Deanna is an eco-superstar! She makes refilling so easy and is frequently bringing in new products to her store. I have been exposed to so many great brands through Good Bottle. She and her staff are so friendly and helpful, I actually look forward to shopping for cleaning supplies! And we have happily reduced a lot of waste in our household thanks to Good Bottle!

What a welcoming atmosphere and such a wonderfully smart selection. Erin was super helpful getting me started and introduced me to bunch of great eco-friendly products. I refilled hand soap in rosemary peppermint (smells refreshing yet sweet) + dish soap in citrus (smells of newly cut lemons). Can’t wait to check out the Montclair location.

I’ve been here twice already and the staff is always so sweet and answers any questions. My mom was impressed that a little of their laundry detergent goes a long way! Their soaps smell heavenly and I also got my in-law’s Christmas gift here. It’s truly a one-stop shop for refills, gifts, and some goodies for yourself! We are so lucky to have this type of shop in our town! I was pleasantly surprised with the wide variety of options for each high-quality category. There are several different hand soap brands each with different scents available. Same with dish soap and shampoos. I thought there would only be one scent per category and I was happy to be wrong. I also picked up some dog shampoo, reusable paper towels made of cloth, as well as cloth napkins and a reusable silicone zip bag which you can use to store food, microwave or even boil food in!

I have been shopping here since they opened and have always had such a positive experience.I love how purchasing items from Good Bottle helps my family reduce our plastic waste. Ive tried a variety of products - refills and items from their shop. My favorites have been the gentle cleaning scrub that I use in the kitchen and bathroom, their silicone bowl covers, and their dish brush. I also love that you can purchase small amounts of refill products to try out before committing to a large amount. You should definitely check it out!

Found this place on insta and now am there every month! We travel 20 miles to stock up on hand soap, detergents and household supplies! The folks there are super helpful during the process and very knowledgeable too! We try something new everyone we go, shampoo and conditioner are up next!One product i couldn’t live without now that I’ve tried it, their hand sanitizer, it smells great! We each have one in the car for on the go use!

First time going for the bottle refill, and loved it. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and the products seem to be very good quality, and usually a variety of scents for the dish soaps, hand soaps, etc. The laundry detergent is all HE which is great, and we are looking forward to going back. This is a great place to stock up on supplies, and you can bring your own bottles, or purchase theirs. Cant wait to return to try new products, with overall less waste!

Such a convenient store with great sustainable products. Refills are also inexpensive because it’s pay what you fill! It has all the essentials with great customer service.Don’t have containers, there is a great selection for you all different shapes and sizes.

Great quality but prices are high. I was shocked to fill a my own container with 40oz of lotion and it was almost $50! I know that is a lot of lotion but only 3 bottles of $9 or even $10 and it makes $27-$30. I wish there was a way this was more like coop pricing where I fill a whole 64oz jug of dish soap for $16. We need an environmental option that is more inclusive.

Not only is Good Bottle almost 100% zero waste, but the service is wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable about all the products they carry, which are also amazing!
