This company is shady!!! Beware also…they go by TechnologyLK on Amazon. Ordered a pint of acrylic cement and when it arrived it only had a couple of ounces of cement in the container. Absolutely no way they couldn’t have known but they sent it anyway. Probably thinking they’d try to get it by someone and worse case they would give a refund for a few ounces of cement. Was 100% obvious to me as soon as I picked it up. I asked for a replacement with expedited shipping and they refused the replacement all together. These people need to be out of business.
Bought a door lock and it was wrong size. Retuned it in excellent condition condition and asked for refund. They never informed me they would keep half my money for restocking and then say I damaged the products that never was removed from box when I saw the holes were in different location from present lock. They refuse to acknowledge I did not damage this product. Could not have if never removed it or touched it. Would have kept product if known they were going to keep my money. What a ripoff
I ordered $80 worth of shower splines from LK Technologies a Gordan Glass company. I was not compensated in any way to make this positive review. I do not work for the company. I did not recieve cash in an envelope from LK Technologies in the parking lot off 8th Street at 6:30PM on October 11th. I am not the marketing director of LK Technologies, and I am not using a VPN to hide my true identity.
Do Not buy from these people! They sent something completely different than what was ordered. I then had to pay $15.00 for return shipping and to top it off was hit with a $27.23 restocking fee. Im now out $42.00 with nothing to show due to their error. THEIVES !!!!
Rude and doesnt know how to provide customer service!! Make sure you do not buy from them anything you can find all their parts in other stores online. I order an item last week and I was supposed to receive the item by Friday but FedEx missed me at my location and kept the item at the facility instead leave it on my mailbox. I called FedEx and they said I need to come to pick it from the facility and only me no one else is authorized to receive the packages because its required a signature. I called LK Technologies to ask them to help and they did nothing!! All they did it to be super rude to me telling me they dont care they didnt control FedEx and they didnt ask any signature on the package and if I want they can wait for the package been sent back for a refund which was not an option since I need it ASAP. I ask for a manager and she didnt even let me explain the situation to try to find a good solution and directly attacked me saying she hear my conversation with the dispatch and they do not keep spending any time for this and she hangs up on me the phone. Super rude, unprofessional and doesnt know who to provide customer service. I hope the business owner knows who represents him while he not in the office. By the way, her name is SHARA so be careful not to get helped by her. Im not surprised the rest of the reviews are 1 star I wish I was read them before made any order with this company to save me time and energy. JUST BE CAREFUL DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS Company!!! I wish I could give them less then 1 star.

Ordered hard to find shower replacement part and it arrived with super speed shipping. Got it a week early. Quality made part that fit exactly as the old one. They will be my go to people in the future.
I placed an order during the weekend on a Saturday. On Monday I have an e-mail from the seller telling me the shipping will be different because the item is too long and they suggested me to cut them in pieces and ask me what size do I need them. I told them 25, and they offer to cut them at 36 long and I agree with this. After this at the end of the day, I have another e-mail from seller informing me the credit card billing information I used when placing my order does not match the banks records. On Tuesday, I have another e-mail suggesting me to cut the items at 44 long instead of 36 and I have to agree with this. I agree. On Wednesday I call to see the status of my order, and they told me they will cut on 36 long for some reason but they not able to do so in the same day because they need a special blade. At this point after 2 1/2 business day with no item cut or shipped out I decided to cancel my order and place another one on Amazon.com.Very, very, very disappointed.
This place blows. Charged me 20% restocking fee and charged me to return it when it was the wrong product to begin with. Do not buy from this place. You better hope you get the right product because you’ll pay for their mistake. Horrible company!!
