I am very pleased and appreciative of Terry and everyone who put my daughters letterman jacket together. We live 45 miles away and there were several times where the jacket had to go back and forth from In-Stitches to Sports Page. Terry got permission to make those trips for me and she also was aware when Sports Page sent a defective product (zipper on jacket was defective). I am very pleased with their professionalism and we couldnt be more happy with the end result. The look on my daughters face meant everything...so the wait was well worth it. We will use them again in 4 years when my son needs a letterman jacket. Thank you so much!! ❤
