My experience at Michaels today was very positive! My daughter was able to find all the painting supplies she needed. When we needed help finding some things in the store, one of the employees was very friendly and helpful. The checkout line was a little bit long at first, but they did open another register. The store had quite a wide selection of arts and crafts supplies.

Love love love!! AC Moore was one of my faves & I do miss it .. But I do enjoy Michaels .. Its a lot of home decor which I dig .. But the crafts are great too .. I just love being there, lol, gets my creative juices flowin!!!

The only place I go for supplies for my girlfriends art and I love their selection of sketchbooks. Had a little mix up today with an online order, however Rachel the manager was tremendous help and resolved our issue. Happy Inktober!

Michaels is an awesome store to get any of your wedding needs! I am planning a wedding next fall and I really wanted to use lanterns at my wedding and thankfully Michaels was having their big clearance sale where I was able to get beautiful lanterns from their spring collection at 60% off!!! they also have a really cute wedding aisle for any small wedding odds and ends.

I was somewhat disappointed that so much of the beading supplies department was empty hooks. Guess I will have to buy online.

Great place to get paint canvas

Didn’t have everything in stock I was looking for, but did have a lot of things I wasn’t looking for!

Michaels is fine but I would like to see more higher-end selections for the beading area like semi-precious stones. Also, the faux flower section needs a reboot. There are some amazing fakes out there and although the price point is much higher, there are buyers who are looking for these items.

Their mobility cart was in excess able.The polymer clay stock was poor.

The one item I needed most was no where to be found.. so went online n ordered.

People were nice to my homies

I love Michaels because they carry the prismacolor pencils that I use to do my art work and they are closer than any art supply store.

Greatly disappointed. The store would not honor the online code that you can use to make a pick up in store with. Logic makes zero sense in not providing the online offer that anyone can use to pick up an item in store with resulting in poor customer service.

The store selections on balloons are too low. Store had lots of empty displays. Only 1 cashier.

Good selection. The discounts arent all that as it seems to be priced a bit high before the discount is applied. But they have a lot there.

I ordered 5 items for curbside pick up and I waited a good 2-3 hours for it. Nobody informed me on what was the update of my order and they were very rude. A guy in front of me was asking for help and one of the women ignored him and proceed to go back inside and lock the door as if he was invisible. I don’t know the whole process of the orders but it needs a lot of improvement.

Staff was helpful and assisted with trying to locate the items I needed.

Everyone was nice, all willing to help customers find what they need, great sales.

They were out of a lot of things and for a Grand Reopening the shelves were disorganized. Lots of things that they normally carry, they were out of or they havent been unpacked yet. They should have taken a few more days to organize the store better and more people would have bought more items.

I knit a lot and they have what I need. I use them for seasonal decorations and am always satisfied. The staff also love when my pup visits and call her by name. She loves going there so much that when I take her I get things I didn’t know I needed! Lol. The framer has executed some odd requests that I have made and always to perfection.

As a cross-stitcher, I LOVE that Michaels has full stock of DMC 6-strand threads. But more importantly, this Michaels has been absolutely amazing during the pandemic. Ive been able to get material for my projects, and the employees are so nice and friendly.

Had a wide variety of yarn which I bought for my sister! cashiers were also friendly and wore masks so that was nice as well.

Went on a Sunday afternoon and was there exactly as the store opened. It was super busy and the aisles were packed with boxes of unopened stuff. I kept bumping in to other customers, which is not good during COVID times. The check out line was really long, even though I saw lots of workers around the store. Maybe I just went on a busy day but it was not enjoyable.

I only gave 2 stars because lately theyre really lacking in yarn dept. with inventory. Shopping online one has to purchase at least 3 skeins @ a time.I do love how close I live to the store, other sections & great coupons. It seems for yarn I need to shop else where sadly.

Very rude lady on marlton location awnsers phone i simply asked to know pricing on fabric but she said we dont sell fabric by the yard and hung up now i understand people are buisy but i still need my fabric and wont be treated like so in person so the goes a customer for there store and mind you i purchase fabric 2 a week now at Walmart but wanted to change storea do to inventory but now ill have to go to Berlin mart i guess

A good craft store shopping experience. Check the website for classes that are offered for both adults and children; call ahead to make sure that they are still happening as well as confirming time and date. When we need craft materials, this is where we go.

This location had a big selection. It was a huge sale as well, half off on many things. I was given a 40% off one item coupon and a ten dollars off coupon as well as check out. Store was also very clean and organized, layout was easily navigatable.

The stores always looks neatly stocked. Just recently, I wanted to exchange the polymer clay that I previously purchased. I have picked up the wrong one on my last trip and wanted to get the right one. My only problem was that I did not have the receipt. The cashier kindly informed me that since I am a member, they can look my receipt up and I can easily do my Exchange. Simple quick and easy; I like it.

I like shopping at this Michaels. It is very clean and the merchandise is very easy to find, and the employees are very friendly and very helpful. I really enjoyed my cashier name Robin, she was very nice and made my shopping experience a nice one. I would recommend this store to my friends nds and family.

I was so excited to see all of their Halloween decoration out already. The store was very clean and there was not much out of place.

The food was much better than i expected. I had a pot pie and he had a cheesesteak. We arent big drinkers so food counts. Had a good time, thanks!

Though the store seems overpriced, their price match plus 10% deal is amazing. Bought a $190 colored pencil set for $80 when they beat Amazons price. It is also about half the size of Hobby Lobby, but I imagine if you are in a pinch, you can find what you need.

Good place for art and crafts

I came here looking specifically for Thanksgiving placemats. The website listed in stock on the main aisle. Well the main aisle was a little display and the entire store is decorated with Christmas stuff. I know retailers are pushing for Christmas earlier and earlier but calm down. And no they didnt have the Thanksgiving placements that were listed on the website. Fortunately, the staff were pretty nice and helpful in trying to locate the placemats that were listed on the website. Its still disappointing that were in the beginning of November and you cant find thanksgiving items.

Came for the generous paint supplies, but could not leave without perusing the BOGO seasonal silk flower picks section. I had no intention of having a small bowl of mini pumpkins and gourds, but could not stop myself. I have a problem buying too much here!

Though this Michaels and others have a great variety of craft supplies, my experience yesterday indicated to me this one is short-staffed and very poorly managed. I asked the cashier if they take competitors coupons. She said yes. Then she rang me up, looked at the $10 off A.C. Moore coupon I had, and said she didnt have that coupon, but basically just took ten dollars off. She seemed rushed and stressed and was the only cashier for a very long line of customers. As I walked away, I saw that she had only taken $5.60 off. I walked back into the store, couldnt find anyone in the floor, asked a staff member in framing for help finding someone, and she sent me back to the very long line to wait for help at the cash register. Basically, I then had to return all the items I bought because the manager and cashier told me they didnt take cash off coupons and it was indicated in fine print somewhere. I thoroughly looked through the website and found no such rule in any fine print. They let me walk out empty handed to go use my coupon at A.C. Moore rather than take a comparable percentage off and keep me as a customer. To me, thats horrible customer service. The manager said she was sorry and it was unfortunate but there was nothing she could do. Then theres nothing I can do but write a review and no longer go there for my craft supply needs.
