This was by far the worst place we have ever been too. Melissa is a horrible person. this location needs to be shut down. doesnt even deserve a half a star. the customer service was so poor. this location should not have the privilege to work with the hearing impaired. so glad we found a new place to go to. i wish i wouldve never even tried to go through miracle ear. Their corporate office also let her get away with threatening my 55 year old deaf mother. she is just trash. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
