Passed this place many times while driving Austell Rd and noticed their logo design. Thought that was pretty funny and decided to give them a try when I needed an iPhone X screen replaced. Price was 115 for just the screen replacement that includes lifetime replacements due to manufacturer defects(not cracked). They replaced in about an hr. Everything worked fine after the replacement but you could tell the quality of the screen wasnt the same as original. Ill update if the phone screen ever malfunctions to see if they honor that warranty.

Great work and done quickly. I called ahead to ask about a screen replacement for an iPhone SE. When I arrived, the tech was very polite and friendly, quoted me the same price from the call, and told me hed be done in an hour. Ossama was as good as his word and everything looks good on the phone. Much better than other places Ive been where time estimates were wrong and they carelessly lost my phone case. Price was better too! Ill be back if I need more repairs!

Went in yesterday to get my phone looked at because I thought it had water damage ..... I tried to save the phone because it hold sentimental value to me, o dropped it off around 1130 and the tech called to tell me the motherboard was damaged and he could not repair the phone.....once I arrived to pick up my phone he had scraped the WHOOOOOOOLEEEE GLASS OFF the back of my iphone xr leaving it to be nothing but the metal pieces he tells me how everything was free but he COMPLETELY destroyed my phone then offers me a phone case .... he also agrees to fix the back of the phone for me for free..... now what pixxxx me off is the fact he said it takes 30 minutes to dry so I go shopping and come back nearly an hour later im in a rush so I didnt observe the phone as I get home there is something rambling Inside of my phone and the screen wasnt even replaced properly its sticking out the phone phone popped open I didnt take it back because he already feels because everything was FREEEE he could play with my device I will never ever ever return here this man destroyed what was left of my phone !

This place is horrible when it comes to 3rd party business. I came to this store with intentions on creating a partnership by buying LCDs from them to fix my customers screens. When I arrived to the store I spoke to this employee named Osama and asked him trial and error questions about phonehub screens before i purchased. He confirmed with me that their screens are perfect and nothing ever goes wrong with them AT ALLL . I feel like he was just telling me that to rush me out the store. I brought 3 screens from him that day; went home tried to fix my phones and 2 out of the three screens were defective. One of the screens didnt even work with the home button and the other screen doesnt even responds to my touch . I would have to turn my phone off and back on just to get it to work for a hour or so. Their customer service is horrible. I tried calling back and expressing my troubles to them and the employe Osama kept lying to me and saying that his manager was gonna call me BUT HE NEVER DID. I had to keep calling back just for him to act like his manager did call me and tell me he cant do anything about it. Now im stuck with a half working phone and a defective screen. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL.
