Staff was very detail oriented and thorough. I was in and out in a little over an hour.Everyone was excellent! I had an issue where I needed a card transaction backed off then put on a new card. This was done instantly when I came in. Awesome customer service as always. The exam was thorough and efficient. Kim helped me pick out a great pair of glasses! My son picked up and had adjustments made quickly to his glasses. Overall wonderful experience.

Great place! Kim is so patient and caring. Other eye places blew me off when I had trouble with my prescription - she fixed my issue for free! She helped my husband pick out glasses and I saw her friendliness with other customers. Highly recommended. Glasses selection was good too, as was price.

Dr. Haley Parikh was super professional, and equally friendly. The examination process was very detailed. I have been getting my eyes tested for the past 11 years, but this move to change my eye physician is definitely the right one. And I totally recommend Dr. Parikh to all who is looking for a better clean and clear view.The bonus is the collections that was in the store. All of them were either American or Italian brands. Our entire family ages ranging from 11 till 40yrs found frames per our likings.

Michelle was exceptional! She went to great length to locate the discontinued frames I wanted & as time consuming as it was she found the last pair left! Michelle also has a very pleasant manner & explained everything in detail. Pearle Vision was top notch from beginning to end!

I had a great experience from making an appointment to picking up my glasses. This was my first time at this Pearl Vision location and Michelle was very professional and helpful. My glasses had broke and I needed a pair right away. When I called to see if they accept walk in’s and explained my glasses situation she told me about the appointment procedure with the limited number of people in the location due to covid. Which is completely understandable with it being a doctor’s office. She fit me in that day. She was very helpful with picking out my glasses. I actually ended up getting 2 pair because I couldn’t decide. She called me to let me know my glasses were in and we scheduled a pick up appointment. I was running late due to work and traffic and the store was closing soon. She said she knew I needed them so she would wait and not to rush. It’s very nice knowing how understanding someone is. I have gotten so many compliments on my new glasses. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Took my daughter there for exam and glasses very polite staff and helpful. Very clean place always wiping down everything and make sure she didn’t put glasses back on the rack after trying them on they took them to be clean. I like that they are clean and making sure we stay safe. A great place to go to for glasses and exam

This is the only vision center that gets mad at you for not having insurance. The office gets paid either way so why is it that they refuse you service unless you have vision insurance? Seems like some dishonest business practices going on. Also the only vision center that will not let you in the building PERIOD without an appointment. You can’t even talk to staff. The staff won’t even answer questions without an appointment. I get the pandemic and all, but the process they have is EXTREMELY anti customer. Staff were extremely rude to me due to lack of insurance and wouldn’t answer any questions at all. Used to go to this location, but due to how much they seem to hate their patients I will never be returning to this location.

I went to Pearl Vision because I felt like I was having a problem with my eyes. On arrival they checked me in nice and easy and I immediately began my examination. What surprised me the most was that the young lady there named Michelle went out her way to help me with each pair of glasses that I tried on. She was very nice. Would definitely recommend

I just got my glasses a week ago and they are GREAT! Didnt realize how much clearer things could look. It gives me a lot more confidence when driving. I called this store because I was given their number due to cherry hill store closing. A young ignorant unprofessional little girl name MICHELLE had the nerve to be rude with her verbiage to then hang up on me. I called back and spoke to her manager AMY who was sitting right there listening. She had little remorse and seem to allow that type of action. People don’t need to be working for the community if they don’t have manners and professionalism.

Horrible experience:Found this Dr through my insurance website and scheduled an appointment online. Received an email confirmation and the following day received a notification that I canceled my appointment. Figuring that it was a glitch, I called and explained what had happened and the person who answered the phone proceeded to tell me it was probably due to me not answering the Drs calls. I told her that I didnt believe I had missed any calls and she checked the system and said I didnt have an appointment. I explained that I could send her a screenshot of my confirmation band she laughed and condescendingly told me no, no, no she dint need that. I asked her name (Michelle) and asked to speak to her manager and was told she was on lunch. I asked to speak to a regional manager and was told they are a franchise and owned independently by the Dr. I then aske for a corporate number and she responded to google it. I told her that none of this is necessary, rather than be antagonistic and condescending; possibly she could try being empathetic and helpful moving forward.As an individual who owns a healthcare facility, my only hope is that none of my clients feel this way after speaking to one of my staff.

Just wanted to share my experience visiting Pearl Vision Marlton. I was quite hesitant to go get my eyes checked during a pandemic, having to be in such close contact and all. I thought I was going to walk in to chaos of people clamoring to try on glasses. To my surprise I was greeted by a locked door and associate came to unlock the door to make sure I had an appointment and when I walked in I was the only one there. I felt comfortable and at ease and every time I tried on a frame the frame was quickly placed in the basket to be sanitize. Upon walking in I was escorted to sink to wash my hands even though hand sanitizer was available throughout the store. I was assisted by Michelle who was very helpful in helping me choose the right frames, which I absolutely love! I just really appreciate the extra precautions that associates took to ensure a safe visit. Pearle vision marlton now has a forever customer in me.

I came to the store to look for the frame( glass). The store worker said that I have to take an appointment . I said just to look for the frame I need appointment? Plus there is no customers is in the store at that time. For that store worker replied they are waiting for the customer. I don’t understand when there is no customer and just to look you need an appointment then I don’t want to go in that store.

Customer service over the phone at this location is horrible. they just want to hear themselves talk and not hear anything the customer wants to say. I was a long time Pearl Vision Customer and i will NEVER use them again because of there down talking and over talking. Worst service ever!

Would give it a total 0 stars if I could, 20 years going to Pearl Vision and never been mistreated like I have by Dr David Bee at Marlton Pearl Vision, extremely unprofessional!!!, Rude, and arrogant, he basically kicked me out of the store and wouldn’t see me because I would not allow him to talk down to me, seems he had a bad day and thought it would be a good idea to lay it on me over him having differences with my insurance company that is in network with pearl vision, lastly he didn’t want to look up my file because it was to much trouble under my last name being Latino, This guys is bad for any establishment including if he was running his own. Needles to say I’ll never be visiting pearl vision of Marlton again I rather take my hard earned money and spend it with people who care about doing business in a professional manner.
