Love the white chocolate mousse flavor. So glad they still had it when we went.

I usually order from this store with no problem and everything is usually great. This time however, I placed my order via GrubHub a little less than 1hour before closing. The driver showed up early with everything except my Shiver which was missing. When I called the store I was told they were too busy so they didnt make it, the store is closed now but I can pick one up tomorrow....so I basically had to be inconvenienced after waiting for my PREPAID online order because they decided they just didnt feel like putting the time and effort into making it...Really?! Thats not ok

Ridiculous pricing, small portions, uncaring staff. A small vanilla cup was nearly $7 with two toppings the worker barley sprinkled a spoonful of. Much better off getting Fro-yo served by weight.

My wife has been craving TCBY for a long time and was so happy to find this location. Flavors are really delicious and only $6 for a pint to take home is great. Their ice cream cakes, sandwhiches and other premade frozen treats looked really good also. Nice sit down area outside. They have games for the kids like a giant connect 4 set and other things.

My boyfriend got me a Oreo Ice Cream Cake from there very very delicious and yummy. I love the chocolate crunch in the middle definitely recommend there ice cream cakes I think I’m more in love with them now that I’ve tried one. Definitely way better then Carvel🤭 They had single serving ones too we got a Snickers for me and my boyfriend to try I can’t wait to taste it. Although the price is expensive you get what you paid for and I had about 7-8 people and there was still quarter half left so just keep that in mind. The owner is very nice and always cheerful!

Expensive but well worth it. Also they have table and chairs outside the store to enjoy your ice cream. The people that work there are beautiful & respectful.

Great frozen yogurt as you would expect, but small place. Not good for groups to sit, although fun for a parent and child or two friends as they do have an oversized Connect Four game.

The owners are such wonderful people and always trying to make the place better. I always love the ice cream and there is always a great variety. I dont remember ever getting a flavor I didnt like and they have lots of healthy options. Highly recommended from an ice cream junkie!!!

I wished it wasnt so overpriced. Menus have excellent variety but with the prices being so high you cant really enjoy all of the menu

Wife of previous reviewer - The owner, in the name of good customer service, cannot just go with the axiom that THE CUSTOMER IS AWAYS RIGHT! He kept on arguing with us in the store, and now continues by reviewing his in store surveillance video of us, replying to our review, and I am sure will now respond to this review....For the record, I tasted the flavor, and it was Gross! Come on, just give the poor kid a new yogurt without initially asking for more money (1/2 off) for a new one. Change your policy. When going out to dinner for an expensive meal, if for some reason I dont like it, it is normally replaced without question! No argument, no 50% discount, just happily replaced. We are talking about a $3.00 yogurt here! Come on!We have been going to this TCBY for 12 years, and never tried to return anything. Instead of just initially giving our daughter a new free yogurt, they lost good customers for life.

White haired owner is a mean nasty guy. Stay away!My daughter didnt like the yogurt and wanted to exchange for different flavor. He offered to give me a new one, but for 1/2 price. Wow, bad customer service! How about just replacing it for free?Got into an argument and he told us to go to a different ice cream store.

Let me tell you this lil spot is awesome in every aspect honestly...Me and my wife went here tonight and they had all the good treats lol i was confused i didnt know what too get....So we got some different yogurts and some toppings and it was amazing just like there staff..Nicole and scott are very nice people they make u wanna come back and just talk with them and kick it lol.Keep up the great work i been too alotta different places and most staff are not like nicole the owner and her husband scott....thanks for such a great experience we will see yall soon god bless

Service from older man was terrible, very rude. The entire place touts how healthy their yogurt is, meanwhile being filled with polydextrose, propylene glycol monoesters, mono & diglycerides, corn syrup, sucralose, ext... the yogurt is meh at best. Wont be going here again. Biggest turn off, service.
