I have had a box here for sooo long,I dont know how long.But,these people work sooo hard doing UPS things,it is amazing that they pull this off,in such a small store.Sharon is the ring leader,and no one has a bigger heart than she,and her handsome son,Lucas.And Patti,Michelle, Carlos, and Susan.See,I know all their names and they are great (I hate the word awesome )and they are amazing. I retired 19 years FedEx and am presently employed FedEx part-time. My Go-to is UPS and USPS.I know who I can depend on.

People coud not have been more rude, I have always been charged the $5 del fee but have never been changed $5 a day fee on top. Says she had done it this way for 15 yrs, and told me I need to call first to receive permission to have a package sent there.

Rude, unorganized staff and service. I called prior to coming in and verified my package was there. When I arrived, they couldnt find it and acted like it was my fault; they searched for awhile and finally found it. Then they charged double for the pickup fee. Ive never paid what they charged at any other UPS store. Save yourself time and money, and go elsewhere.

I had a package sent 2 day....they sent it ground ...8 days not 2. When the package was delivered but could not be found they wont even give the address it was delivered to.They use to do their job...now I have never had power ser vice from a company. Their attitude was I was of no importance. Rude and not at all helpful.Why cant they just do their job...be helpful.... poorest service ever.I give them a - 6 on a scale of 1 to 10.Flat out bad service.Capt. Spaulding

Patty was wonderful and helped me! I walked in at 1:00 pm and asked if they could print up a blank template of a check, you know one of those huge ones that you need for a photo, that I could fill in with a black Sharpie for a 3 pm presentation. Not only did she create one with my information, she didnt charge me for her time because it was for charity. This is above and beyond what I wished for. Amazing service!!

I Love having a PO box at this place ! The people who work there are super nice and helpful and they know me by name and I know them . The services they offer are provided with a smile and they are always ready to help out . I like that I can get my packages there without having to have them left outside my door when Im at work, and the after hours access to my PO box helps out when Im working long hours . I highly recommend this establishment !!!!

The UPS store in Marathon is awesome! Their print services have a quick turn around, are affordable and keep my business running. The owners and staff are friendly and it’s obvious they take pride in what they do.

I am relatively new to Marathon--as a week-end retreat--and although I have often found it to be rather rural in their behavior and appearance, it has certain hidden and pleasant surprises for businessmen. My company is headquartered in the Washington DC metropolitan area. However, I do work remotely with my managers and staff. The nature of our business calls for me to review, approve, print, bind and ship large quantities of documents to numerous customers and potential customers. Almost all of the material is time sensitive and for years I have used Office Depot for printing, binding and then shipping through Federal Express. However, this process involves submitting documents well in advance and encountering problems with binding and collating. I had experienced issues with Office Depot in Miami, South Beach, and horrible issues in Marathon and the lower keys. That was solved instantly by the UPS store in Marathon. Not only was the staff friendly and knowledgeable, but also helpful. I found equal issues with my own bank every time I tried to use a notary. Problem solved at this UPS store. They have plenty of them and more than helpful. Do yourselves a favor, forget the attitude at Office Depot in Marathon and move all your business to these folks at the UPS store. You can print your own material, bind it on the fly and if UPS was as efficient as FedEx, I would have established a corporate account with them. Unfortunately, they are not as efficient on their delivery as the other guys. But for all the other items, the UPS in Marathon is an awesome place.

We purchased way too many things to take 1700 miles on a motorcycle and wanted them all to arrive home without being damaged UPS is always there for us. Great people, Great service. Right next to Publix liquor store, too!

Shipping overseas to Okinawa was going to be way to expensive as ups didn’t ship there and it would need to go thru USPS so Bob suggested using the Fleet Post office as a alternate way!He has been a great help each time I have UPS needs:)

I use this store when Im in town and always had good experiences just like my regular store in Pompano. Last week I needed a notary and was in and out in few minutes.

Employee doesnt know what attention to detail is. Halfway through our vacation my wife dropped and broke her phone. It was going to be cheaper and faster to have shipped home for repair. We took it to this local ups store with the full address for shipping to the phone repair shop. Weve been back from our vacation for 4 days now and the phone has still not ben delivered to the repair shop six hours away. The careless employee didnt include the suite number on the address label. Save your money and stay away.

I have lived in marathon for the past three years. I have tried using this store half a dozen or so times and NEVER once had a good experience. More expensive than usps for shipping, and more expensive and less helpful than office depot for printing. Would highly recommend utilizing ANYBODY else.
