I will never again bring my business here. 1st time, last time. Flat out lied about insurance approvals, lied about services performed, and the right hand has no idea what the left is doing. A serious lack of management.Went in for an oil change, in cabin air filter, and to check a tire thats had a slow leak. Took them almost 7 hours to get to my vehicle after I called at the 5hr mark to ask if they had an estimated time. Dropped off the vehicle for 8am. Was told the insurance coverage hadnt been approved yet at 1pm, so I called the insurance and was told approval was sent around 9am. Called back and was told they just received it.At 3pm I called for an estimated completion time or Id have to come get it and find another shop, and was told in just went in the shop. Called back at 430 to ask if would be done by end of biz. Was told I could be there in 20 mins and it would be done.Get there and am told they did an oil change, tire rotation and changed the valve stem of the tire in question, but they didnt find anything wrong with the tireGet in the vehicle and the same tire still says its low.Rim for that tire still has the smudge I made two nights ago putting air in it, and the valve stem is the exact same. So they never rotated the tires or replaced any of the valve stems.Now I have to find another shop to take care of the tire, and Im wondering if they even changed the oil with everything else they lied about.Called my vehicle coverage to make sure they didnt approve payment for any of the things that werent done.Already submitted my complaint to their corporate messaging system.

I always have my service done at this NTB, staff is always courteous and friendly. They always explain to us what they will be doing and how long it should take. The manager Kelly gave us a call to check and see if the service was up to our expectations. Would recommend this NTB to all my friends and family.

These guys make a bad situation feel a lot better having flat tires sucks I took my wifes tire off her car ordered a tire online with an appointment and dropped it off within an hour they called me back it was ready. Thank you guys a whole lot being able to count on someone means a lot in todays society.

I love this place!! They know what they’re doing and will make sure you’re happy! I had taken my vehicle to a take 5 for an oil change ..never again! It had been leaking oil after that!! I decided to just bring it to NTB because this is where I normally come for my oil changes but I think they were booked the day I got it done at Take5, they told me they left the drainage cap unscrewed all the way and fixed it for me! Never going back to take 5! Give these guys a try they’re all very knowledgeable on vehicles and I trust them with their work and their prices are reasonable!

I bring all of my vehicles here for years with no issues. My vehicles have always been taken care of and the 1 time I had an issues the managers took care of me promptly! I am always able to find a nice discount and have always been treated with respect.

NTB is awesome 👌🏾I had a last minute coil pack replacement. They were open on a Sunday! I was able to bring my car at 10am. Service was great 👍🏾

My car was ready as promised. The mechanic called for authorization when additional repairs were required. I was provided with an additional estimate. The final price was lower than the revised estimate.

The shop on Manhattan Blvd. would not answer the phone. On arrival manager said he was in the shop. He told me it would be Tuesday before he could service my brakes 3 days. The shop on Barataria Blvd. told me to bring my car and serviced it the same day.

Our family really loves this place! Everyone is always so nice, gets our auto repairs, inspections, etc. done quickly and correctly, and the prices are so reasonable. Two big thumbs up for theses guys. I will always take all my vehicles to NTB In Marrero on Barataria

Brought my truck in to get a front end alignment that service was fine got in my truck and found I had money missing out my center console. The money was underneath some paperwork so whoever did it literally had to dig through my stuff. The manager Kelly was kind to give me a refund on my alignment. Make sure you take out everything in your vehicle. Hope that $16 dollars was worth your job because you will loose it.

Poor service 9/10/20! I realized after I left NTB I did not receive the service I paid for which came with the online coupon. The coupon offered $19.99 oil change with tire rotation. I did not receive the tire rotation. I know they didnt complete the service because I wasnt asked for my key to the lug or wheel. To rotate the tires you would need the key. I called back, Management told me they would have asked for the key if they would not have found it. Really, you would rummage through my car until you find what you were looking for instead of asking me. Anyways Im not satisfied nor will I ever return!!!

Went to Marrero store on Saturday 8/29/20 terrible decision. I had a flat tire on a rental from Enterprise. The request was submitted and Approval had never came. I left, went back Sunday morning and the guy said that the Approval had not came back and that he did send it in. With that being said he then states that the office is open Monday-Friday. He never mentioned that on Saturday,yet he wants me to believe that he kept calling Saturday after I left.To avoid all of that left, I should have went some where else. I know that procedures change in no time at all. I was on a trip to Texas we had a flat and was told where to go which was Firestone and got service on a Sunday. No problem at all.

