but the aisles are filled with displays, pallets, ladders, stacks of merchandise, space-consuming platforms, etc., etc. Leaves almost no room for actual CUSTOMERS. Makes it hard to shop and get around. ☹
Got to love Home Depot. Got those orange aprons at every aisle. I didnt even have to look for help they were looking for me.
Just make sure you know what youre looking for when you go Here because no one wants to ever help you.

Had what I wanted and I got through fast. this and the other Central valley home Depot is usually have more stuff in stock versus the Bay area ones. And usually the organization is not trashed so much of the material
I love Home Depot, so this review kind of hurts. Since COVID-19, I have only been inside Home Depot 2 or 3 times. I noticed garden tools racks almost empty, prices have really gone up. The absolute worse is the lumber dept. Prices have really gone up, but the worse part is you can not find fence boards. There is no other place to go in town since the local lumber yard closed several years ago.
First appearance isnt the best. The Items i was looking for are extremely long and youd think theyd be easy to find but the area they are in, is so scattered around that you cant find them nor the price. It took me several passes to find the one i wanted because they were all mixed together. Some staff are helpful and others just point and leave. I think a good clean up could help with customers finding what they came for.Possibly more lighting would make it better to see what your searching through as well.

In most Circumstances. You got Project,They got the tools, they Got The Supply. Usually great prices and staff is constantly covid compliant. This place as well offers mask for those in a temporary need. I am sure we have all misplaced a mask or two in the recent times. Staffs also often with the knowledge that you seek.should you have questions in regards to your purchase. Usually helps for us knuckle heads that think the manuals for chumps before we actually do knuckle up and use it as that its needed. Very annoyed that each time I go in there gets worse and worse and the employees dont know where anything is or if it is even carried in the store. They send me to the wrong aisle is completely every time. I went plant shopping and every plant I picked up was bone dry and looking sickly

No customer service. I bought a air conditioner, first it took me 15 minutes just to get help with some questions, he was no help at all. I bought one,very heavy and big. No one even offered to help take to my vehicle. Im older female and had my 2 small grandbabies with me. You would think the 2 men at the 1 register would have either helped load it or found someone to help me. I will not be back to the manteca one ever again.

Helped an elderly woman at the self checkout. I was just about finished checking out myself when she came up to the register i was using. She asked if I could help her because she didnt know how to use the self checkout. I asked the female employee who was working there at the time if it was okay with her if I did and she replied that she was the only one working there. I scanned everything and waiting until she paid for the things she had. She offered to buy me lunch and I politely declined saying it wasnt necessary and for her to have a good day
Might be a good idea to cross train the workers. Looked for a part and if I was able to find someone, they said they didnt know because it wasnt their department...okay. You work here though, you are saying you cant tell me where to find a shower rod...4th time someone finally knew where it was.

We wanted to avoid the inside line so we decided to use the Garden Center. Yvonne was very helpful. She suggested that we try for the Home Depot credit so we could receive an additional discount.(the discount helped us get a sander basically for free) The store looks like it just got stocked up on everything recently...
My fav all time store. I basically own a new home with all the remodel Ive done thanks though HD . The have it all, always great price and their pro rewards are a good plus
Some of the workers were very friendly. Some of them act like you just walked into their garage and want you gone asap. But they have cool stuff.

Great at enforcing the covid guidelines and the purchase experience ran super smoothly. We were able to run more than one transaction type with the cashier, who also professionally handled the long line of customers with comfort and ease. They also have a great selection of halloween animatronics.

Got what I needed and went to check out. The two ladies working the register area were in their own little world and were ignoring getting their customers to the registers. Customers were walking up to the registers ahead of the people ahead of them in line. When I asked about getting a register to check out the employee was rude asking cash or card repeatedly. The employee definitely is not worth the salary she is being paid. When your job is getting your customers to a register and out the door and you cant do that then why is she there?

This store is behaving like they are the only store in town, which they are. In the two years Ive lived here, the service has deteriorated to make you feel like they actually want you to go elsewhere I had curbside pick up problems for the second straight time. Waiting for help at the customer service desk ( defeats the purpose of curbside pickup) the guy next to me also had a story. Sorry home depot, i cant wait till they open up a lowes close by.....
Ive shipped at Home Depot many times and I see allot of customer service employees walking around but when Ive asked for help its usually the same response. Its on isle whatever. This last time the guy was sitting at a desk on the phone, so I walked around trying to locate brackets for my blinds. I asked two employees where I could find the blind brackets. One says he didnt know and walked away. The other said the isle number and to ask the guy at the desk. The guy at the desk finally was off the phone. I asked for the brackets he told me they were down the isle on the right. I looked I couldnt see them. I told him. Again he said they are on the right side without getting up from his seat. I asked him to show me and her he got up and found them for me. He pulled the package from a strip where they hang and gave it to me. Then went back to his desk. He didnt ask is there anything else I can help you with, that would have been nice. I think the customer service here needs help! Its almost nonexistent.

Everybody was very helpful. When I entered the store I was greeted by several people asking about my maskWhen I told them about my breathing problems and my hearing aids they were most accommodating. I found what I wanted And I was directed to an open cashier. Today was a great shopping experienceMany times when I go there I have to jostle with the other customers and wait in long lines. Often its difficult to get service assist due to the other shoppers but many of the staff do know the products and where things are located. Thanks for the very pleasant experienceI will be returning.

Youngsters need to be taught how to load a gift card, lucky there was someone walking by that showed the kid how. It was very nice that an employee went out to show me the sheds, and when he was needed elsewhere, another employee came out to help answer some of my questions. Everyone was so helpful, and good natured.

Just left the Manteca, Ca store. I got the great idea to turn my boys playground into a water park but had very little knowledge of how I was going to do it. I went into the store expecting to spend the next hour figuring out what I needed and another hour finding it. I even got a babysitter so I could concentrate on the task that laid before me. So you can imagine my gratitude when Eric (I assume he works in the plumbing department) walked passed me and asked if I needed any help. My mask obviously failed at concealing my confusion. I told him my plan and he went straight to it like hes made ten of these already. He explained everything beautifully and was very direct, yet polite. He made me feel like he knew what to do and I plan to follow his plan to the letter. I was going to start this project tomorrow but since I have an extra hour to burn, I should have this project done and running for my boys tomorrow. Thanks Eric!!!
