This place is great. I have a lot of experience here from many perspectives now. Starting with a decade of window shopping, each sales person I encountered was happy to answer questions without being pushy or making the visit uncomfortable. The day I finally decided to buy a bike (and by all means, just do it. You may regret not doing it one day- but who would regret buying a motorcycle?!) I paid cash for it and it went flawlessly. Great customer service as usual and the paperwork process was easy! I bought it in the middle of winter and they were fine with holding it till spring for me. The next experience was when my girlfriend went to buy hers. She financed hers and working with Ashley was quick, effective and easy. She had an answer back almost immediately and plates were on the bike the next day. Paula, the person in charge of motorcycle clothing and classes was super accommodating getting us both in classes and the class was taught by Tom, an instructor with 35 years of experience teaching and went extremely well for not only us, but everyone else in the class. We have worked with everyone at BEHD at some point now I believe and know them all by name, from the sales crew to parts, clothing and every one of them come across more as a friend now than just someone behind a counter. If you are wondering if you should buy a motorcycle or take an endorsement class the answer is a massive ‘YES’, and if you’re wondering where to go, this is the place without a doubt.

We like stopping in when we visit the U. P. Its really good to see a dealership that does motorcycle safety course training on site.

Very friendly staff, Great Dealership. I will be returning even though the Dealership is 3 1/2 hours away. Sales manager(Brian) was awesome, made it easy to purchase over the phone. Bike was ready when we arrived, completed all the paperwork and I was off, headed home.

I have been to a lot of Harley dealers all over the country. Bald eagle Harley-Davidson has an awesome friendly staff. We showed up at closing time not realizing there was a time change. Brandon was locking the doors but he invited us in anyway and had a mechanic come and look at the issue. They took the bike in and completed it within 7 days including ordering parts. The ladies in the motor closed department helpful in getting a shirt that was flattering for me

I had been in a pretty bad motorcycle accident and I was terrified of getting back on a bike so I wanted to start small and work my way up.so I contacted your employee Brandon about a Harley Davidson street 500 that I was interested in. he immediately notified me that you had one in stock so I came down and look at it that day. I quickly bought it against Brandons advice being that the bike was too small for me. (Totally my fault! I should have listened.)So I contacted Brandon about maybe something he can do for trading up for a bigger bike. he got back to me immediately with everything that I would need to do to get the bigger size bike for a trade in. Needless to say the service was excellent! Thanks for everything!

Stopped in to check out Bald Eagle HD while camping and riding in the area and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful the staff was. Plus they have Tshirts made in the USA! We decided to get my girlfriends RoadKing clutch checked out and bike serviced while in the area. Brandon and all the guys in service are awesome and very helpful in getting her bike in tip top shape. I decided to get my Ultra serviced a little early since they stock Amsoil fluids. Overall experience was wonderful! Wish more dealerships were like Bald Eagle!

Just completed the Basic Rider Course with TJ at BEHD. Had a great time and learned a lot. Paula was amazing and made sure she was always available. Worth every penny.

We were there on a Sunday afternoon. So we weren’t dealing with bike sales but with motor clothes dept. only. What a helpful and efficient staff. They were appropriately attentive and very personable.We were in the middle of a road trip and visited different Harley dealers. We had the best experience here at Bald Eagle Harley. Really nice store, but I wish they had an actual bald eagle as a sculpture or something outside. They should contact the guy who does lakenland and have him make one. The sale shirts didnt ring up as a sale so be careful and check your receipt.

On vacation from NE, front wheel bearing went bad. They got me in on short notice and fixed my Electra Glide and got me back on road. Customer service was outstanding and friendliness of staff was great. Would recommend this place to everyone. Great selection of clothing and bikes too.

Exceptional...After years of poor customer service they now have it right!! Mechanics know their stuff, when in doubt they double check. I bought one of the first 80 Shovelheads (Low Rider) off the line back in 1978. Through all those decades Marquette like most dealerships couldnt find their way(attitude) past a little woman riding a big HOG. Ive started with them in 2016 because...they now respect and treat us well. They dont try to take advantage if us, which is good because some of us know our bikes and mechanical workings but just cant physically do the labor any more. Thanks Shawn, you and your Dept. are much appreciated!!

We are from Alberta Canada. We had an issue with the cruise and our shifting mechanism fell apart. Andy first helped us by finding what the code was on the bike as all we knew was that the check engine light was on. We had 2.5 hours to get to him and wanted to make sure we didnt do more damage. The dealership got us in and fixed up. While we were there another fellow also had a problem much bigger then ours. They managed to get us both in with no notice and in our way to enjoy our holiday. Thanks to everyone involved.

Im willing to bet that every isle I walked in I was followed. Im curious as to why? My late husband worked for Harley, owed several bikes, as I travel I like to stop in various dealers, buy a shirt. Imagine how bad I felt at this tiny dealership following me around. Yes, I did purchase a shirt.

July 4th Im out on a 7 day run with friends and family exploring Lake Michigan & Lake Superior and i notice excessive valve train noise as we pulled back into our hotel. The next morning we rode over to the Bald Eagle Harley Davidson and i noticed it was getting worse. The ladies and gentlemen that work here welcomed me immediately and they had no problem stepping out to listen to the noise. They freed up time in their schedule to tear my bike down after finding out that I was having some strange oil pressure issues. They figured out it was a cam plate issue. Tore it down and replaced the cam plate and oil pump hookin me up with some adjustable pushrods in the mean time. Got me back up and runnin so I could re-unite with my group that same day! I was extremely happy with the customer service and the quality of work. While i was there occupying their waiting room, a couple came in from Canada that had a few issues that were making their trip next to impossible. They also made time for this couple and got them back up and running same day as well. Hands down, i would do business with these guys again!
