I called Marana Auto Body because I wanted a quote with the type of work I was needing for my SUV. The lady that answered said she would find out the price and call me back. She never did. I ended up calling back a week later and asked if my husband and I can bring the vehicle for a quote. They gave me a date/time of when to come by. When I showed up, they werent even there when they said they would be. They finally arrived 20 minutes later. A guy there took a look at my vehicle and quoted me a price. I thought the price was EXTREMELY reasonable. I was excited about having my car done by them and overlooked the fact that they never called me back from my initial call and then arrived late to my appointment. They saw how happy I was with their quote and told me to call back to let them know when I can bring back my vehicle to have it worked on. When I called back (that same day) I reminded her who I was and she remembered me and my husband from that morning. I then also reminded her of the price I was quoted. I was shocked when she proceeded to tell me that they would never quote a price like that. I told her that my husband and I heard the same thing and had even repeated that price before we left and they confirmed the quote. Now the lady was saying that they would never give a quote that low even though she was present when he said it. She then told me she would double check with the guy and call me back. A week later and I still havent heard back from them. Big mistake! I have a lot of friends and family who were planning on using you in the future, but never will now. Not a way to handle your business. I have found business elsewhere.

These people were definitely on point they got the job done and they did a great job and they did it quick thank you so much I would highly recommend these people and I am actually bringing in other family members vehicles for the same deal

They did an amazing job. I took 2 boats to them... and they brought them back to life!! Very impressed with how they took away the chalky-ness and made the gel coat look new again! Prices are very reasonable and staff/ management were a pleasure to work with!

I had a horn stop working the night before my daughters road test for her license. Marana Auto Body was the only place around that would fit me in that morning to fix the horn so she could take her test that afternoon. They were so nice and friendly, got the work done fast, and for an amazing price. I am so thankful they were willing to squeeze us in. :) I will definitely be returning here for any future needs!

Well I was looking on Groupon just to see if there was any coupons out there and I came across Marana autobody they have a wonderful Groupon out there that it was really really way more than reasonable if you have such as a 500 deductible you’ll pay 3850 and if you have a $250 deductible you will pay half of the 3850 which will be I believe 16 something anyway Norma was was wonderful to me kept me in the loop pull on all of the repairs and issues if any were found they did a great job and build the insurance and they got paid timely and I justWant to put it out there that this is a great deal and you don’t wanna pass this up send it to your friend Scherret whatever you need because it’s a great deal hands-down

I was very impressed with the work they did on my car. The paint on my Lexus is a little challenging to blend probably and my car looks like new. Excellent work and reasonable prices. What more can anyone ask for.

Sadly I had hoped this day would not come.Back in September of 2016, I was rear-ended in my 2014 Mustang. My Brother who handles the commercial department at Orielly Auto Parts had worked with this shop for a while and recommended I go there. After talking to Norma I was told about how much they take perfection in their work seriously and on top of the work they were paid to do by insurance, I paid extra to have them repaint the whole outside of the car so it would be perfect.Sadly after three attempts, I started getting told I got a good paint job for the price they told me. They felt peeling paint, burn through marks from overuse of a buffer, dirt in the paint, runs, flaking paint among many other things was a sign of a good paint job.To me, Insurance and I expect OEM Quality in a repair. I provided the OEM Parts to use and told them many times what things would be needed. I had to show them differences they said did not exist, take the car back 3 different times only to have the same issues continue to happen all while being told this is a good job.I have reported them to the BBB and Arizona Attorney Generals Office. I have had my Attorney send them letters to which they refuse to reply. I ended up filing a small claims case after having Gerber off I-10 Give me a quote to fix the paint and alignment issues (Not to mention the broken clips, tail lights not being flush as well as the passenger door striker not even being tightened down) at almost $6000.They have again ignored me and I filed for Default last week. I have no faith they will ever pay willingly to the settlement I asked for just as they couldnt even paint the vehicle right the first time or make it right even though they claimed perfect work and lifetime warranties on said work.I have many pictures which I sadly cannot post and even a video showing where the first time they took the car in to fix mistakes they repainted it a completely different color and tried to deliver it to me at night to hide it and multiple burn through marks from improper use of a buffer burning right through the paint to the original paint below it.Avoid this company and save yourself the nightmare, it should not be an unusual request to get OEM Quality when you have an insurance job and pay extra to paint everything making it easier to make sure everything matches. This was nothing more than lazy and unethical work with no concern for quality or reputation just the money they could get.***Update*** I won my lawsuit last year and was awarded a judgment of over 3500 plus fees and interest. Yet still to this day, Marana Autobody has done nothing. I now have to attach liens to the property the company and Norma own in hopes they finally decide to deal with the issue and not just ignore me.

Just had dents, stone chips, and some painting done on a 2015 Lincoln MKZ. This shop not only was very reasonably priced but did a fantastic job! Was able to match paint perfectly and got the car back to us as scheduled. I highly recommend them. Give Norma a call and schedule.Thanks again!The Piotrowskis

They open on Saturday from 8 am until 12 pm. They were a very professional and fast!!! I had my driver wing mirrow broken and they took care of it!!! I would recommend anyone this place. They totally worth it!!!

My son worked here and almost lost his finger when he was on the job and they had his tools packed up in the rain out front and claimed he was a risk for his injury! Shady company! And this isn’t over I will be reporting this business to the better business bureau and more !

My BMW ran over a truck tire, and I brought it to Marana auto body and paint for repair, Not only did they do a professional repair on my front clip, they graciously paid the difference on my rent a car as the job took a little longer because of parts, I will bring my car back here in a heartbeat as they spent the extra time and went the extra mile.....5 stars!!