Been there twice, withMY NEW, TO ME😉...Jus dis month May, for an oil change, but my 1st. was in March, and more of an emergency, to ME, anyway LOL!! Was out of town, and unfortunately, I had a blowout, on tire and an egg, in another tire😲Of course, I had to purchase (2) new tires, also a front end alignment, which was needed. At 1st. YES, I THOUGHT IT WAS COSTLY, untill realizin, like I mentioned earlier, my alignment, and I had also purchased, COMPLETE TIRE PROTECTION, ON BOTH TIRES, FOR THE LIFE, OF THE TIRES!! Then the cost of it all, seemed more reasonable!!WELL, LAST NIGHT, I had another blowout 😔 on one, of the mentioned tires here, that I had purchased in March😔.Im fixin to phone them in a few mins. and afterwards, is when Ill continue with this comment😉!!ONCE, I SEE THE ROAD SIDE WARRANTY, IS MET TO ITS STANDARDS!!

Made an appointment for tires and an alignment and was told that the vehicle was going to be ready for a certain time. Well that was not the case. What is the point of having an appointment.

I am beyond happy with the service I get here. I stopped in for prices on tires and Feerin was so patient while I weigh the pros and cons of the tires for my car. She was also honest with how all the tires perform. I came in Monday to get my tires and was helped by Kelly. I needed tire an oil change and back wiper blade. They were able to take my car immediately. While working on my car they discover that my air filter needed to be changed. The filter was absolutely disgusting. Kelly looked up the size/type I needed and gave me the price. As someone with allergies issues I really appreciate the care that the showed. I would highly recommend this place for you car maintenance needs.

3 stars because they are knowledgeable, however... Absolutely no sense of urgency... Not the place to go if you want fast quality service.

Until recently I have never had an issue. Their service has been excellent. After a minor snafu with one of the employees not adding or asking if i wanted road hazard 6 months ago. I had to call customer service and wait the weekend till someone could help me. Thankfully it was a slow leak so I was able to wait. The day I was contacted they were able to review my previous purchase records to see I always purchased road hazard. After this conversation, they were able to add road hazard to my previously purchased tires and repair my flat tire. I had to pay for the road hazard, which i had no problem paying since I would have paid for it when purchased the tires. I would give them a higher rating if they could have resolved everything the same day that I had to repair my tire and not have to return the following Monday. I will use them again for my next set of tires. I will double check to make sure they added road hazard instead of relying on the employee who would be ringing me up.

I would leave a zero if possible. This place is a joke! Do not attempt to do business here. I Made an appointment to ensure availability for a simple oil change. When I arrived on time for appointment I was told I could not have my oil changed. Only explanation given was “we have other tickets”. No apology no attempt to remedy the situation, just we don’t care about your business attitude. Apparently customer service does not exist in the NTB business model. I will definitely take my business and future business elsewhere.

I got a new tire the other day and when I went tio pick up my car I had to go back inside because the tire pressures were way off. The new tire they just put on my car had 6lbs too much and the other front tire had 3lbs too little. If they cant even check the pressure in my tires how am I suppose to trust that they balanced them. Even though the people were nice the service sucks. This is my second time with them doing half the work they should be doing and my first time doing a review.

I will be on the phone with corporate in the morning. Wish I could post a video of the employee cursing at me. The assistant manager is a JOKE. The counter last therein not sure of proper spelling was really sweet and helpful.

They saved my butt! I got a flat at 5pm on a Tuesday. They were able to get me in and get a new tire for a relatively ok price in under an hour.

