Our car’s battery died on a Saturday when my husband was going out of town with our other vehicle. Jerry, in the service department, went out of his way to make sure I had my vehicle back with a new battery. His customer service was exceptional! Thank you again, Jerry!

I came in looking for a new car because I ran over a deer and a few other objects in the road. This caused my muffler to fall off. On top of this, the drivers side door would not open from the inside so I had to roll the window down and open the door from the outside. John was my salesman. He was wonderful. He never made me feel uncomfortable or pressured. I went home with a gorgeous Ford Fusion. I would recommend him to anyone. The dealership itself and it’s location is absolutely beautiful. There’s a pretty pond and I love everything about it.

Took my Ram 1500 to have my CV joint replaced and an oil change. Lindsey and Russ were great to work with! The price was much lower than their competition and you can be reassured that the mechanics are extremely knowledgeable. They did a great job. On Tuesday took vehicle in to get a leaky tire fixed. Later that day learned tire was not repairable. Recommendation was to replace all 4 tires, it was time. Ordered them Wednesday morning, tech gave up lunch to put them on and we picked car up that afternoon. Outstanding service, from the Quick Lane person, and service tech. Oil change and rotation of tires went fine. They also took care of a spot on the roof of our Explorer, which was caused by Rail Dust. I still have to deal with the Window Vents. We never had any problems with window vents before, and we have had them on a lot of our Family vehicles, including both our Sons over the years. The ones on the Explorer are still not right, but V & H says they are installed properly. Looks like I will have to fix the issue myself.

My alternator went out on a Thursday night and they not only got it in and fixed it the next day, they have a free shuttle to take you where you need to go - work, home, and they pick you up when the vehicle is ready. They were also next to the cheapest in town. Friendly staff will text you when the car is done. I was very happy with the friendly, fast, service I received.

Calling in to schedule was easy and quick. They email a confirmation and when the time was changed, they emailed that also.People were polite and happy to be working at V&H.Service was great and quick.Thank you!

Have been a V&H customer for about fourteen years. Ive found the service writers to be friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Ive never had to take the car back to correct something that was not done well or the repair failed too soon. It will be a sad day when I have to move from Marshfield and find another dealers service department to keep my vehicles on the road.

My husband and I purchased a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica, and worked with Charles. We were first brought into V&H when our prior vehicle needed transmission work. 100 miles from home, the V&H team went out of their way to set us up with a loaner - and did a wonderful job working through the warranty details and securing parts. Service Dept was very helpful in replacing my turn signal bulb on short notice. Great personnel and fast work done.

I made a service appointment using the dealer website. I got a confirmation e-mail. I showed up at the time given, and nobody knew who I was or what I was talking about. I showed them my confirmation. Blank stares. The website doesnt go to the service department I was told.So the lesson is, you have to tell these people that you are using their own website to talk to them.

I went to get my first oil change at V&H, and everyone was so nice and patient whenever I had questions. The service was absolutely amazing. They got my car fixed up quickly and sent me on my way within the same hour I got there. The lady at the service desk helped direct me wherever I needed to go, and answered every question I had. I look forward to coming here for any other car complications I have in the future.

Very poor service! Had an appointment for 5 pm with a salesman and waited until 5:30 to even test drive a vehicle, even though there were other salesman standing around. We were then told that since it was so close to 6 pm (closing time) that they would not be able to do anything with buying a vehicle today. When we returned from the test drive, we were pushed out the door by 6pm. We bought a vehicle from a different dealership that the salesman and sales manager stayed over an hour past their closing time! That would be excellent customer service! Do not recommend V & H at all!

Went in with a leaky tire, immediately greeted by Alex and (I dont remember his name, but his desk is RIGHT next to hers). They were both extremely polite and pleasant and got my tire looked at right away. The whole experience took about 20 minutes because the tech. had difficulty pinpointing the leak before discovering it at the valve stem core. The technicians leave very detailed service notes on your invoice so you know whats happening. If I lived in the area, Id most definitely come here again for service if necessary. Side note, lot prices seem fair/reasonable for their vehicles.

Good experience. The alignment was done well, and in a timely manner. The folks working there were professional and courteous. There were several places to wait, including a quiet room.

