Furniture took a month to come in, had issues with furniture when arrived, spoke to manager several times and still waiting on service, customer service is poor. Havent had the furniture a month, have fabric protection and my 2 year old was playing with a dinosaur and nicked the fabric, so I called to report and was told the protection will not cover this to not let my 2 year old play with toys on the furniture.
Things started out great. I got a riding mower two years ago, or during the grand opening at this location. Pricing was good, fixed interest with included warranty. Ive already had to have this riding mower picked up, from Union City, and taken to the shop 3 times. Last summer, they had my mower a month. The day after they brought it back, I had to call again and have it picked up to have the exact same thing fixed that was supposed to have been repaired within that month. They charged for tires when all they did was air up the tires already on there. They charged for a gas tank, in which I never asked to be replaced. Altogether, it was 6 weeks before I got it back in working order. This summer, they have had the same mower since the beginning of May. Today I find out its going to be another 3 weeks before the shop gets the part thats on backorder. My opinion, Farmers Home Furniture needs to contract with some shops in more local areas they service. Especially seen as how it takes this particular shop in Martin, TN an average of 2 months to get to a riding mower.
I have gotten a mattress and two living room chairs from Farmers Home Furniture in Martin, TN. They are terrific.
The people that work in the Martin store are just awesome. They are knowledgeable and friendly. They seem to take a genuine interest in their customers. Tina, Sherry and Amber are just the best. The guys that load your stuff for you are also very friendly and helpful. I love Farmers Home Furniture.I have purchased two heaters... A laptop...a drone...soundbar...TV tray set so far and all are good quality also.
