Such a caring and compassionate group of folks. I have visited this location to fix my screen before. Today I woke up to my phone not working or not charging. Currently going through some health concerns and expressed the urgency for needing my phone fixed. Without hesitation he lent me a Phone so that I could have my oncology telemedicine appointment. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this business. Their quality of work along with their empathetic heart is top notch!

I had taken my Electroinc in for a Battery replacement I paid what the owner asked for he did not deliver what he promised wanting more money this is serious and no joke people if you are reading reviews be aware that owners make different account to make it seem they are great and do good service but are fraudulent and liars I know my electronic is still not working and he did not offer anything to help or compensate for my pain and suffering I gave money away just to get treated like trash people don’t go there or waste your time and money save yourself a headache .

The Phone Doctors, as my daughter calls them, did a perfect job replacing the screen on her iPhone 4. First screen didnt work properly, they readily replace the screen again. This time it works like a charm. I recommend them, they know how to fix phones!

He fixed my opo (1+1) screen, he did a wonderful job.. That was my impression for few days.. Then screen become loose, so I got my phone back to him for checking.. He took another $9 0 cash for repair, he took 5 days for fixing .. It worked for 5 mins only, but he does not want to return my MONEY OR DOES NOT WANT TO FIX IT... They r very dishonest people... NEVER TRY THEM.. EVEN MANAGER DOES NOT Want to talk with customer...

First things first, He will fix your phone for a decent price, however, he didnt have the best quality and honesty.First time I picked my phone up the screen was put on sloppy, had a large gap between the screen and casing, and the home button was stuck behind the screen. I told him that in person, he simply shrugged and said it works, I fixed it. That made me slightly irradiated and since it seemed like he wouldnt do anything I left.When I got back to my dorm I realised a lot of things wrong, the one that got him to say comeback to my store to fix it again involved my back button not working at all.He then fix it the 2nd time I showed up. And applied the screen completely and correctly, like he should have the first time. But even then, the silicon started to fail later that day. Im a college student so I dont have the time to keep walking there just to get the screen put on properly. The interesting part is that you have a review with this same problem, and charged them $90 to fix it properly.Another issue I had was he gave me a screen that lacked really basic functionality, like brightness control. The screen replacement was also very unresponsive in touch in most areas, even having dead zones on the very top and bottom parts of the screen. for the zones that werent dead I had to put a decent amount of pressure for anything to input. Which got very annoying. His reasoning behind the low quality screen was cost. Which I would fully be okay with if it wasnt for one thing.HE DIDNT TELL ME, NOR GIVE ME ANY OTHER OPTIONS! He made it seem it would be fixed as good as new. He most likely objected to tell me that it would be a lower quality screen because he didnt want me to turn around and go somewhere else. A poor business practice on his part and for that I really didnt appreciate the dishonesty he displayed.I could have gone to 404 and they could have replaced my screen with AMOLED like they did the last time, and just for a small bit more in cost.As I said he will fix it, and for a decent price. However the quality will lack and his reasoning behind it can not be used as an excuse, or for solid reason if he does not provide all options that the customer can have. Especially PRIOR to him charging me.As side note: He charged me extra to get it repaired in a couple of days. Failed to, then informed me to refund it. He instead hilariously charged my card what he owned me and gave me two separate refunds. I enjoyed waiting a week for my $46 to show up in my account sir.

I sent my youngest daughter in for a price quote to unlock a phone he told her 100 I sent in my oldest daughter he said 80 so I told her drop it off before the price changes again when we dropped the phone off it was then priced at 85 and was told at first 1-3 days then was told 3-6 days but when the 6th day came cause their closed on Monday and don’t open till 11am that my phone was still not ready and that I should’ve counted out 3 days that they are closed so it technically is over a week but when I came to get my phone I literally had to ask 3 times to get my phone back this is the worst most unprofessional phone repair in Marietta prices change time of repair changes and all you get is rude excuses in return for wasting a week of my time to do nothing and then made treats my phone is forever locked don’t spend your money here

They are a bit pricey. I came to this place first to see if I could get my Galaxy Note8 screen fix but the guy quoted me above $400 so no thanks. He then handed me his business card (in which it says 20%off coupon) but its still too high. I dont even know his name, nor his card says his name. Not much of a trusted business, if you ask me.I ten went to UBREAKIFIX and they fixed my phone lower than $270. Heck, they even gave me a free new frame, back glass, new battery and other internals.Sorry, but your place is competing against Goliath.
