Purchased new BX2680 Kubota tractor with snowblower. Unit was delivered on a Friday. We had issues trying to connect the hydraulics from the blower to the tractor. Tried everything known to man, but no success. The snowblower was taken back to Marquette. (80 miles away) Saturday morning I received a phone call from the service manager saying they would be back to fix it. I’m thinking, ok, probably sometime next week. John was wondering if I would be home that afternoon for a technician to stop by. (Saturday) Ben came by with my blower. Unit installed flawlessly. He even gave me a few pointers with the tractors operation.We just retired from down in Wisconsin. We thought that it was important to do business with local retailers. So we purchased our tractor from UP Kubota. We got the standard handshake and thank you. Was told if we needed anything, just call. Little did I know then that they really meant it.The service manager explained the problem that they had found. Then shared the resolution to the issue. I was in agreement and was confident this issue would not return after everyone went home.I would not hesitate to purchase another piece of equipment from UP Kubota. When they say they will be there if a problem occurs. You can count on it.

Bought a bx2380 from them...nice folks. My machine was well prepared and, knock on wood, no issues. I liked that they had a sandlot for customers to try out their tractors before buying.

Love my B2650HSDC from UP Kubota. Loader, grapple, snowblower, rotary cutter, forks, disc harrow, box blade and already eyeing a few more implements. Unit is a work horse. Thanks for everything!

Sales guys are awesome! They are the reason this is a 3 star and not a 1. Ryan (specifically) was great to work with. He was informative, not pushy, and worked with me in negotiation and getting the tractor to manageable monthly payment. I bought a brand new 2018 B2601 and had an issue after running it for about 30 minutes. Long story short, I was promised one thing and received another thing from the service department. They told me the part was getting overnighted and turns out it was coming 3 days later. When talking to the service guys they were less than sympathetic, and had ZERO customer service skills. I am very frustrated and hope the relationship only getting better from here.

Just bought an RTV from this Kubota dealership. The staff there is very professional and has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The people I dealt with were very knowledgeable about the equipment. Just want to say thanks to the staff at this Kabota dealership.

I have called and visited this Kubota dealer quite a few times over the last couple of years. Their service for parts is the worst. Every time I call to talk to the parts department, I get thrown into voice mail. Many times I stopped in at the store, I waited 15 or more minutes before I got to talk to the parts guy. Several times while waiting, I just walked out and instead ended buying Kubota parts on-line or called another Kubota dealer. The few times I actually did get to talk to the parts guy, they didnt have the part and had to order it anyway.Dont waste your time buying Kubota parts with this dealer. Its more efficient and cheaper just to buy from another dealer or on-line.

Very very unhappy with service, you call and call and no one answers the phone.you need to leave a message and they say they will call you back. Maybe in a few days.no way to treat costumers. Then when you ask them questions about your tractor they cant answer cuz they dont now.then when you get parts they dont even call to let you know that its in.

They have lots of items for sale and can get you the parts you need their prices are a bit high.

Do not expect a call back or get a hold of someone in service department, other than that, parts and sales departments are great
