Poor service at the house. Whenever I try to call someone it doesnt go through. When we first got our phones they told us to put a new chip in and that would update it. It did nothing. They also lied and said wed get new iphones if we switched, but of course we didnt. I recommend you just stay with Verizon. I wouldnt even rate 1 star.

This was the best experience ever dealing with a phone company. The people there were awesome and went to bat to get us exactly what we needed. Service is now awesome and we are so happy. Thumbs up to everyone there.

Both the Sam there are really good people and gave us a very good deals with the phones they gave us. Will definitely go to them again.

We have gotten the run around from 2 weeks after we got our phones. Supposedly have a 30 day money back guarantee. Went back in within 2 weeks because service at our house wasnt good. It is now 4 months later and the saga still goes on. We have been put off everytime we call in and never get our calls returned. Customer service needs a lot of work!!*It is now February and still no resolve, no call backs from anyone!! It seems like nobody wants to take responsibility and fix the problem.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had in a cell phone store! Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable! Especially Michael, the Italian Stallion/bald guy with the beard. If he cant help you find what you want, at a great price, no one can. Anything from a great phone and liquid screen protector (which he will apply for you) to wireless stereo speakers and cleaning kit. And, if you dont leave the store with a smile on your face, thats probably your fault, cause he is hilarious! Thanks for making cell phone shopping so much fun, Marietta Sprint!

I always had my reservations about Sprint, but Mike changed all that for me and got me to make the switch! Im loving my new iPhone, the liquid screen protector is amazing, and the case he recommended is awesome. I showed up a little late, 8:40 looking for a new phone. He stayed without hesitation to get me set up and switched everything over for me, which took quite a while. He went above and beyond for me and it was very much appreciated!!

This is an up and coming cell phone store that will probably have the best store manager in the area. I have visited multiple cell phone stores in Marietta/Parkersburg, looking for the best value. My family needed excellent cell phone reception that wasn’t going to overwhelm us on cost. If you want to work with the best salesman ever (ask for Mike or the “Bald Guy”), then you may actually enjoy buying a phone and leave confident that you made the best decision. It is rare to find someone with an endless amount of knowledge on technology, funny, covers a lot of info quickly to assist you in making the best decision (very knowledgeable so eat your Wheaties and drink a cup of coffee before going in to see him) has a solution for everything, and does what’s right for customers. Here are just a few of the great things that I experienced:1. I exchanged items without any problems.2. All my questions were answered (1st salesman ever to accomplish this, but to my credit, I did stump him a couple of times…but after about 5 seconds of research he found me the right answer).3. He applied, registered, AND gave me a great discount on the LIQUID GLASS screen protector (with up to a $250 “We Fix It” guarantee) when I bought the phones.4. I also saved $200 to $300 dollars on Prime accountsFrom start to finish, Mike was an A+ salesman that is pretty impressive all-round and was able to find the best plan for seven different phones. If you want to pick someone’s brain on cell phones, then go in and ask him to apply the LIQUID GLASS to your phone (pretty cool to watch). While he is applying the LIQUID GLASS to your phone, start asking him all the questions you want. If you have a question, then the “Bald Guy” will have an answer or will find a correct and accurate response in seconds.

Huge mistake. I should have stayed with Verizon. I was supposed to get 2 new TVs and got 2 used ones plus i was supposed to get $100 per line credit to my crefit union and tgat never happened. Contacted them multiple times and nothing. The worst company ive dealt with in a while.

We went there because of promises that they never kept.we were told there was a tower in st.marys wv.there is no tower in st. Marys and if there is its definitely not working yet. there was zero service.if we left our house we could travel half a mile and no service.we paid for 4g and got 3g at our house.we waited 4 hours at the store before we were hooked up.one girl waited on two of us while the other 3 employees sat at the back counter talking.it didnt take us long (about 3 days)to go back to Verizon.never again will i switch to sprint.not even if service was free.
