Service is really not very good. The manager named Mike was pretty rude to me while trying to make a return. They did take the un used cleats back but Mike said they should not have but was doing us a favor. He at one point refered to me and my two kids as you people!

SERVICE WAS REALLY POOR ON SATURDAY! I wanted to purchase a kayak and asked an assosiciate for help. He abruptly explained how busy they were with all the college kids back and said it would be a bit. I waited ten minutes not a big deal. A guy named Mike seen me standing there and actually asked us to step away from the kayaks so they could move a few. So I did- he proceeded to whip the kayaks around me and my grand daughter and hit my grand daughter with a kayak. I said Whoa hold on a second and he didnt apologize or anything he just gave me a dirty look and said I told you to move. My grand daughter is Five and has Downs Syndrome IM SORRY MIKE MAYBE SHE DOESENT ALWAYS LISTEN LIKE AN ADULT. Needless to say I left and went right to Dunhams to purchase our Kayaks. I shopped here before and because Mike is disrespectful towards people with disabilities I will not return. The worst part is Mike looked like he was some kind of manager! Ha Go to dunhams or Gander Mountain