Ive been taking my vehicle here for some years for various services. I am always highly pleased with their work. When my daughter was given a car that needed some work to make her ride more safe and smooth, I knew I had to take it to NTB to get the job done right! August 2020 during the corona pandemic, this location is still welcoming customers to experience there Fast and Friendly service as it should be. I have a 2010 Mazda 5 which is my Baby, so I choosed the 5 Year Lifetime Alignment warranty which is honored at all NTB nationwide, which is a great deal! I needed my Mazda 5 realign because of the bad streets in New Orleans in general. Mr.Kelly was very professional and friendly which I like when going into any establishment to do business with. Mr.Kelly had me waiting in the clean lobby no longer than about an hour! Very impressive with the quick In/Out service I received all the time at this location! Mr.Bryan was also helpful and made me laugh and also other customers. I once again highly recommend this location to all my family and friends. Mr.Kelly deserves a raise and a promotion!Below was two years ago 5-Star Rating and to this day...This location still service is above and beyond in every way! Mr.Kelly (The Store Manager) stills welcome new customers and also long time customers as like myself as Family!I highly recommend this establishment to all my family and friends! I had to get a front end alignment on my 2011 Kio Rio that I was so impressed with the way I was greeted upon entering the doors by Mr. Victor that was very professional and took care of my paper work in a timely manner. Mr. Tristan also was helping out another customer and also took the time to hello to me. Mr. Jimmy greeted me as he took to work order that had my keys attached to them, and test drove my car first. Than Mr. Jimmy after a car lift bay was open,drove my car onto the aliment lift. I was in and out of this location within 2-Hours or less! That was very quick and professional service I received from the staff members that works at this location. Mr. Kelly the Store Manager was also polite and helpful and made sure that my experience at this establishment was what I would expect always, when doing business at this location. I was very impress by Mr. Kelly and all his staff members that takes the worries out of having to bring our vehicle in and being charged for things that are not necessary needed to be done, but being honest with every customers regarding fixing there vehicle! This place gets zero stars for a VERY GOOD REASON- this review is worth the read.My parents went there constantly for years for oil changes, car problems etc. until one time they screwed my dad over by incorrectly doing an oil change that ended up burning up his engine because his engine was getting no oil. And after that my parents stop giving them buisness and told me to never go there.Just recently, not even a month ago my valve stem broke on my car and the nearest place was NTB so I went because it was urgent. They fixed the stem and I asked them to do an oil change since I was there (forgetting what happened to my parents in the past). Everything was good for about a week until this day my car started POURING out oil. I got my dad to look at it and I had oil dripping in three different spots. My parents became so concerned because of what happened to them in the past. The car was leaving trails of oil as I was driving up my driveway and in the grass where I would park. It was so bad to where we got the car jacked up and saw that there was a massive hole in the oil filter. So that means when I went to get my oil changed less than a month ago they didnt replace the filter. I called NTB and demanded them to stay open until I got there. We pulled up, addressed the issue, and they fixed it IMMEDIATELY because they too were in shock with how much oil was just pouring out of my car. As we were observing the man doing the oil change he was struggling heavily to take the filter off. So that means that when I got my oil changed a month ago they didnt replace the filter because it was too tight and they put a whole in the filter causing all of my oil to empty out of my vehicle. demanded a refun. WILL NEVER go to them again. Please do not waste your time and money on this place. There are many places that are better and KNOW what theyre doing and actually CARE about your vehicle. They screwed my parents and they screwed me and they will screw your over as well.

I bought two new tires they were under inflated after I asked before they were installed to be properly inflated. I asked them to mount my spare tire back when they were done and they didnt I pointed that out before I payed and they sent it back and brought out again and said it was ready. I payed and got out to my Tahoe and the tire technician had threw the dirty tire in my car . I was pissed. Plus I had to listen to the cashier complain how she was ready to go home to her kids and all the things she had to do to close up to go home. They left me in the parking lot with my tire on the ground and turned all the lightsout and I had to sit out side and call aaa to come help me. Dont go to this sad excuse for a tire shop. I could tell more but I dont think anyone wants to read a book. Dont go here. Or any NTB FOR THAT MATTER.

After receiving my car back I noticed I had a big dent....manager said it wasnt ther when they got the car....District manager said they didnt see it happen on the video...Now Im stuck with a huge dent in my car and no one to fix it unless it comes out of my pocket....Sucks...I WILL NOT EVER BY TIRES FROM HERE AGAIN....

Horrible. Brought my truck for an alignment, three hours later I recieved a phone call stating that they couldnt align it. Truck came in with the steering wheel centered and left with it severely off, then had the audacity to tell me that i wouldnt be charged. Charged for what? misaligning my vehicle? on further inspection, the technicians damaged lower alignment bolts. NEVER GO HERE.

I had an oil change done,no next oil change sticker was placed in my truck they also did not reset my oil change light.i have been there before and that service is always done.

Had a tire losing air, needed patched or repaired, called talked to associate, told them problem, they were not swamped, told me to come right in, found problem with tire, patching it, I would recommend this tire shop to anyone looking for honest and courteous employees to fix your vehicle.
