I walked in and was immediatley greeted. And she was ready to help. My phone slid off the seat of my side-by-side, the wheel of the trailer being pulled behind shattered my phone. She took it from there. Asked all the right question. And gave options and advice. Great service. I only wish I would have gotten her name. She said that she has been there for approximately 2 months.

I had to get a new SIM card to activate my new phone, and with my work hours I have very little free time when other businesses are open. McKenzie (forgive me if my spelling is off) got me in and out in less 15 minutes. Super kind and helpful, store is spotless and well organized. Everyone there is doing an amazing job

My experience at this store was very positive. Mackenzie assisted me with my products purchase. She is very knowledgeable and professionally thorough while making certain my many questions and concerns were completely addressed. I am appreciative of her respectful attitude and customer care. The employees were also diligent about practicing safe measures due to COVID. I am glad I chose this store.

Mackenzie worked so very well with me and was so patient with me. She answered all my question and clarified everything with me multiple times. She went out of her way to assist me when others wouldn’t have. She made me a priority and worked around my work schedule. Very grateful for a positive customer service experience.

I went back to Alex in Martin Tennessee, from Dyersburg, because my first experience with him and my phone was excellent! He again delivered excellent service, he listened thoroughly, and made the experience quick and easy! He wasn’t pushy but he offered suggestions Alex is excellent! I will go back to him again to get my next iPhone!

My old phone died and I had to get a new one. I was worried about going to the Verizon store to get a new one because of the Covid pandemic. But, I went to the local store holding my breath. I have to say that I was truly surprised and put at ease when I walked in!! The store looked spotless. There was hand sanitizer on all available spots. There were three people working. They all were wearing masks.The young man who waited on me said that I was his first ever customer! He was knowledgeable about the different phones, listened to what I wanted and showed me what he had.Needless to say, I was truly happy and got my new phone.

Verizon promotions change so often that employees repeatedly do not tell the truth and give out false information. This began when I walked into the Martin store Monday and was lied to several times. 1.) I was told that the iPhone 6 will not work on the Verizon network after December 2020 because of the network upgrade to 5G. My family has 3 of the iPhone 6 and 6S and were told we will need to upgrade. False. Any phone that currently uses 4G LTE will continue to work after December. 2.)You can not activate a iPhone 6. False. The Official Verizon website gives instructions on how to activate a iPhone 6. 3.)If I add a 5th line to my family Verizon Go Unlimited Plan then each line will be reduced $5 each month. False. This deduction is only for the Start Unlimited Plan. 4.)My current Go Unlimited Plan is the cheapest plan. False. The Start Unlimited Plan was cheaper for me. 5.)My new line iPhone 7 activation rebate will lower the cost of the phone each month to 2 cents. False. It is 42 cents. 6.)Instead of the Father’s Day buy one get one iPhone 11 free promotion being applied to a new line, I can use the BOGO iPhone 11 offer for half price on an existing line upgrade and receive a one time $350 credit / adjustment on a future bill. I would pay full price for the first iPhone 11 and only half of the price of the second iPhone 11. False. After signing the keypad and then later getting an email with the changes and charges to my account, I discovered that there is no Verizon promotion that includes that half price offer.When I returned to the store Wednesday, I asked for a copy of the promised iPhone 11 deal because it was not included in the email. The store manager Madison told me the BOGO iPhone 11 half price quote was not accurate (not true). I had family members in the store that overheard the quote and I had the written note from the sales person with the prices mentioned above. Madison apologized and then just stared at me. I told her I was lied to several times, as also mentioned above. She was polite and talked with her supervisor who promised a $350 credit / adjustment and apologized for the misunderstanding (of the sales person).I had a similar problem with the Verizon salesperson at the Union City store 3 years ago. I have been a Verizon customer for 20 years and like the network but distrust the salespeople. I am currently waiting for the promised $350 refund / adjustment.

I would like to thank Tyler Long at the Martin, TN store for the outstanding customer service I received while purchasing my new smart phone. Tyler went above and beyond to help me with my purchase and set up my new phone to be identical to my old phone. The apps, ringtones, text messages etc... were all transferred to make usage of my new phone easier and familiar to me. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever received!! I recommend Tyler to anyone looking to upgrade their phone or services!

If you are interested in having customer service representatives that don’t know about the plans they’re trying to sell you, then this is a great place. If you want to actually know, for instance, how much hotspot data you’ll have to use each month, these people are horribly fantastic at not knowing their products. I’m back to straight talk and very happy.
