I got my car towed to this dealer after it broke down on the side of 295 at 67k miles. Their first call to me included them trying to sell me on various maintenance services before even trying to get to the bottom of why I was stranded on the side of a major highway. I can assure you with complete certainty my cabin filter and need for an oil change was not the reason my car was towed to them. That right off the bat left me questioning the trustworthiness of this service center. When it was discovered my transmission went at only 67k miles the service rep could have cared less about the stress the situation was causing me or the absurdity of a HONDA trans going at 67k. He insinuated that I did not care for my car properly when it was serviced exclusively at Honda dealers. When I asked about a loaner car while my car was being serviced (which I was given no time frame on at all) he just told me they were booked 2 weeks out for loaners and offered no other options for me. I ended up getting my car towed 50+ miles from this dealership to one that I trust with no consideration of the cost because of how little I trusted them to take care of my situation. Honda of Princeton is taking care of everything and they got me a loaner no problem.

Recently got my car serviced here for a basic tire rotation and oil change. I used to live in North Jersey and got my car serviced at another dealer/service garage which I suppose spoiled me somewhat with expectations.This place tried to slightly upcharge basic service and I was somewhat surprised by that as I have been to other Honda service garages that charge substantially less for the same routine service. An oil change and tire rotation would cost around $50 at the Honda garage I used to go to and this place tried to charge $75 for exactly the same thing. However, when I asked the staff about the price they were willing to work with me on the cost of the service once they verified the other garages price. I actually bought my car at this dealership but it was the first time I got it serviced at this garage.That goes to show how important it is to be informed and do your research as a consumer.I asked for someone to measure how much brake pad material I had left and the technician was kind enough to help. Also asked a handful of miscellaneous questions about my car and the staff were very helpful and I appreciated the detailed responses from everyone I spoke with. By the way, there are convenient hours during the week as they are open until 9pm so for little things one can wait around for the repairs/service without having to take the whole day off. I called ahead and made an appointment, I dont know if they accept people driving in unannounced (the garage I used to go to didnt do appointments except for something major/specific).While Im living in the area and my car is under warranty Ill probably keep coming back here. Overall pretty good experience and first impression of the service garage.
My experience at Burns Honda has been fantastic. The service department is honest and fair with their recommendations, and the personnel are polite and educated. I drive over an hour each way to service my 2010 Honda Accord with Burns Honda (it is definitely worth the drive).

I brought my Honda Odyssey in for work to be done at Burns Honday( 325 NJ-73, Marlton, NJ 08053) for a recall notice that I received in addition to having one of the seat belts in my 3rd row fixed. This was on Tuesday, June 4. After the work was completed that day, I took the car home and everything seemed fine. However, the next day, my wife called me in a panic because as it turns out, your mechanic unhooked my sons booster seat(in the middle row) and failed to tell me that it was undone. They just put the seat back on the chair so it looked like it was secure.We didn’t find this out, unfortunately, until my wife left the house and my son’s chair rocked out of position... with my son in it! Luckily, he’s fine, but we were all shaken up. Can you imagine if we were in an accident and his seat was disconnected? I’m almost shaking even writing this. I left my office(cancelling multiple meetings) to reattach the seat and to comfort my visibly shaken wife.I understand having to remove the seat to do work within the car, BUT it is pure carelessness and apathy that no one informed me that the seat had been disconnected(or even placed on the floor).When I spoke to a service manager about it, he said that people sometimes try to get something for free. WTF? I didnt want anything for free. Come on...

Burns Honda in Marlton NJ.They scammed me with a 3 in 1 protection plan.I paid for this coverage, and then all of a sudden when I went in for a windshield repair, they said it was not covered.They came up with some excuse that its not covered as it cant be repaired.Lol I thought I was paying for this service, so I wouldve be covered when the time comes.What a lie!!!That being said buy a Honda cos they are reliable. But do not buy from Burns Honda in Marlton NJ.Message me privately if you have questions about my experience.Please dont get scammed by them.

First, this service shop really deserves negative stars.With that said, let me tell you a dirty little secret that I discovered about this and other Honda Service Departments. Theyre entirely independent! They do not have any affiliation with American Honda other than the licensing of the Honda name. In other words, theyre no more special or better than any other auto repair shop. They are responsible completely for the service or lack of service that you receive. Which means, if you have an issue with a repair shop, dont go crying to corporate Honda, because they wont take any responsibility for these independent repair shops! So all that extra money youre spending for a certified or premium service, well, its a scam. What I have found, particularly with this repair shop, and others in this market is that they are less than qualified to be working on any vehicles let alone Honda vehicles.This leads to my experience with this Certified repair shop. I had issues with their customer service and the work they performed on my vehicle. They left fingerprints all over my dash and although they said they performed a multipoint inspection they actually did not, in fact they didnt even fill my washer fluid, such a simple task. One they couldnt even complete. Now, this may sound trivial, but if your repair shop cant handle small details like this, especially when they purport to be a premium establishment then what would justify their ability to do anything more involved. Now please note, Ive had a series of horrible experiences with other Honda repair shops as well in this area, and that is why I am so upset!I reached out via email to both the service manager and the Vice President, they both failed to even respond to my concerns. So be prepared to be ignored here.So with that said, stay away from this repair shop, they have nothing to do with Honda, despite the assumption that they do simply because they use the name. Theyre equivalent to a Pep Boys, which probably would do better work. Choose an independent shop that will actually provide quality services at a reasonable rate.Finally, thanks to Burns Honda service, my next car purchase will not be a Honda, they sealed the deal in driving away this loyal and long term Honda customer!If I were you I would do the same.

Not to be mistaken with Turnersville Honda is two different places about 10 miles apart you see but as far as Honda dealers go theyre not bad except when theyre bad I did have a dispute with service because I live in Sicklerville and theyve always picked up my wife and myself and dropped us off with their courtesy shuttle and the last time I went there they refuse said they dont do this hadnt done it in years I said thats funny because you picked me up two weeks ago and drop me off back at home so I dont know what thats all about but I went to Turnersville Honda instead then I found out that the used car salesman that I always deal with no longer works there so I dont know what Im going to do now

I am not real happy today with my brand new 2018 Honda CR-V .Because when I woke up this morning all four of my windows were half way down and my sun roof was partly open after a night of terrible rain . Needless to say the inside was completely saturated including the dash board and and console and rugs . This happened once before but it was an extremely hot summer day . Not the middle of January .
They fixed the problem and treated me very well
