I’ve been dealing with Anderson Automotive for 3 years now and they are beyond pleasant to deal with. They are flexible with my busy life and they always seem to impress me more and more with each service. People think Auto mechanics are out to get you for your money. Well let me tell you, Anderson is NOT. They are truthful, respectful, and responsible.

Took my car there little over a year ago for check engine light.. paid them 600$ To fix the error code they claimed to have read. Less than 24 hours later, check engine light came on again. They told me it was a Different code. Told me my car would be dead in less than a month. Quoted me almost 2000$ to fix it. I was just going to drive it into the ground for that price - it is getting to be a very old car.It’s been over a year since they told me that. Still running like a dream. Word of advice that I have learned since my shady experience here.. Buy a 30$ Code reader!!!! It will tell you exactly what is going on with your car so shops like Anderson don’t scam you!!! It’s insanely easy to hook up yourself and shows you every code going on. 30$ code reader beats out a 2000$ fix I didn’t need any day.If only I had this idea before the first 600$ “fix” - maybe could have saved myself even more money from this joke of a shop.

Took car for ESTIMATE ONLY after dealer had already diagnosed. Was told theyd have to look at the car to give a proper estimate, which I get. Was not told on the phone there would be a fee for an estimate only that they would need to take a look at it. Was charged a diagnostic fee. Ive never paid $125 for an estimate in my life. Would not have brought the car in had that been made clear to me. Never once was I told there would be a diagnostic fee. Spoke with Max originally, and again the second time to dispute the charge. He was pleasant and professional and I certainly understand where he was coming from however after me telling them originally it was already diagnosed by the dealer AND I was ONLY looking for an estimate, I would have expected some communication that I was going to be charged. I did not agree to be charged and it was not clear to me that I would have been. Max agreed to credit half of the diag fee if THEY do the work. In my opinion thats a lame attempt at a resolution. Stop and think about that...That attempt at a resolution benefits them by forcing me to use their shop in order to be made whole again. Unfortunately, not only will they not get this business but they wont get any of my business. When asked by others I certainly wont recommend them. Next time, be clear that you will charge a customer. I get where youre coming from however common courtesy and good business practice would dictate that youre clear and upfront with your customer about pricing and when you offer a resolution to a dispute, dont offer one that benefits you the most. Very disappointed.

Took car in for an inspection. Overall experience was great. Easy to deal with and they send you info to your phone which is great. Will go back for any further needs. My mother in law has been using them as well.

Hands down the best place to take your vehicle. Everyone is polite and professional and does a great job. They also give you a comprehensive readout of what they find and will not fix anything without your say and also do not try to add fixes to simply get more money- they recommend but you, the customer, have the final say. They are also very timely in getting vehicles done! Best place around!

Stopped by office and was given a verbal quote 250.00 for a transmission oil change and filter for 2500HD and later scheduled appointment. Was called and told that they forgot to add labor cost to drop pan and it would cost another $200.00.

Teri, Max, Jim and the rest of the crew are friendly, helpful and very efficient, with your satisfaction a high priority. The reports you get back after the work is done are thorough and informative. You never have to wonder about the health of your car when you trust it to Anderson Automotive!

Anderson has a magnificent crew. We were devoted dealer-service people until we found Anderson Automotive. We havent been back to the dealer since, except for recalls. They dont do needless service, theyre professional and knowledgeable, and theyre affordable. Dealer-plus quality at dealer-minus prices. They keep a family-and-friends atmosphere where you always feel welcome. Our family discovered Anderson through consistently high recommendations on Collins message boards and we were not steered wrong.

My favorite thing is the diagnostic print out with pictures and descriptions of each possible issue. They were very upfront with cost and they do great work!

Anderson Automotive responded very quickly to my call and got my car in first thing the next morning to look at my problem. They took the information I gave them and not only fixed the problem, but gave me detailed instructions as to why it happened, how to avoid it in the future, and how to check on it every once in awhile. They were incredible to work with and all at a great price. They will he getting all my business from here on out.

Great service on my vehicles. I trust Anderson Automotive, they do great work and they dont try to sell me on something I dont need. They inform me ahead of time, how much it will cost. I used to take my cars to the dealer, but now I only take them to Anderson Automotive.I highly recommend Anderson Automotive.

We took my sons 2003 Passat in for repairs. He needed CV axles. His front brakes were also getting bad. They explained I didnt have to do the brakes now, there was some life in them, but if they did them at the same time as the CV axles there wouldnt be any additional labor for the brakes. It was nice to have the honesty and upfront explanation. Refreshing!

Great place! I had recently had our mechanic retire and Andersons was recommended. They were friendly and professional! They even contacted me to ask before they proceeded with something they had discovered! Wonderful experience and I will be back!

I had been dealing with severe car troubles for a couple of months and no other auto shop could figure out the problem nor really seemed to care. Anderson’s was so patient with me and worked their hardest to figure it out. I’ve never been happier and I will never take my vehicles anywhere else again! Have taken our cars there for a few years, honest and reasonably priced. They know your name when you walk in the door and after service the owners Mom will call to follow up and she is a breath of fresh air. You can tell it is a family business.

I was greeted by a beautiful lady, Sandy, who seemed quite content laying in my lap while the extraordinarily courteous and helpful staff assessed the issue with my brakes, the owners wife gave me a ride home while the work was completed, and later that same day, the work was completed and I could not have been happier.Same day service is not something Ive been accustomed to but Anderson Automotive surpassed all my expectations. I will definitely refer friends.

We are from Colorado and our son is attending college near Marion. When he experienced a problem with his vehicle Anderson Automotive was very helpful and was able to fix his vehicle and even met him after hours so he could pick it up. We appreciate them helping us and they were great to work with. We highly recommend this company.

I found Anderson Automotive Service & Repair through AAAs approved options and brought my car in today for a 2nd opinion/inspection to aid in my decision to maintain or replace it. The mechanic I worked with brought me out while the car was hoisted up to explain what he was seeing. His guidance was balanced and clear, making my decision an easy one. On top of that, he called around to help me locate a used tire to replace one that was at immediate risk of blowing out - something I wouldnt have been able to see while the car was on the ground. My next stop was tire replacement, and Im breathing easier tonight.

Was having a stereo put in my car and no research was done on the new stereo to see if it would work in my car which it didnt but I was still charged $400 for Labor for a incomplete job Im very disappointed customer lost
