Good afternoon. Im sure you get your share of complaints but thought it important that you and your crews get accolades as well. We live in Marathon (behind the airport). We recently moved here and currently rent a home. We left our yard waste out this morning and the truck only took one can and left the others. I happened to be up and ran out and flagged down the truck. I asked why it was left and the guys on the back of the truck politely explained that the cans were the large 50 gallon size and not 32. Also one of the cans that was the correct size was overweight. I didnt realize this and I appreciated the fact they took the time to explain. Not only that they offered the courtesy to take it this time.We take things like trash pickup for granted and I appreciate the effort by Lyndy, Blake and Chuck this morning. Great service!!

Best services in town. Drivers and workers greet you with a smile. Consistent and neat when it comes to routine garbage/recycle pickup. And, Roll off driver is awesome!! He really knows how to drive that big truck.

One very hard working and family oriented business. Never have I met someone so professional as the lady who works in the front office. I had a problem with a rental house and missed trash. They had a truck out there within the hour! Super friendly and helpful

Today marks day three of trying to contact the garbage company to replace the can that their employees destroyed. First day was told there would be a call back. Then nothing. Same for the second day, and now in the third I get no response whatsoever. Not very happy. This is not the first time I’ve had this issue either!

Not very easy to work with, very unresponsive to emails. Never answered emailed questions and made decisions without consulting with customer, made changes to account without authorization as well :(