We had a tire start dropping pressure and made emergency stop in marshfield to get it checked. V&H worked our vehicle in for check, found nail, plugged tire and gave us update on test of tire condition. They were very helpful, professional, and we felt safe to be back on road and continue our trip. Their service charge was very reasonable. Literally my family had used V&H for decades and their excellent service continues to hold true.

Great experience start to finish. Easy to schedule an appt, got a ride home from a really nice shuttle driver, got picked up from him when my car was ready - faster than anticipated- cost was what I was quoted. Everyone here are friendly and go over your service details with you our vehicle was in need of a new air filter they brought the one from our vehicle out to show us then told us what the price to replace would be. They went through everything there were a couple other items that will need attention in the near future, they gave us a 1 to 10 scale 10 being in urgent need of being repaired. They gave prices for each repair part, they do a great job with reasonable prices. They have a laid back atmosphere with nice waiting areas a place to charge your phone no matter which type they have various types of plug in at their charging station, have some coffee tea, or a bottle of water while watching tv or a place to check in online, a play room for the kids or a area to sit in quiet.

Worked with service manager, Joel, to have the annual service performed on a Forester DS 3011 RV - stellar job. In addition, they installed some superb air-valve extensions on the rear tires which make checking tire pressure much easier than the original version.I intend to make them my go-to service establishment for my Forester, Ford E450 RV and recommend them to anyone with an RV.

I ordered a part from ford and the parts diagram was incomplete and misleading. I went to return the part and they go and charge me $15 to restock. They were very unhelpful, and not willing to give me the correct part number. Ive done automotive repair for over 20 years and never had this issue!

When I got to V&H Adam the salesperson was waiting on me and was very patient with me as I decided to drive several cars. Thank you Adam, and I can’t forget Dawn in financing thank you for all the information and service’s . I’m very pleased with my new to me car.

My latest experience was a close call. We were leaving for a road trip in less than a week and the screens went out on our van. They were able to get everything diagnosed ordered and installed before we left. The shuttle service is nice and I don’t need to bother a coworker for a ride. I have had other work done and the price is great, it also adds piece of mind knowing all the work is done by a dealer technician. They are always up front about everything and don’t try to keep up selling things you don’t need.

Great service, great experience. I traded in my SUV for a used pickup at V&H. I was treated very well in the process. There were no pressure sales tactics, instead everything was professional and open in the negotiations. I had some difficulty securing the funds within the time frame originally expected when we made the deal, but they were patient and helpful to wait until we could get it done. I highly recommend the dealership for a car purchase.

An exceptional place to service your vehicle

Could not have treated me better - I test drove 2019 Ford Edge on Monday, October 7 and finalized the purchase on Wednesday, October 9. I had checked inventory on the Internet to find model year closeout specials and was pleasantly surprised with what was available. I chose a mid-range SEL model as I loved the color (Ingot Silver). The only feature I dont have that I miss (former 2014 Ford Escape Titanium) is the memory seats. But, there are a lot of standard security features that I gained (Co-pilot 360).I have been driving the car for two weeks - love it! I am happy to have a bigger vehicle for winter driving this year. This car handles nicely - it has a quiet and smooth ride with plenty of engine power. Dash panel, Sync screen and transmission dial (rather than shifter) give a great look. So far, so good!Thanks to Adam S. and Erick S. for their excellent service!

A glow plugs was accidentally broken during the recall repair which took 4 days to get one into the shop. My experience started off well and ended really poorly. The people here only care about a good deal and not the actual customer. I was about to buy a truck from here that previously belonged to a late family member, and told them about the story behind it. The paper work was started right away and a couple days later the person I was working with told me the truck was sold to someone else and hung up on me.

Purchased truck. Engine light came on and off. Had it looked at a few times. They replaced the questionable part no questions. At the time they replaced, my 3k 3month warranty would have been close if not expired by a few hundred miles. Most dealers would try to find a way out of replacing. I would vuy another vehicle here.

They were very polite and friendly and did the job in less time then what was quoted. Would recommend them to others. Thank You V&H for your service for my vehicles.
