Purchased a car 6 months ago while I was laid off due to covid. Was able to purchase with a co-signer. The vehicle had only 58k miles. Had NOTHING but trouble 2 weeks after buying the vehicle. 7 issues had occurred, and the last and final was my transmission going out. I purchased the warranty that they offer. HUGE scam. The company ( SilverRock ) has an abysmal rating of 1.5 out of 5. They will fight you tooth and nail if you need work done. My sales rep was not the slightest bit friendly. I won’t name names. If you’re desperate ( like I was ) then sure have at it.I traded in my car last week to Halleen Kia, and left with a brand new 2021 with 5 miles and same payment.

Our Salesman Brad was very professional and was not pushy through our car buying process. He was extremely patient while we made our decision and did not rush us as we worked through the process. I would highly recommend these guys ecspecially if you have sub par credit they will do what it takes to get you in a car of your liking!

MISLEADING!!!! When you apply online and approved you are quoted how much your down payment will be. ( Watched the YouTube video of the buying process and received a voicemail of my said supposed down payment, lies). When you go to the dealership your minimum down payment is WAY higher and your only given a few vehicles to choose from. In order to get a different selection of vehicles your down payment is pretty much double of what you were expecting to put down. Smh!!! Not only that, your salesperson Shonte was not very welcoming, helpful or friendly. That alone was enough to make me NOT want to purchase a vehicle from here. I see all the 5 star reviews and pretty sure your customers are asked to leave 5 stars before they leave your lot.

Shopping at the Maple Hts Drivetime with Brad Bourn was the most shocking experience ever! The down-payment in store was just like the website said - no bait and switch. Brad showed me what I wanted and presented other options in my price range with none of that hard sale pitch youre buying a car from me today even if I need first your arm, leg and first grandchilds grandchild. Brad was awesome!! In and out in less than 2 hours.Brad even found me car insurance lower than what I was paying! I will definitely recommend Drivetime especially Brad to others. The icing on the cake - the finance company called me to welcome me as a customer 😀 Who does that?Almost makes me want to buy another car just for the customer service.

Drive time takes advantage of people with less than perfect credit.. overpriced vehicles for example I have a 2013 Ford Fusion worth only about $5000 but with a loan balance of about $16000 ???

I got a car from this place five months ago and have already had the brakes, starter and battery replaced. They told me everything was new. And I have had new tires put on it. Will never go here again

I don’t understand how there is so many high ratings, unless they are paid for.We were lied to every, single, step, of the way. I am not exaggerating at all. We ended up walking away over it. If you have good or fair credit? Don’t go here for a car. If you have poor credit ? Make sure you read everything and pay attention to the dollar amounts of the cars and financing numbers.1. They Will Not, transfer a car from a different lot even though we were told they would. We were told that they don’t have time for that.2. They will not tell you what dollar amount the down payment is based on. You have to figure that out for yourself. 495 down means 12,500 and anything over 12,500 will shoot your down payment up 10x... Every car that anything decent is priced just outside of this number.3. They will not honor a security deposit over one week, even though we were told they would. Many REAL dealers will honor security deposits with serious buyers when trying to obtain a better deal.( This is a glorified JDbyrider with a pulse. )

Sold me a 2015 Subaru with faulty brakes. When I called them, they referred me to THEIR preferred vendor to make the repairs then Ultimately denied the claim.I’ve had the car for 8 days. When I called instead of being concerned for their customers safety I was just told I couldn’t return the car because it has been past 5 days.By far the worst service I’ve ever received even by car dealership standards

Lets be short only go to drive time if you are having problems getting financing. The are like jd byrider but just better customer service. The price their cars 10%-20% higher then their competitors. I had a pre-approval also. The have a car for sale Infinite Coupe G37 2013 w/h 85,000 miles for 15296.00. I look up car fax dealer sale values and I used the VIN number to get this price says it should sale for 13,300 Good or 14,130 Excellent and Kelly Blue Book says to sell at 13,882. Plus another dealer had the Sports 2013 infinite G37 Coupe for 14,980 with 75,000 miles. If the did this with this car the are doing it with all of their cars. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THEM THE WILL RIP YOU OFF BUT IF YOU HAVE BAD CREDIT THEN YOU DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO TO GET WHEELS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. The location I went to did not have bad customer service. its just the company its self is over pricing their cars. This company practices predatory lending.
