Parking sucks, half the staff have an attitude. They make you sound and look stupid for describing an issue to them. Better places to buy stuff then Napa in Marquette. Cheaper prices online, order the parts yourselves. The order it for you at Napa and charge you to do so and to have it dropped off at their own store. Then you get charged for the part. Screw that

Great staff. Go in and tell them the general item I need and they dont skip a beat it getting me all the parts. As a young female sent in with a list from the husband they could easily upsell me but instead they actually give me options AND are honest about the differences. They dont push to upsell which I love. They even help place the heavy items in my car. I will continue to return for car parts. Already have twice in the last few months.

Been going there for 10-plus years good service at my local store. They saved me a couple times had to repair my gas lines. The other stores did not have the parts stock but they did. I was able to get the job done and drive my truck on Monday

Employees smoke in front of the building just north of the only customer entrance. 3 smokers. 2 go in. Andother immediately comes out--in my 15 mns circling the lot and inside.

The customer service was terrible, living 8 hours away from here its hard to find a 12mm wrench to fix our belt (which we bought there) and the friendly service here refused to let us use a wrench. I do not Not recommend to come here.
