Went in to get my ring inspected and I had brought my paper work with me because they have a hard time finding the diamond number. Turns out the number on my papers was invalid and Lisa was such a huge help. She waited on hold for over an hour and over the course of the next few days was still working on getting the correct number. She finally did!! Thank you so much Lisa for doing this for me!!

I love how online it says the store is open and its 3pm on a Saturday. Went to the mall and the store is closed. Stating its opened mon-sat 11-7pm.

I would rate Zales a 0 if I could but a 1 since I cannot. This particular location was fine, the staff was friendly and helpful. Zales however is absolute unorganized trash. They first sent me an engagement ring which was the complete wrong size so a special moment gets ruined by a return process but OK whatever mistakes happen, exchange it. I start a return and this location helps me order a new one, same price, right size, they even helped pick out a more accurate size this time. 2 days later, Zales CANCELS MY ORDER!!! Do not buy from Zales, I wish I had read online reviews before doing so, and if you see this please do not purchase anything from this mess of a company.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I bought a bracelet for my friend for Christmas. I spent a lot money on Zales for Christmas. The bracelet broken with 3 months we went to store they exchange it and we bought a insurance for the bracelet now after4 months it it is broken again and they said we didnt bought the insurance. The mana6was very rude and started to yelling. He could a least have a conversation before yell and be so inappropriate or look for the warranty problem. It is very unfair and unprofessional. We dont buy again from Zales.

ABSOLUTELY the worst customer service ever!  Had my daughters ears pierced on August 28, 2016 and today (October 9, 2016) as she was twisting her earrings the diamond falls out.  I thought no problem lets take them back and explain what happened and surely they will exchange them.  Well the absolute opposite happened.  They refused to exchange them, they asked for a receipt which I did not have. I did show them the credit card it was paid on and asked if they could pull up an old receipt from the register or have her manager do so.  She just told me she could not do anything without a receipt.  Asked to speak to a manager and was told I could not speak to one.  Asked if I brought back the credit card statement could they then.  She said they could not and that the warranty states they need a receipt clearly on it, and pointed to it as to call me an idiot! If a receipt was needed they should offer to stapled the receipt to the warranty.  The most frustrating thing is that I am out $50.00 for a pair of earing that lasted less than 2 months and no other solution was even offered.  She even laughed at me as she turned around to write her managers name down for me.  Take it from me - save your money!  Even Walmart earrings would probably last longer!!!!!!

They place promo tables in odd locations preventing you from entering the store sometimes on one of the sides. The staff seems friendly when I was browsing and the prices were competitive.

In 2019 the Manager at Zales in this location, he was shouting on me over the Phone after I asked about my ring sent to sizing. After reopen, Lady who is Manager still rude, the store look very dirty while pandemic Covid 19, I went to see Engagement Ring, the glass case so dirty.So I walked out and go to other store opposite Zales instead. I rate them just one ⭐️.

Rudest lady ever! Every time I have to go back be my daughters earrings need to be replaced I dread having to deal w her. She acts as if your a bother. They obviously have no concern for customer service what so ever.
