I am super impressed and happy about the furnitures bought from the Clearence Center, Northeast Factory. Danny was the representative - he is very cordial, helpful, explained the products patiently and gave a very good deal. Danny gave the L-sectional (shown here) at almost half of the price compared to the models displayed and showcased in Macedonia store outlet and local furniture outlets in Wayne County. The complete set of the queen bed including the foot board, panel, mattress, box spring -- everything comes within ~$850. Their delivery service is good too, they assembled everything for us.Visited the Macedonia Store outlet foran entertainment stand, liked and bought one but the representative, Tom, was completely non-cooperating in terms of coordinating with the Clearence Center for delivering all the furnitures together.Danny promised and brought the entertainment stand from the Macedonia store but due to some non-syncing with the delivery service had to cancel the order as it was more than one month waiting for the delivery.Overall a wonderful shopping experience in Clearence Center.I would strongly recommend to get in touch with Danny if one is planning to buy furnitures from this outlet.

Went in on Sunday to purchase an ottoman. The one I bought was still in the box, Joe the salesman offered to put it together for me before I left the store! He was very helpful, he measured all of the ottomans in the store for me and was extremely patient. I also ended up buying a dining room table and chairs for my son while I was there. What a great place!!! The employees are very cool as well. They are there to help but not in your face if youre just looking. Found an awesome couch today. Loved it and at a good price!It was pouring down rain. They wrapped it securely in plastic so we were able to take it home in a pick up truck! Highly recommend!!!

Probably the best furniture place in all ohio. they have all what you want they will save you money with BIG, BIG AND BIG discount. and great customer service ( Chris i see you from here :) ) NOT only that they will save you gas money as well from jumping store to another. reasonable prices and variety items all you need to bring is reasonable amount of money and they will hook you .but the best part is they going with what you have not what the TAG said.

Ordered a night stand in March. Delayed to July. Still not in. Now told it will be October. For a night stand. Levins sold us two recliners in January and and they came in early April. Lesson learned.

My name is Eleanor Rahamut-Ali I’ve worked over twelve years at the VA. During these trials and tribulations of the pandemic I felt this year will be better. My husband suggested that we we try this store,I was so excited to get some new furniture so we decided to go to North East factory warehouse on Euclid, The Sales person very attentive and so we decided to purchase a bedroom set and mattress” I not present at the time of the delivery my husband was I had to work. The following weekend I decided to stay the night and try out the new mattress that we just purchased I proceeded to put the skirt on the bed and as I lifted the mattress I noticed a huge whole in the Mattress. And that’s when the nightmare began! I called as soon as I notice the huge whole Underneath the mattress! and I spoke with a lady by the name of “Ronda, she seems to be very concerned about the situation and asked me if” I could take down “her information to send a picture through an email which I did so, but it wasn’t that good of a picture so I got off from work and I went back to “ Northeast warehouse factory I went right to the front desk and ask to speak to the Manager “Rick. People kept coming up and asking if they could help when I clearly said I would like to speak to the “manager. Finally “Rick the manager came up to the counter and I began to explain to him about how my Mattress that was delivered with a huge whole in it,”he seemed to be concerned and attentive “I thought to myself, until he asked me to put The mattress in this huge bag “as if I worked for him! I thought about it and I called Ronda and I said to her” tell Rick that I will put the mattress in the bag and come get your mattress and give me back my 2,990! Ronda tells me, no no Eleanor we want to make this right!! as if Were on a first name basis.. Numerous calls with Ronda and Rick I collected myself and still try to work with them while I’m at work.. The company’s warehouse had already schedule an appointment for 2 pm the next Day!! I called “Ronda to tell her what warehouse did yes she proceeded to tell me they can’t do that!! But they Did!! At this Point I’m just over it.. I told Ronda for I want a full refund and she said “Well I’m going to have to take 30%.. and said “Wow And I will sue you!! I will “Never Do business with this company.. I got back my money, but Look at what I had to Indore to get it..

Products are great, such a shame pandemic times are tough for orders, but I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my furniture!

Ordering was easy. However, when I received my confirmation email it stated that it could take up to 12 weeks for this item to be received at their facility. Im disabled and unable to drive so I must rely on delivery when making online purchases. And this possible delay should be noted for the customer before they commit to buying.

Dining room chairs cream at an incredible price. Tall Chester drawer by Ashley 300. Bucks normally 700. Scratch on the edge countertop kitchen table at 75. Bucks an delivery same day Im a customer for life.

I received the order on time but giving 1 star because 1) I was told they wouldn’t be putting them together but they were which was no problem but the reason for the 1 star is they are dirty and these are cream colored. Now I have to clean them. Very disappointed!

I went to the Cleveland, OH store and I couldnt find what I wanted in store. The salesman was very helpful, but I didnt purchase anything in store.I came home and decided to order from the website. I was told that the wait for my order could be until June!!!!! Not really acceptable. Not going to judge yet, better to do this after the order is shipped to the warehouse.

Found exactly what we were looking for on their website, outdoor furniture. Amazed at the price and are confident that the quality will be just as equal.

It was an easy sight to navigate and I was happy that I was able to buy separate pieces in a dining room set. Other sights didnt allow you to buy chairs unless you bought the table too.

If I could leave fewer stars, I would. We placed an order in early May for a desk to support work from home. We understood it could be delayed- they said up to 6 weeks. At 6 weeks we had heard nothing and called to follow up. After endless calls and unanswered messages we heard back it was delayed another 2 weeks. 3 weeks later we were notified it was ready to be picked up via email. We went 1 day later to get the desk and after waiting more than 30 minutes, we were told they had accidentally given our desk to someone else. The order was re-placed by the store and we were told it would be 2 more weeks. 2 weeks later we called back, having heard nothing, and found out it was ready for pickup. We went to pick it up again and after more than an hour we were told that the wrong desk had been sent and they would re-order it one more time. It would be 2 more weeks. That was 2.5 weeks ago, so I followed up again. Now Ive been told the desk was discontinued. No one EVER reached out to us; I had to initiate every interaction. 3.5 months of frustration and no desk to show for it. We wasted multiple Saturday mornings. We finally got our money back and were told I guess this transaction just wasnt meant to be. Thats not even close to an apology. I would not recommend this business to anyone for anything.

Great people, great atmosphere, great prices, and the best quality.

It is clear that the only thing Northeast Factory Direct invests in is their television advertising budget. The childrens bed we ordered is over a month late now and while furniture can have a long lead-time, the store has yet to reach out with an update as to why it is late and with an estimate of when it will arrive. We called the customer service number multiple times over the last three weeks and have yet to get a human to answer. The voicemail has not been returned and neither has the online request for an update that is marketed to be answered within 24 hours. After calling the westside and eastside stores that also did not answer on several occasions, we finally got an employee to answer in Macedonia and they voiced their frustration with those other locations routinely not answering. Such a disappointing experience and we are now hostage as canceling this order to order from another company would just further delay getting our son his bed.

Amazing furniture at fantastic pricing! Kitchen cabinetry is as advertised...all plywood construction, dove-tail hinges, stainless steel under mount rails, full extension drawers, and soft-close mechanisms on all of the doors and drawers. Highly recommended over all other over-priced big box stores (e.g. Menards, Lowes, Home Depot, etc.)
