Helpful and friendly, and a great source of quality car parts. On one occasion, they gave me the wrong pads and rotors for my car, but easily accepted them for return when I brought them back. Great source of hard to find tools for car repair as well.

Had a problem with the fuse for my radio not working and they kept working to fix the problem. Always great customer service there. Will keep going there for what I need.

If you have a vehicle with hard to find parts you should definitely check with PDQ before you go to the dealer. I purchased quality replacement parts at about half the cost of what the dealer was charging me. They also cut rotors, which is a rare find now-a-days.

Place has been around forever family operated. Everyone is nice on phone or in person. Its rare they dont have something, but they get it for asap for you.

Had a horrific experience after my exhaust decided to rust out and wound up scrambling to piece together the correct parts for my car. I initially wound up going the online route and it turned into more trouble that it was worth to save a few dollars. However, I was still short a few bolts and gaskets and after speaking with a few other auto repair stores, I was actually more confused than when I began. Fast forward to calling PDQ and frantically asking if they had bolts and gaskets in stock for my vehicle. Rather than point me in the direction of an online search menu or telling me to bring in parts that I did not have to be matched, I was asked if I had a few minutes to talk. Not only was everything explained to me about the parts I needed, but I actually felt like I was being talked to like a human being rather than a consumer. I felt assured that I would be able to get everything I needed so I skipped work a little early and called back asking if I brought everything I had into the store if the gentleman I spoke to would locate every other part I needed and send me on my way; he obliged and even sounded happy to help! I will NEVER go to a chain retailer again, especially before calling PDQ. They have earned a customer for life!
