I finally got my countertops. They look amazing!! Adela their secretary at Pentagon returns calls in a reasonable time frame. She listened to the concerns that we had and had us talk to fabricators. Juan the fabrication manager accommodated us and was able to cut our counters how we wanted them. Humberto did an amazing job installing the countertops and made the seam barely visible. It took over a month from the day we ordered to installation but we love the results!

Very bad service, took several weeks to have information that should take a few days max. Very bad with responding to phone calls and emails. After a long drug out 4 weeks, there’s was no attempt to keep me from canceling my order, they almost seemed happy. I shouldn’t have to ask you to take my money and service.

5 weeks without countertops and and still waiting.They cancelled the installation yesterday could not tell me why and could not give me a new installation date. I have called numerous times today and left messages for both Katie and Andrea. They do not follow up timely or provide answers. I tried to talk to a manager yesterday and I was told they will be in a meeting and they do not know what time the meeting will end. I did the request through Home Depot, try any other companyI am updating my review to let everyone know they are a no call no show to an installation that should have happened today between 12-4.11/6-Still no contact and no news on an installationdate. I placed this order in September.

This company is horrible to work with. I ordered my countertops at Home Depot and paid in advance. They said they were going to send someone out to do the measurements and that I had to have an undermount sink there when they did the measurements. I had my husband (a licensed plumbing contractor) purchase an undermount sink and he had it on site for the measurements as we were instructed. A young man came to measure the countertops and proceeded to tell us that we need an undermount sink, that the sink we had there could not be used. Clearly, this person has no idea what he is doing, a licensed plumber who has installed thousands of these undermount sinks over the years certainly knows what he is doing and this was the correct sink. However, if the young man needed any further evidence, he could have looked on the paperwork in the sink which clearly described the sink as UNDERMOUNT.Then, this kid measures the countertop to cover the spot where the stove goes. I got a call from Paragon telling me I owe them for an additional 2 square feet or so...I guess my stove is supposed to be undermount as well according to this kid. When the woman from Paragon called me to tell me that I would have to pay extra and I discovered the incompetency of their person who visited on-site, I asked to cancel the order and was told that I would only get my money back minus the cost of having this kid come out and measure incorrectly. I want ALL of my money back, this kids incompetence is not something I should have to pay for.Do not use this company if you can avoid it. I am going to do all I can, call as many people, write as many letters as I can to get them taken off of the Home Depot contractor list.

Everthing went along smoothly as possible for us. There was only one snag when the gal who was in charge of setting up our appointment to do an onsite viewing of our granite didnt return our calls. After threatening to demand a refund did we receive a call back. Pentagon Surfaces made a great decision by hiring a new gal, Michaela. She called back within an hour apologized by saying the original girl had been let go. Michaela was now replacing her and thank God as she was AWESOME 👍🏻❤️😊I believe Pentagon Surfaces will now rebound from their low star rating by just hiring Michaela!!! 😊When a company lacks communication skills it can truly make or break their business! Michaela ALWAYS called my husband back within a timely manner if not immediately! Thank you Michaela for a job well done!!!👍🏻Now for the two young gentlemen that did the actual installation, all I can say is they were excellent and courteous. Special thanks to Diego Flores for his talent and artistic vision of each customers unique specifications. Diego is on the ball as prior to leaving Manteca ( almost a three hour fight through traffic one way) Diego called to double check with us a question he had regarding if a plywood sub base was needed on our counters? Hed picked up a clerical error on our order sheet so he called us FIRST. Thank God he thought to recheck and follow through on this. He ended up picking up the needed plywood, then started out on the three hour drive. Thanks again Diego for everything, you ROCK!!! 👍🏻Also, a heartfelt thank you goes out to Jesus Plaza, hes stays on task and gets the work done in a thorough and timely fashion! Diego and Jesus make such a great team! 👍🏻 Thank you again Jesus for doing such a fantastic job!It takes excellent communication and working skills to have happy customers. Pentagon Surfaces has both of these now thanks to the changes made. PLEASE dont worry about ratings older than November 2018, this is misguiding and will cause you undo concern and worry. Changes have been made, we are happy customers here to say things are different.Our granite kitchen, bathroom and washroom counters look BEAUTIFUL! This has been such a horrible experience at every turn. I paid for these countertops back in August (it is now 3 days from December) I paid cash up front through Home Depot and was tolls that the process would take two weeks: schedule an appointment, take the measurement, a week to cut it and then install. Getting an appointment took two weeks, since no one answers the phones or any of the phone tree extensions. Then I was scheduled two weeks out for the measurements. Then six weeks out for installation, but the date came and went with out any call from anyone, nor or course, could I get anyone to call me back for weeks. Finally I hacked the phone tree and spoke with someone at corporate, who was immediately defensive and argumentative and said they would call me back to get it handled personally. Or course they never called me back, but I did get a new installation date for the Wednesday before Thanksgiving (thanks for nothing). I got a call at 4:00 from the guy saying he wouldn’t be there until “at least 5:30”. I cut it, as I couldn’t have this be my holiday drama, and he said his supervisor would call me to reschedule, which of course he didn’t. Back to the phone tree run around.
