I bought a lap top from the people brand new and it didnt work. I went back up there and Than i was sold a terrible pcu and they charged me almost 300 for a old CPU and all they did was upgrade it. I asked them before I left is it enough space on here to do what I had to do and they said yes. I told them I dont want to buy it if it doesnt have the space I need to handle my business they told me I was good. I got a computer expert over here and he told me that I was over charged and this CPU is worth 100 dollars. They sold me some bull.and over charged me. I download 2 things and now its moving slow than a turtle. Ill never spend my money with yall agian.they also sold me a monitor cord that didnt work and they made me pay 15 dollars fog it. I will report yall

Very unprofessional and rude. Took 2weeks for them to fix a lose charging port. Now all of a sudden my charger is broken as well. Will not be returning to this place. Owner was very argumentative about the problem. Its a shame.

Ana was so helpful. I had a deadline for work and was desperate after my computer would not boot up and I did not know what to do. I spotted Clementronics from the street and came in. Went in there today to get my laptop fix and the experience was absolutely great. I had the best customer service with Ana and the tech. They were also able to diagnose my laptop and give a very reasonable price. 100% recommend !

OMG This place is everything my phone looked as if it was beyond repair i mean black lines and as many cracks as you can count Mr. Sam really worked a miracle. Its hard to find places now days that delivers on they promise and have out standing customer service as well thanks Ms. Anna for always being pleasant and havimg a smile. I had the wonderful pleasure of choosing Clementronics, LLC. for repairs to a couple of laptops I have. Their process for receiving and inventorying my laptops was very efficient, not taking much time at all. In just a matter of 1 or 2 days, Sam had diagnosed the issues and outlined a plan of recovery and repair for the laptops, with which I was pleased. He texted me upon completion of the work which again, was very convenient.
