The other day, my Mother and I came in because she was having trouble with her car. Norris was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us great recommendations and answered all of our questions. Norris helped us figure out that the battery was bad and changed it out for us. He also replaced our windshield wipers for us. Everything is working great and we are super happy! Norris went above and beyond and did a great job!

Alex Korell is super knowledgeable, efficient, professional but more importantly made me feel welcome and was so pleasant to interact with. She offered me multiple alternatives to the tools that will work best for my motorcycle. She even topped it off with a field trip in the parking lot to verify exact fit up. Couldn’t be more pleased! If today’s experience with this store was a secret shopper, this store would have failed. The 3 people that were encountered (in-person and over the phone) were all confused and rude. If I was a manager at this location I would be so embarrassed.

Lady here and 320pm on Sep. 19th was slow, had to constantly repeat myself, seemed bothered I wanted to look up a part and she made a negative comment like it inconvenienced her that she had to change screens and didnt apply credit like I asked her too. Not even wasting my time going back in to fix it. Cant stand lazy people like her. You have an easy job, be grateful you even have a job during these times. Why I stick to OReillys or napa. This was just more conveniently closer. Never again.

Ive tried them twice. First time I got a bad attitude from cashier about something. I swore off for a few months. Tried again recently and got a wise-a$$ crack from the cashier again as I was checking out. They are close, but Im driving right by to go elsewhere, or shopping online if I have time, now. Shame as it is handy for us, all attitude issues.

They refused to price match with a local competitor for the same product. When I asked why theyve done it in the past on multiple occasions I got attitude from the manager and said they shouldnt have done it. I run a mobile repair buisness and use these guys often. Not anymore. Poor customer service

Car died and they lent me their battery jump box to help out. Great staff! Thank you.

Bought AC compressor for about $600 said they had to give me a refund in cash they didn’t have cash was supposed to call me back the next day never called me back pretty much told me to go to a different store to unhelpful. Went to shop in Oro Valley they help me great, customer service I would recommend going to the Oro Valley one instead

Na^*+•(the manager) was unable to use the $10 off coupon because I couldn’t find the barcode but I had the discount code (a combo of letters and numbers) So after I went home I found the coveted barcode. Went back and produced the barcode but was initially told I’d have to buy another $50 worth of parts and then I could use it. (That’s what the discount was for $10 off a $50 purchase)Finally another employee (Who was very nice and helpful) offered to charge me for the stuff again and then refund it so that I could use the coupon. Nathan’s only concern was whether I was accusing him of saying something that I wasn’t. He stayed glued to his phone most of the time and not interested in being the manager he claimed to be.This is the exact reason why I only use AutoZone when I have to. I also mentioned that the rental tool that I was returning didn’t work. No response by anyone, like why didn’t it work?Customer service sucks!

Today while grocery shopping at Frys, we came out to find our battery dead. I walked over and explained my situation and with our hesitation the staff loaned me a jump pack no questions asked. I then pulled my truck up front and with in 15 minutes they replaced my battery and I was on my way. Thank you guys for the awesome help. PS. I waited in the Frys parking lot for thirty minutes to get a jump 40 people passed me by; thank you to the little old lady in the KIA. I appreciate you stopping and hope you have a blessed day.

Its nice to have a new location on this side of town to make getting everything I need a little easier.
