Joe (owner) was extremely helpful to me in locating the shipping label on my phone, printing it and securing it all in a pouch (and it wasen’t even a UPS issue). Definitely took the stress off my morning. I’ve been going to this store for years and everyone is very helpful. Don’t understand some of the negative comments. I only know my encounters have been excellent with everyone.
I had some A4s to print out so I stopped by this store. I was very amused by the experience and professionalism of workers here. I will always come back here in the future. Store is nice and quiet, and conveniently located. I guess at the end of the day, its always about the people you deal with that makes the difference.

The customer service was terrible the guy didnt check on package tracking numbers he says I have to talk to customer service phone it would be easy to find my package . so rude
Had to send a package overseas for the first time. There was a lot of back and forth about customs taxes and fees on the other end that was confusing, especially with the time difference. Joe from UPS maintained communication with me and their international office the entire process, providing updated information when it was available. Definitely went the extra mile. Absolute lifesaver. Very grateful for his assistance.
I saw a low rating on google and I was doubting about going here for my return. I decided to go and didn’t find anything wrong!! The customer service is great and everyone is nice and helpful.. I am glad I went in town and and not to Monterey.
Bad Service Bad AttitudePackage was for a Amazon return the guy there wanted to charge me for taping up the package that had a pre authorized bar code, then i was notified by Amazon that the package was going to take two weeks before it was returned. if you can go to a different UPS store i recommend it.
Joe was very helpful despite being busy. He answered all of my questions I had. I needed to ship some car parts and he packaged them up nice. I received a good review from my customer regarding the packing so I figured I’d give credit where credit was due.

Went there to send a package... paid $49 to send second day, it was an extremely important document JOE fail to tell my wife she needed to sign a document and the package never went out, now we have to pay double in order to have this package send and arrive at the same date that we needed... just a waist of money and time, the employees there should be trained properly to not make this huge mistakes... after them making the mistake they didnt even want to be responsible for it, either ups because that store is a franchise ... so if you have important documents to send i strongly suggest looking for another UPS store since this one wont be capable of doing their job right, either well be responsible for their mistakes

I am in twice a week, to send a fax. They know as soon as I walk in I need a cover sheet. They are all very friendly.To defend the negative reply towards Joe, he keeps that place running smoothly. Anyone who deals with the public has their patience tested non-stop. So look how you treat the person assisting you before you pass judgment.Use common sense and respect to all people and remember life is to short to be ugly.
Ive been in twice now when both the employees had no mask on! In the middle of a global pandemic. The employees are putting customers lives at risk. I will avoid this store at all costs.
Called to check if a package had been delivered, which per amazon and the note left by delivery driver, stated packages were at this location. Worker was extremely rude and would not even check for delivery insisting it was not there regardless of name. Pretty obvious why this store has 3 stars. Total jackass that answered the phone.
Joe was incredibly rude, both to me and to other customers in line as well. I couldnt hide the shock on my face as he yelled at a customer for accidentally pressing cancel on a debit transaction. I was submitting some paperwork, and he got pissy with me because I had a question. I will never step foot in this store again.
With one customer in the store at 3:50 Joe told me he couldnt do my notary job until a half hour to an hour later. The current customer needed fingerprints & he claimed it would take at least a half hour. I said Id wait for five minutes, which was what it took.Then Joe reluctantly turned to my job, muttering over the form wrong, wrong & twisting & bending my ID like he expected it would delaminate. He did that repeatedly til I expected that it would break. My job took 2 - 3 minutes; nobody else came in. After ten minutes with Joe, I understood why no customers were coming in.
I come in here for most all of my personal print, scan and fax needs. Ive always received great customer service.
Came to do the live scan fingerprinting. The two employees were polite and professional.
This store is not helpful. Called because I was having a problem and they kept saying “we don’t have those answers we aren’t ups we are a ups store. We don’t send out package.” I thought that’s what ups did for a living but I guess I was wrong. I could hear the manager with an attitude telling the lady on the phone what to say back. So rude

Standard UPS store. Nothing special about it. Staff is always friendly and service is usually pretty fast except when you get stuck behind some granny who doesnt know this is NOT the post office 🙄
