I had a problem with a package. They told me they would look into it and call me. 4 days passed and I didnt hear anything so I stopped by and was told they hadnt gotten around to calling me and that there was nothing they could do. To be clear it was their fault. The shipment was to a PO Box and they should have known that FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. Sometimes customers just want to get an apology. To be fair, I have used them before and the experience was fine.

You have to give them props when dealing with customers because they are busy all the time, yet still go above and beyond to make my experience just that much better. The staff was very helpful. I had dozens of large, heavy packages to return and they were very accommodating and even assisted me in unloading everything from my truck.

Went to this location to get a few keys made. And I had my 10 year old daughter with me. The woman that helped us was great. Not only did she make the keys in a very timely fashion. But she made my daughter feel like she was a part of the process. And she threw in a specialty key for her. Which I thought was very nice. Great customer service! I will definitely go back whenever I need the types of services Postal Connections provides.

My daughter took a package here for me and they charged her $85.94 for a 15lb package to Kentucky. First charged commercial rates for a residential package, sent it 3 day when not asked and automatically insured without asking. Took the package somewhere else and it was less than $25.00

I have used their services a few times. Last time I had an issue with a package that wasnt delivered due to a mistake one of their employees made. The owners happily resent the package without any charge. I was very pleased with how they handled this!

This is the place to go for all your mailing needs. I had an oversized package to ship through USPS. Staples and the Post Office said they couldnt do it because of its size. Postal Connections took the time to help me make the box able to be shipped without over selling me products from their store. Sam, who helped me was great. In the end I was able to use my pre-paid shipping label and not have to spend extra money to ship UPS. The staff other than Sam were also great. I will definitely return. These people are wonderful! Its a small, family run business with excellent customer service, every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile. They help me with all my needs, copying, graphics, and shipping-they even track the packages for me!I highly recommend Postal Connections to everyone. I just had the most awesome experience. I actually always have a pleasant time here, but today the staff went above and beyond to find a tracking number after I lost lost my receipt. The young lady that helped me was kind and sooo very patient. Im so grateful, because dealing with the company prior to having my tracking number was painful. So thank you to the entire team and the two amazing staff members that helped me and another young man for an enlightening conversation while I waited. I will continue to use the services here going forward.

Horrible experience. What a difference a few months make. I go in yesterday to pick up a ups drop off and the lady that stated she was the owner seemed as if i was inconveniencing her. She sighed and pretty much took her time helping me(not in a good way obviously) i presented my government id and she asked for a drivers license because she needed to check my name well the government id had all my info. I advised that im a resident of another state and that i had been into the location many many times over the past two years spending tons of money to ship with them vs the post office and have never had a problem before. I asked about another employee there and she seemed offended that i would rather work with them. Each time i go to this location and she is there its a problem. Not one time have i had any issue with anyone but her. I refuse to have another package sent here nor will i ship or purchase anything else from this location. She is just horrible with customer service.

They advertise that they provide notary services in the shop window and on their website. You would think since it is advertised that someone will be on hand to do this. WRONG! Went on my lunch break and no one was there to notarize. Called when I got back at work to see when the person is there and was told...Oh...she is on vacation. The owner does it, but I dont know when he will be in, but I applied to be one and I am waiting on my certificate to come in. If you cant provide a service then dont advertise that you do! I will never go there again.
