Awesome experience every time I go in. Michael and his crew really help you out in every way possible. I have a transportation business for anyone coming into Monterey and this is why a phone is so important to me. Nicely designed store. Great customer service. I had to get a new Sim card and they did everything for me. quick and easy. They have a dog tracker that monitors health and safety aspects. I might buy one.

March UPDATE: Mr. Wintters, regional manager, set things right after several months of communication with to correct a billing concern. Thank you! He also called to express his apologies. I appreciate the follow up, refund of overdue charges in a as a lump sum credit and polite follow up.

Great service and more of a source of information than the telephone reps.

This store is terrible! They wouldn’t give me their district managers phone number when I asked for it. One of their employee’s lied to me about a promotion just to make a sale & now I owe over $1,000.00 to Verizon & it’s on my credit. I am so agitated at T-Mobile, if you’re thinking about switching please listen to me DON’T BOTHER!!

Came here and Martin was really nice and cool. Martin and another really nice guy where helping me but I forgot his name. When I walked in they where both busy but they didn’t ignore me and just told me they will be right with me and a minute or two later Martin came over to help me out. Their both very helpful and amazing staff👍🏼

JJ was exceptional with greeting my family & his knowledge for devices is unmatched! He says he’s going to be a district manager one day and I believe that guy!

I felt this place didnt even deserve one star! The customer service is horrible and they make you feel like youre bugging their free time and didnt have any sense of welcomeness I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Brandon M is one of the best employees Ive ever met. Hes extremely nice and very attentive to each of his customers. He definitely knows what hes doing and Im glad I chose this store to go to; it was worth it for the excellent customer service I received! This guy knows his stuff and made my T-mobile trip very quick and easy. 5 stars!

I need the world to know that Brandon M. is the most exceptional and dedicated human being that I have ever come across. He deserves to be moved up the ladder as far as I am concerned. He is just awesome. Please, acknowledge this young man. He is great.

I had a horrible experience at the T-Mobile in Del Monte Center so I decided to try the one at Marina out. I was greeted by Katy and Jose. Jose helped me out and was incredible. He was knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and genuinely interested in fixing the issue I had at the other place and getting me my new phone in a timely manner. He provided incredible customer service and definitely helped turn my day around. Katy also helped assist me in choosing a screen protector for my phone. She was very friendly and professional and also exhibited excellent customer service. From now on, I will be coming here when I need assistance. Thank you Jose and Katy!!

I did not have a good experience here. The girl with dark curly long hair was not friendly at all! In fact, she was slightly snobby the whole time. I don’t recall her smiling even once. When I did ask her questions, she answered them very abruptly. There are many other t mobile stores around. I’m not going to subject myself to getting bad service. I would have bought one of the newest phones had I felt like they wanted my patronage. Definitely not coming back!

The T-Mobile in Marina is by far the best phone retail store Ive been in alongside the entire coast. Not kidding, everyone there was so friendly and helpful! I would especially like to commend this nice girl named Hannah. She was super helpful and nice and made me feel warm and welcomed at all times!

I went in to this location to do a warranty exchange. I was helped by Jose who was just amazing. He explained how the entire processed worked and did my phone transfer. I had a lot of content on my phone and Jose made sure everything transferred over. The process took a long time due to my having a million items on my phone. Dericious, I apologize for not knowing the proper spelling of his name, was also there he came over and was extremely friendly. He even helped us get the transfer to be faster! Overall both gentleman were amazing! I would give a 10 out of 5 but I am only allowed to do 5!

♥️ Melissa and Katy are the best♥️🦄. I came in with issues. Melissa and Katy both greated me once I walked in and assured me that they will be right with me. Melissa was helping customers on the phone and in person, greeting customers and even provided support to her fellow employees. Once it was my turn, Melissa did everything in her power to help me and taught me a few cool things as well. I ended up having to come back on the same day and purchase something. I was again greeted as soon as I walked in and this time Katy helped me. She was just as helpful as Melissa and also taught me a few things! I appreciated the service I received so much that I couldnt sleep untill I gave them a good review. Thank you ladies 🌷

I went in to this T-Mobile location and I got the best customer service ever! I would just like to say thank you to a rep named Eden i think it was. she was great in every way!

This review is for this store and not for T-Mobile support and corporate, they get 0 stars. JJ, Alonda, and Martin all helped get past poor customer service from T-Mobile support and got me the phone as advertised. It took over an hour and I was ready to jump to another carrier, but their work kept me as a T-Mobile customer.

Was having difficulty with my samsung galaxy. I brought it into the store and the store manager, Michael, was extremely helpful. After a few minutes of discussing the issues I was having and troubleshooting he pointed out that an application I recently downloaded was the root of my problems. Went ahead and uninstalled the app and my phone was working like new. The store itself was extremely clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone I know.

Generally unknowledgable and takes really long for damn near any transaction. Which is funny because when I go in there all the employees are just on their phones doing nothing. I’ve had nothing but problems with this store and got the the point where I had to drive to Salinas just so I wouldn’t have to argue with these people. Also most of the reviews for this store are faked by Tmobile employees from the same franchise Tmobile store in Hollister 😂. I know because the people who made the reviews work at the other store and I went to high school with them
